Absolutamente precioso dentro y por fuera ...

Esta plantación casera tropical es elegante y exquisitamente decoradas con una espaciosa planta rara sólido Hawaiian Koa Parquet y. Las puertas correderas de cristal rodean la sala de estar y abierto a la del cruzado Lanai. El 19 pies techos abovedados da una sensación de espacio abierto a toda la casa.

La terraza ~
La enorme cubierto Wraparound Lanai está rodeado de exuberantes plantas tropicales y de montaña Cascada-Vistas. Es tranquilo y relajante con cómodas sillas, sofás de ratán, barbacoa de gas y tablas para Comedor exterior.

Habitaciones y Baños ~
El dormitorio principal tiene una mano exótica tallada 4 Cama de la cama con un colchón Tempur-Pedic, baño completo en ~ Suite y Walking closet. Esta casa ofrece 4 habitaciones (1 King, 2 Queen y 2 Twin). Dos y medio baños. Cada habitación ofrece vistas exóticas plantas tropicales.

Totalmente equipado y listo para todas sus aventuras culinarias. Abierta y espaciosa. Los contadores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Excelente para el entretenimiento. Barra de desayuno con asientos. Vistas tropicales inspiran como comidas caseras se preparan.

La ducha exterior ~
En Kauai, que tiene una ducha al aire libre es una gran ventaja. No se pierda la ducha al aire libre en el lado del garaje. Rodeado de un paisaje tropical que es más ideal para el lavado de la arena después de un día en la playa.

FAMILIA amable y excelente para parejas ~
Las instalaciones de este hogar son aparentemente sin fin ... 2 bicicletas de crucero, tablas de surf, toallas de playa, sillas de playa, hieleras, zapatos de agua y más. Juegos, rompecabezas y juguetes.

All in One

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Within biking and walking distance to the shops. All the beach gear we needed and more! Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor seating for meals and game nights! Overall would definitely book again!

A beautiful house in a great location.

When on vacation, it is great to feel a bit spoiled. This house fit the bill. Loved that because of the layouteveryone had privacy & space of their own when wanted, but also could enjoy gathering in the comfortable communal areas.Easy access to every activity that we wanted. Loved starting and ending the day on the porch with its gorgeous view and peaceful feel.

A Great Place

This house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and beach chairs and beach towels. The location is good, too. Very close to the grocery store and beaches. If you want to stay on the north shore of Kauai, this is your place.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

My family and I had the most amazing stay here for the holidays. It was our first time in Kauai and we had everything we needed to feel at home to enjoy the space, views, and location. Foodland is just a couple of minutes of walking away, perfectly convenient for cooking meals at home. If I were to provide any suggestions, it would be nice to have more than 1 roll of paper towel for our 1 week stay, and the hairdryer in the guest bathroom seems like it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, would highly recommend this home—would return next time we are on the island!

Fantastic stay here in Princeville, Kauai

What a wonderful property and beautiful community! This place is gorgeous with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen was huge and fully stocked with all the amenities for cooking for the family. Also has 2 washers and dryers that helped with our family of 7 staying here! Really beautiful large home.

Comfortable

Lanai was spacious with lots of furniture and private with beautiful plants all around. Good view of the mountains with waterfalls. Needs a little maintenance, but I think the owners are on top of it (saw new fans in the garage readyvto install). Beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful stay in Princeville

We had a great family vacation in your beautiful home in Princeville. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Great neighborhood. Lots of toys in garage. A paradise indeed!

A vacation with all the comforts of home and more! Family dinners around the 8seat table inside or out on the lanai made for great convo recapping our surfing adventures of the day! Everything was so clean and well stocked! We especially loved the room off the garage for our teenage boys! And the 2 sets of washer/dryers came in clutch! AC blows cold but we really didn’t need it! All this with breathtaking Mountain Views! No doubt, we will certainly return!

Great place for families!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for families. Lush landscaping and wrap around porch has views of waterfalls in the distance. The garage is stocked with bikes, snorkel, and beach gear. Anini Beach is a 20 minute walk or a short drive away, and the local shopping area with restaurants, shops, and grocery store is a 10 minute walk. The house was very clean. The only small critique would be that one of the bathrooms could use some updating, but it is definitely not a deal breaker. We would definitely book this place again next time we come back to Kauai.

great house, great location

Upon arrival we discovered the cable TV was not working. We called and Zack came out the next day and the cable box was replaced. Later we found that the oven was not functioning, but this time they were unable to get it working so we had to do without it for the rest of our stay. Still, we had a good stay and overall it is a great house

Kauai Family Vacation

Overall, this property is very beautiful and well maintained. The location is very close to Hanalei, out favorite beach. The only issues were the hot water and internet. The owners recommend that each person takes a 5 minute shower. There were 6 of us staying at this property and the last 3 took cold showers. The internet was a bit on the slower side. Other than these two issues we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Spacious and comfortable!

