Hello Alison, with regard to check in the schedule is from 16 to 19 hs and because your flight arrived very late we have made an exception and effort so that you could pick up your keys in a mailbox with all the instructions so that you could get to the place and be able to rest, if your entry had been in the corresponding schedule a person would have accompanied you to the place. With regard to the cleaning of both the facilities and the linen, they were in perfect condition as this task had been carried out hours before by our professional cleaning company. The pool is cleaned by the poolman before your entry and halfway through your stay, when you informed us that there were wasps in the pool (normal in a natural environment) our staff went to the site and found that there were two wasps in the water. There is a mechanised pergola on site to provide or remove shade but we still brought an additional umbrella as requested. In the descriptions it is duly clarified that there is quite a lot of stairs and where the villa is located. It is an area to enjoy tranquillity and nature, obviously not the profile of property you were looking for. However, the nearest beach is 3 minutes away and bars, supermarket, chemist, health centre 5 minutes drive. Regarding the welcome pack we do not offer this service as it is not advertised in the publication. Also forgot to comment that one day at 4pm he called our office to tell us that he was very scared because he heard noises in the house next door and we went quickly, finding that the neighbour was doing some small repairs in his house.
