Recientemente remodelado de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, junto al Lago Estes campo de golf, puede alojar hasta 8 personas. La habitación principal está equipada con una cama king size, 40 "pantalla plana de TV de alta definición, reproductor de DVD y baño completo con secador de pelo. También hay una pequeña sala de lavandería equipada con lavadora y secadora. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas, tamaño doble en la litera de arriba y de tamaño completo en la litera inferior.

Amplia cocina completa con juego de comedor, equipada con una estufa de tamaño completo, frigorífico, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, licuadora y tostadora. Sala de estar tiene una reina sofá cama doble, construido en chimenea de leña, (Dura Llama registra solamente), 50 "pantalla plana de TV de alta definición, reproductor de DVD y wifi gratuito. Muy amplia terraza con parrilla de vistas al hermoso entorno.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property with no issues at all. The views are spectacular and it was fun to see some wildlife in the backyard. The house and kitchen were fully stocked with everything we needed. And having access to the resort pool was a huge bonus, which the kids really enjoyed!

We loved it! It was a little older than I was expecting but well maintained. Loved the split floor plan - was perfect for our family. The kids loved the large property to explore &’play. Property management was on top of everything. Only issue we had was the bear proof trash can did not lock - so we had a bear visit us that left a nice mess but was worth it for the bear sighting! We’d definitely stay again - great location too.

Amazing Location and Views

Great stay! The location is excellent (near town, right next to the lake and golf course). The house is larger than it looks from the outside, and fit a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) with ease. The hot tub was an amazing extra. Would 100% stay again. My only areas of need for the house would be more utensils and bowls, plus basic amenities like cleaning supplies, soap, blankets, etc. We found our smaller family not having things we needed at times that seem like basics. You can tell this is a rental property, not one that a family occasionally rents out (ie: not a lot of blankets, cleaning supplies, trash bags, limits on toilet paper and dishwasher soap, etc).

Location, Location, Location

The title sums it up. We love the location. Easy walk to town along the lake and 9 hole golf course. Lots of elk on the golf course. This is our second year in a row at this house. Very peaceful neighborhood with plenty of room between houses. We always enjoy our stay.

Perfect Location with Beautiful Surroundings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located property. Beautiful view from the back deck. Easy access to Lake Estes and walking path as well as the nine-hole golf course where we encountered elk daily. Walking distance to the Visitors Center and into town along the river walk. Had an elk harem and bugling bull spend about two hours on the property providing us with our own personal encounter. Management was extremely communicative, helpful and friendly during the time leading up to our arrival and throughout our stay. Thanks to all for an enjoyable visit.

Great area!

This property was perfect for our trip. The house is in a great location for convenience but also to see the Elk! Very very clean, spacious and well laid out. I stayed with my husband and 3 younger children but we easily could’ve brought some extended family and still had plenty of room. Beautiful view and surroundings! Enjoyed and used the hot tub a lot! We didn’t want to leave! We’d definitely stay there again.

Beautiful tranquil getaway

We enjoyed our week stay. The house had everything we needed and close but far enough away to not be in the downtown area. Lovely, to just sit out on the deck and just view the beauty of Colorado.

Our stay at Grand Estates

We enjoyed the house. There was some confusion on the check in process that needs updating. We did have trouble with the dishwasher. The location was great. The view was beautiful. It was spacious, too. We would recommend to others for sure.

Beautiful Lake Views

It's a beautiful home with even better views! We had a bull elk & his harem walk through the yard on 3 different days. One morning at 6:00 am the bull bugled while right next to the master bedroom window. My husband said that was quite the alarm clock that morning! We would love to stay there again!!! Jo

Nice Property

The property was clean and comfortable and was just as advertised. The location was quiet, yet close enough to walk to town if you desired. We enjoyed walking around Lake Estes on the walking trail from the cabin. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Great location in Estes

Beautiful property with a nice space for our family of 5. Overall really enjoyed the stay and would consider staying here again in the future. A couple things to note: * The hot tub needs to be cleaned. There was gray floaties every time we used the jets. This did not stop our boys from enjoying the hot tub, but do wish it had been cleaner. * The master bathroom smells of mildew/mold. None was visible which makes me think it's in the shower walls, but we just left the door closed with the vent on the entire stay to keep it from smelling the bedroom up. * The straming DVD players sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Didn't try satellite TV. Most of our time was spent outside (duh! We're in Estes after all) so not a big deal, but another thing to note. Again, overall a great stay in a fantastic location and would stay again.

Very fun

Great spot to see Elk and Mule deer. Centrally located to get to all the fun stuff. Slow time of year so it’s not crowded at shops or restaurants.

Wonderful experience with property and the views were absolutely perfect. Very short drive to everything. We would stay again. House is ranch style, great for families with lots of space.

Awesome in Expected & Unexpected Ways

Beyond being emmaculately fresh, clean, comfortable and welcoming, this house's location was perfect for access to shopping/activities, enjoyment of nature and relaxation in a beautiful private setting. How cool is it to walk out the backdoor in the morning, coffee in hand, sit on the spacious back porch overlooking a beautiful lake through the pines, while also observing a herd of elk come and go as they rest and graze. Absolutely beyond our wildest expectations! Can't wait to return. Thank you for a sensational experience!

Quiet winter getaway

Beautiful, quiet house with a great location in Estes park. The pictures of this house don’t do justice. It is big, comfortable, and wonderful for kids. We loved the kitchen as it had everything we needed to cook with. There were plenty of games and movies to choose from. We would definitely return to the property.

Enjoyed our stay. Was exactly what I was looking for.

The view of estates lake and mountains from here is breathing. Kitchen and living room are cozy. We liked it a lot.
