Nuestra unidad se encuentra frente al pueblo comercial de Queens 'Market Place y tiene vistas al campo de golf y al lago. Es un elegante 2 dormitorios, 2 baños retiro de vacaciones piso superior con todas las comodidades de su propio hogar, incluyendo cocina gourmet equipada, terraza privada y una parrilla de gas nueva marca! Perfect for our family of four

This was a great property. Pool is close by and beach is about a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed our time . It could have been stocked a bit a better. We had to run out in the early morning to buy coffee filters. But left it behind for the next guest to enjoy.

Perfect Paradise!

While this wasn't the vacation we planned, it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Michelle with Kohala was available at every stage and we could not have asked for more. This property has everything you need and want. The views are stunning and the pool is gorgeous. While we extended our stay, I only wish it could have been more.

Unit H32

Overall impression was good, very satisfied. there were a few deficiencies that could be corrected: the coffee grinders did not work, need more that 2 wine glasses and a kettle. The wine fridge was a nice touch but there were periodic leaks on the floor beneath the firdge. Also we could not figure out how to get the fan over the barbeque to work so we are not sure if it was working at all.

Quiet, Calm, and Beautiful

The unit is beautiful and secluded. It overlooks the golf course and there are minimal golfers which makes the stay very calm and peaceful. It is super close to the shopping areas, and there are few great restaurants nearby. Michelle, our contact is very responsive to any of our questions! The only drawback during our stay was the swimming pool right across from our unit was under renovation. The walk to the other pool wasn't as convenient and was a bit crowded. We ended up using it only once during our 6 night stay! We will definitely come back next time if we visit Big Island again!

Great view and location

Very clean and attractive condo, comfortable bed, great view of golf course and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Short walk to A bay. Great communication from Michelle. Good selection of beach items.

Great location on Kona side

Great location near resorts and beaches, and it was very convenient to walk to a grocery store. We aren't golfers and couldn't take advantage of that, but it is right on a beautiful course.

The condo was amazingly beautiful, clean, welcoming (soft Hawaiian music playing) and the place smelled good! I was expecting musty/humid air, but it was like entering a 5 star resort room. The furniture and beds were perfect. What you see on the photos, is what you get. No bait and switch or false advertisement. Highly recommend this place. Plus, the property management, spoke w/ Michelle, responded immediately. Only text for two (personal things: spa inquiry and to compliment the place) and got responses right away. Oh, and the location: perfect.

One of the property's pools is directly in front of the building making it very convenient. The two couches had four recliners for relaxing while watching tv. This is our second time staying at the Waikoloa Beach Villas (this stay was end of October / beginning of November 2019). We love the quiet complex and being within walking distance to the Queen's and King's Shops.

The bathroom wash clothes and hand towels were stained and master bedroom bed sheets were worn thin. Also, the living room furniture only had one working recliner out of four. Otherwise we enjoyed our patio time and Waikoloa Beach Villas property is beautifully kept.