The house has a perfect layout for families with ample seating and a beautiful lanai. For those that want it, the air conditioning is great. Proximity to the grocery store, favorite beaches and farm markets is super convenient. Supplied beach chairs and boogie boards saved us additioonal rental fees. Some baby gear on site was helpful plus the recommendation for Babilicious to rent everything else we needed made it so that we could pack lighter and have the 'nice to have' items for the two under two that we were traveling with. Having a couple of empty cupboards to put groceries away in would be great. Some serving bowls would also be great. Would recommend that the owners evaluate what is in the kitchen cupboards, get rid of the non-functioning items and reorganize so that the guests don't ave to keep all of the groceries on the counters.Overall we loved the property and highly recommend it! Jeff & Shana were responsive and very helpful.

problems reported

We didnt have an oven for 1/2 of the week which turned out badly as we had food to cook. We had to throw a lot of food out. The maintenance man came out and said to just flip the breaker everytime we used it. The oven would work 1 time and then not. I hope we could get reimbursed a bit to make up for the food please. The washer in the house when full of towels or clothes moved across the floor, very loud. The maintenance man put in 1 towel and said it was fine. We had more than 1 towel. It really needs balancing. Our family enjoyed the house other than those things mentioned. Beautiful home, neighborhood and Island. We cleaned up as mentioned in the book. Thank you for the stay. Hope to be back in Kaui again in the future.Thank you for the accessories in the garage, we added goggles to the items. Let me know about the food ok? Thank you Linda Strickland and family

Amazing, Just Amazing

The pictures don’t lie….this place is beautiful, clean, well stocked and nicely located….it’s walking distance from a nice beach. You can even see a waterfall from the front deck! The immaculate garage has a multitude of beach/sand chairs, snorkeling gear, numerous boogie boards, quick dry towels, insect repellent, sand toys, a dry bag and 3 bikes….everything you need for a fun day outdoors…..they even have 2 sets of washers/dryers! I packed way too much stuff! The washer took care of all of the wet clothes, towels, etc….once we rinsed off in the outside shower, all the clothes and stuff went in the washer and were ready to wear again the next day. One of our favorite adventures was renting electric bikes from Biking in Paradise. Sean and his wife Tammy charge about half of what the other rental places charge and they delivered and picked up the bikes right to/from the house. They even gave us some great suggestions on beaches to ride to, places for happy hour and the best location to watch the sunset. Definitely worth checking them out! I would definitely stay at this house again! We lucked out with the weather but it would be a nice place to hang out if the rain was really coming down. They have a cupboard full of games, books and movies. I seriously can’t think of one thing that I wanted/needed that they didn’t have. Oh, there’s even a good supermarket and deli a quick bike ride (or walk) away.

Nice, clean, quiet, well-equipped, well-located house

The house is exactly as the ad claims. It is nice, quiet, well-equipped, and well-located. Sleeping: We were 5 adults and 2 kids and the house provided comfortable accommodations to all. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The evenings and nights were quiet, except for the occasional rooster, which is part of the Kauai experience. In April we did not need the A/C. We just left the windows open. Windows have screens and we have not been bothered by mosquitoes. Eating: The kitchen is well-equipped, even for 7 people. Appliances are modern and functional. We mostly used the BBQ on the outside deck for convenience. There is a grocery store within walking distance from the house. Location: The house is within 20 minutes driving of most Princeville area attractions (Ke'e, Tunnels, Hideways, Hanalei, Light house, etc). It's about 45 minutes from Lihue (airport) and about 2 hours away from the furthest point on the island (Polihale state park). Most of what we wanted to see was on the North shore so it was perfect for us. Some final thoughts: The house is a good fit for quiet people. It's not a "party" house. It comes with rules that did not bother us (no shoes inside, use the hose outside to wash sand off before entering house, etc) but it could be a bad fit to a younger/party-seeking crowd.

A Little Misleading, But Still a Wonderful Home

When I initially booked through VRBO, I sorted homes based on 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. This one came up. When we arrived, we had 4 bedrooms, but only 2 1/2 baths. There were six people so we had to share the bathrooms with three people each. Later we discovered in the description that it said it had 2 1/2 baths, but that is not what a sorted on. So the initial information on the home was misleading. We had three problems with the house. When we first arrived, there was a large puddle of water in the kitchen. We soon discovered that it had been raining alot during the prior week. So we can only surmise that one or both of the skylights in the kitchen leaked. Our second issue was with hot water. It took forever to get hot water for baths and forget about the dishwasher. Which brings me to problem three. The dishwasher heating element is not working. So if you tried to do a Sani-Rinse or Heat Dry, it didn't happen. Now would I rent this home again? ABSOLUTELY! It was a comfortable home well appointed with a large kitchen and plenty of seating throughout. The only difference, I would rent it for four people, not six.
