Deluxe aparte 5 se basa en 85 M'2 con una increíble vista al mar desde el mar de Mármara, 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, una gran sala de estar con una cocina completa en un lado y los 2 sofás en el otro lado, 1 de los sofás se abre para ser una cama doble grande, balcón grande (las líneas de cama y las toallas se proporcionan en el apart, s).

Muy agradable

A tan solo un par de minutos andando de la mezquita azul y a otro par de minutos más de Santa Sofía, el apartamento es muy confortable y tiene una terraza arriba muy agradable. El servicio de transfer al aeropuerto muy bien y el chico que nos recibió y nos dío las explicaciones muy atento. Además tiene un servicio de limpieza cada dos días, y el menaje correcto. En resumen, un sitio muy recomendable.

Wonderful Sultanemet

Our host Ügür was very responsive from our first inquiry to book the apartment, throughout our stay and at checkout. He arranged transportation and suggested things to do and places to eat. The apartment was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Beds are comfortable. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony and rooftop terrace! Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful home, with the beautiful sea view and close to public transportation.

Me and my friends stayed 4 nights at this perfect appartments. We had a fabulous stay. The apartment is very centrally located in an awesome part of town. It was a great location and within walking distance of all the sites. The apartment was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed. The best part of apartment is a balcony with the beautiful sea view and great terrace on the roof. Yuksel was a brilliant host and nothing was a problem from booking transfers to helping with as with our language. Yuksel was there to meet us on our arrival, He showed us the property and answered any questions we had. Thank you to the very hospitable owner of this apartment . Would definitely stay again

Walk to Many of Istanbul's Famous Sites

The apartment is located on the Golden Horn in a great location. One day, we walked to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace. The next day, we walked to the Grand Bazaar, Sulemaniye Mosque, the Spice Bazaar, and the harbor from which Bosphorous boat tours department. The Cemberlitas tram stop is also just a few blocks away and the IstanbulKart is a great value and gives you the freedom to jump on pretty much any form of public transportation for a very reasonable ($1 or less in most cases) charge. The apartment is in a hilly neighborhood, and on the 4th floor, so some modest level of fitness helps, and there would be accessibility issues for someone who could not walk. There is a mosque about 150 meters away with an amplified speaker, so early morning prayers are likely to assure you start your day at the crack fo dawn (or a little earlier). There's a nice little neighborhood grocery literally 30 feet across the street where you can buy basic food items. The view of the Sea of Marmara from the 5th floor terrace is a great way to end the day. The owner/manager were very helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airports (both the new airport and Sabiha Gocken are about 25 miles away and not really reachable by public transportation, at least not in 2019 or spending hours of time to get there).

Right in the middle of things

Great location for visiting the sights, sounds, and tastes of old Istanbul. Clean and well appointed, the apartment had a great view of the ships coming and going on the sea of Marmara at the mouth of the Bosphorus. Very friendly and efficient contact with the owner.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Apartment

This apartment could not be better situated for seeing the historic district of Sultanahmet. You are only two or three blocks behind the Blue Mosque, a five minute walk to the Hagia Sophia. This apartment was perfect for our family of five. When we arrived there was a bit of confusion as our reservation dates seemed to have been recorded for the following month, but the two managers fixed everything very quickly and ushered us into our apartment without any problems and many apologies. That was the only minor hiccup to our wonderful stay in this apartment. The apartment is in an old neighborhood (all the neighborhoods in Sultanahment are old - that's the point) but this building is very updated and modern. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and it was very well equipped. After we arrived the manager brought us an Istanbulkart for riding public transportation. This was INVALUABLE! We figured out the trams very quickly, and with the card, we only needed to occasionally recharge it and we could go everywhere. He also offered us a local cell phone so we could make phone calls without needing to roam on an international plan. They had fresh fruit, water, a bit of food, and a bottle of wine for us in the apartment when we arrived. Wifi worked wonderfully and without problems. Ugur, the manager, also pulled out a tourist map and highlighted the popular attractions, informed us what days they were closed, showed us where a nearby grocery store was, and explained how to use the Istanbulkart. The views from this apartment are truly spectacular, especially the rooftop terrace. Note that the call to prayer is very loud in the morning, but with the number of mosques, particularly in the historic district, there is nowhere you can go to avoid it entirely. Besides, it is part of the experience. We also had the pleasure of eating at the owner's restaurant, Amedros Cafe, and it was very good. It was excellent food with Turkish flavors, but not the typical kebab, doner, pide, mix at all the tourist joints. I recommend it. Overall, I would not hesitate to reserve the apartment again. I can't imagine a better location for being right in the middle of the historic district and a hotel doesn't provide all the amenities that this apartment does.

Une très bonne adresse

Description de l'appartement conforme, très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et agréable, il n'y a que la rue à traverser pour acheter le nécessaire du petit déjeuner, chez des commerçants sympathiques. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et de ses employés. Attention charmante : eau, thé, café, fruits à disposition. Le grand balcon de l'appartement du dernier étage est très agréable et la vue magnifique. Un seul regret, il manque une carafe pour l'eau et une grande théière. Avec mes amis, si nous retournons à Istanbul, nous reviendrons à cette adresse !

"le logement (récent) est situé dans un quartier populaire à proximité de la mosquée bleu (on y va à pied) On vous attend à l'aeroport pour le transfert ce qui est très pratique car l'adresse n'est pas simple à trouver. Vous êtes reçu par un gérant peu agréable (paiement en espèces demandé sans contrat associé) le ménage est effectué tous les deux jours. je recommande ce logement."

"Merveilleux, accueil sympa (fruits, vin,lait, barres de chocolat, pain, thé, café, sel poivre et huile). La terrasse est géniale même en hiver avec à dispo: thé, café, musique et surtout la vue.Nous avions l''appartement 2 le moins cher car le plus petit(le propriétaire a tout l''immeuble, 5 appartements), l''annonce homelydays est pour le 5 (le plus haut), la vue du 2:ce sont des maisons mais avec du recul, absolument pas gênant. L''aller et le retour pour l''aéroport est compris, c''est super agréable.Vous êtes à cinq minutes de la mosquée bleue et 10 m de la 1ére épicerie, idéalement placée, attention à l''appel à la prière mais on s''y fait rapidement.Pour les fans de télévision numéro des chaines en français: 283 /449. Vraiment très très agréable et les stambouliotes sont aimables et serviables. Nous y retournerons surement."

"We rent appartment for one week in June 2010. Mehmet, the appartment manager gave us very good help every time we needed it. The appartment is close to major attractions. (Almost everything can be reach by walking) The appartment manager set up for us the transport from the airport. The terrace above the appartment give a very very nice view over the sea and the sunset. We cooked three times our dinner and the kitchen had enough equipement to do so. The house keeper came regulary for the cleaning. We recommend this appartment very much. We would definitely go back! L'appartement est situé en plein coeur du quartier historique d'Istanbul, à distances de marche de toutes les attractions importantes. La vue de la terrace sur le toit est exceptionnelle. "Flat was very comfortabl...

"Flat was very comfortable,beautiful, clean and well equipped. The terrace at the top was very large to rest outside and observe the boats on the strait of bosphorus. The interesting places were very accessible by foot and close to tram to go further. Very peaceful place in the middle of Istanbul. Apartment really well in a quiet place. The owner and his wife are very pleasant and nice."
