Jorge - 4 bedroom villa in Galé walking distances to restaurants and close to Gale beach

This single storey villa is a fantastic place to have holidays with lots of space, large swimming pool, and lovely facilities.
Located in a small private cul de sac, just off the road leading to the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Gale and Sao Lourenco, which are only a 3 minute drive, or an easy 15 minute walk away. Just at the end of the cul de sac is an extremely popular grilled fresh fish restaurant and an Indian.
Albufeira famous for its historic old town and music bars is a 15 minute drive (6.7kms).

All 4 bedrooms are en-suite and fully air conditioned (for heating & cooling) WiFi, and heatable pool (this is available as an optional extra). One of the downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for reduced mobility.

Lounge with TV MEO provider (see list of channels from standard pack - https://en.meo.pt/tv/channels-programming/channels-list/fibre?pacote=Pack+Standard) and music channels and DVD, separate dining room, WC, spacious fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with breakfast table, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, toaster and kettle.
2 double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms ,3 with en-suite shower rooms with the double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (with a shower inside the bath)
The villa is tastefully furnished and has WiFi Internet.
The large mosaic tiled swimming pool ( 9m x 5m ) has end Roman steps and is surrounded by spacious terraces with a TABLE TENNIS table, and BBQ. The pool water is cleaned biologically, which makes it very pleasant for the skin.
There is a playhouse and two swings for childrens play outside.
BAGGAGE SAVING : Pool towels are provided (one per person for duration of your stay) and there is a hairdryer.

The villa has a safe, a security alarm system and is totally enclosed by walls and gates.

Beautiful villa in a perfect position for walking to local beaches and restaurants Only comment is that the dishwasher didn’t clean as good as it could have. Maybe needs a little service. But everything else was fantastic!

Fantastic Villa in a perfect location

Fabulous villa walking distance to lovely restaurants, beach and supermarket. We stayed as 2 families of 4, each bedroom had an en-suite, rooms were large and airy and bonus of a utility area with washing machine. Large outdoor area with swimming pool and table tennis table. Short drive into Albufeira ( 10mins ) and golf clubs within driving distance as well. Fantastic cleaning service provided once a week and contact available through a texting service with the office if ever needed. Having stayed at the Villa now for the 3rd time we feel it needs a little updating - the fridge is definitely not large enough to accommodate the needs for 8 people as we liked to eat breakfast and lunch in the Villa most days so had to shop daily which wasn’t ideal ( tiny freezer at the top which when having kids who want ice cream constantly and lots of ice needed for drinks wasn’t ideal ) a few minor repairs need to be addressed. ( doors not shutting, tiles loose around the pool, area to the back of the property could be developed to be better utilised in an evening) Just minor improvements would make this Villa perfect.

The Villa is large and spacious The pool area is very nice The air con works well The location is nice and quiet The sitting room furniture is very uncomfortable. It’s an internet blackspot, mobile coverage is very poor and the WiFi seems to be a weak link from another property? It’s extremely slow and intermittent.

Very private property, far enough away from amenities that it wasn't a busy area, but could walk to most things required. Spacious villa for 8 adults. Pool size/heating was great.

The villa is spacious we could not fault it.well kept and clean. Would recommend for families. Plenty of areas to sit for lunch, set in a lovely quiet area. Can walk to the beach, transfers arranged through the company and must say excellent service. Nothing.

Paz e sossego!

A tranquilidade do local apesar de estar próximo de tudo. A casa é muito funcional, tendo tudo o que necessitamos. A piscina é muito, muito boa e estava tudo muito limpo. Todos os pedidos tiveram rápida e simpática resposta. Excelente ar condicionado. Foi uma excelente estadia! Iluminação da cozinha.

Perfect villa , location, facilities. Indian restaurant a few doors away,cooking smells waft from 12 noon until 9pm . Good food though!

The property was impeccably clean on arrival and ticked all the boxes we needed for 2 families with 4 children in their late teens. In fact i think the advertised photos do the property injustice as it is better once you are there.

Lovely villa in a good location

We have stayed in Gale many times, and this is the best villa we have stayed in. All the rooms are big and even though it was July the villa stays really cool. The outside space was the best feature its lovely and big and well kept with lots of sun loungers. The area is ideal with apolina supermarket a 10 min walk away and a good bakey just round the corner. There is a good fish restaurant at the end of the road which is always full and reasonably priced. Another 10 mins walk is another good restaurant Sau Domingos a bit more expensive but worth it, and some bars and another bakery. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to be able to return in the future.

We stayed at villa Jorge for 10 days in June. We loved it! great villa in a fantastic location. You have a choice of walkable bars and restaurants or can drive to old town within 10 mins. We travelled with young children and they were kept entertained with the swimming pool and small Wendy house. Property managers and owner were very responsive and helpful. All in all we had a great time and would return.

Very good and well maintained house. Close to supermarket and local beaches and few restaurants. Zoomarine was 15 minutes drive. The office staff were helpful.

Beautiful villa, perfect location

Just stayed here for a week - never been so sad to leave. The villa is beautiful, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Definitely recommend the heated pool. Location wise is perfect, three beaches within 20 min walk, local shops and restaurants whilst also being very peaceful. Would 10/10 recommend and hopefully return in the future. Lovely villa in a quiet location not far from beach

Lovely warm pool, lots of space for everyone, easy to get about (with hire cars), only pitfall was it was very echoey, and there weren’t any knives for cutting veg etc. Contacted the management company with a couple of minor issues who responded swiftly. Not all could be sorted out while we were there - no aircon in 1 room, leaky shower in another but nothing too drastic really. Would recommend all the same, as well equipped otherwise.

PERFECT!!!!

5 of us stayed for 4 nights in late June and it was fantastic! The house is close to beautiful beaches, the old town of Albufeira, supermarkets, restaurants...everything, however, is in driving distance so definitely see about renting a car. We loved the full kitchen, outdoor grill, sliding doors off the bedrooms, and OF COURSE the pool!

The villa is impressive and has everything you need for a big family.

The gardens and pool area are fantastic, really well cared for and beautiful. The location is ideal for many restaurant options in the evenings and the old town was 15 mins in a taxi. The dog Nextdoor barked every morning at 6am which was annoying but no fault of the villa. The house is in a quiet cul de sac of similar properties and felt safe and secure. The only negative is that the price agreement stated maid service 3 times per week but she only attended once.

Great villa, great location

The kids loved the heated pool, which was well worth getting heated. The standard of the villa was very high throughout and a couple of minor issues were very quickly resolved by the agent and owner. Can't fault it and can't think how it could be improved - except perhaps it would have been nice to have had instruction on how to switch the pool heating off for the odd hour of silence since it is a little noisy and grates after a few days. Already missing cooking on the BBQ with a mini-preta whilst watching the kids enjoying a swim! Local beaches and restaurants are superb (the restaurants that the locals use rather than the ones the tourists use). Anyone staying in this area should eat at least once in Ze Leitero in Amacao de Pera, and I've been to beaches all over the world and can't think of a better one for kids than between the rocks on the east of Gale beach.
