Just returned from an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment, there is nothing else you could ask for and the views are fantastic. Katrina the host was absolutely brilliant any contact with her was always immediately would highly recommend this apartment

Excellent appartment

Really well located, lots of bars and restaurants. Big supermarket in shopping centre at top of road, beach very close and located just by the market We really enjoyed our stay here and the hosts were perfect

Lovely stay

Big apartment new kitchen and bathroom got everything you need in the apartment good WiFi George the owner was very helpful. The location is very good loads of bars and restaurants. Downside to the place Beds are uncomfortable Pillows not good Towels are not the best Sunbeds are €2 per day

Spacious apartment

Since we stayed here 2 years ago apartment has been refurbished. New bathrooms and lovely kitchen. Love the balcony and heated swimming pool.

Lovely stay

We have a had a lovely stay at Victoria Court 1. Apartment is spacious, kitchen is well equipped and it has a lovely balcony over looking the pool. Location is in walking distance of the many restaurants and bars. Points to note - there is a charge for sunbeds and umbrellas at €2 per bed/umbrella at the pool and the pool opening times, at time of our stay, were 10am to 5.45pm (winter) with summer times 10am to 6.45pm. The lifeguard leaves at this time and the gates are locked. George is a good host and replied quickly to our messages in a postive manner. walking dustance of

Nice apartment but with flaws

Nice apartment and as it says in the listing, 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has no natural light and it's en-suite bathroom has hardly any water pressure. Both bathrooms are well appointed though as is the well stocked kitchen but as much as money has been spent on those, hardly any has been spent on the bedrooms. The pillows were as flat and old as possibly could be, resulting in poor sleep. Bedding is clean but old and pillowcases need updating as do the pillows. Wardrobe doors were old and some didn't close properly and one bedroom didn't have any wardrobe at all, just a put up clothes rack.. But my biggest bug bear was the cost of 2 to hire a sunbed around the pool. As a family of 6 it would have cost us 72 extra for our 6 days there if we were to use the pool area to relax each day, as most people do do. I'm pretty sure the charge is a complex levy out of the hands of the host but annoying as it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the description. I always try to give an honest as an opinion as I can in these reviews and this is mine. As I said, a nice apartment but some care and updating needed.

The place was in need of fresh decor, very grubby. The sofa was filthy, didn’t sit on it!!The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on. The towels were so cheap they slipped off your body when trying to dry yourself. The bed linen & pillows had holes in them. Cockroach’s & ants everywhere!!Took my elderly parent who have mobility problems, the host told me there were roughly 30 stairs up to the apartment but conveniently forgot to mention 40 steep steps up to the first level. Very disappointing indeed, ruined my holiday tbh. If she had been honest I would have cancelled & lost my first payment.

Appartement infesté de cafards

L’appartement était sale lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons fait le ménage nous même. Mais cela n’est pas trop grave à la rigueur. Le pire: l’appartement grouille de cafards. Il y en a dans les placards, les meubles de cuisine et dans la literie. J’ai vu un cafard se loger dans mon matelas ! Impossible de dormir sereinement. J’ai contacté le propriétaire sur abritel, par sms et par mail direct, aucune réponse !! Nous avions des excréments de cafards partout dans l’appartement, dans les meubles et au sol. Nous avons acheté des bombes anti insectes mais sans résultats. Cela a gâché une partie de notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet appartement et je suis déçu des services de abritel. Vous ne me reverrez plus.

Fantastic Apartment.

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Our host George couldn’t have made us feel more welcome with excellent communication and instruction. The apartment was a great fit for our needs (6 adults). Beds, showers, lounge with smart TV, kitchen and balcony’s all great. The complex itself is well maintained with loads of sun-loungers available by the pool. The pool bar is great for drinks and food with friendly staff. The location couldn’t be better, with loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and the beach only 5 minutes walk. We have stayed in numerous accommodations in this area and this one is overall the best for location, complex facilities and of course the apartment itself. We would not hesitate in booking again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks again George your a great host.

Great holiday

Apartment well situated for restaurants and bars. Well equipped and clean. Ideal for families family. I would say not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as quite a hike up from sea front then stairs to negotiate. Owner very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. All in all had a fantastic time.

Lovely apartment

Situated in a perfect position - half way between the beach front promenade and the bars/restaurants by the Mongolian bbq. Lovely quiet complex with a good on site restaurant. Communicating with the owner was perfect and a small issue we encountered was swiftly dealt with without any fuss. The apartment is starting to show its age a little and will need modernising soon but that didn't detract any enjoyment from our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely October Half term break with the kids

Apartment was perfect for our needs and has a lovely spacious terrace overlooking the pool. It needs updating, but it didn't bother us particularly. It's well located for all the amenities you might need while on holiday such as supermarkets and restaurants etc. The on-site bar and restaurant was invaluable to us during our stay and was definitely a bonus to grab something to eat or have a drink after a day at the pool. George who manages the property was very helpful throughout the booking process and easily to contact to ask any questions.
