Gran villa familiar para compartir

Sólo un corto paseo a la playa.
La Villa tiene su propia piscina, tiene capacidad para 9 adultos con un protector de piscina a prueba de niños disponible si se solicita, y 2 cunas de viaje y una silla alta disponible para bebés más un protector de escalera. Cuenta con 4 habitaciones disponibles con 2 en suite y dos con baño compartido. El dormitorio principal está arriba con una terraza privada con tumbonas y mesa y sillas para dos, y una vista del mar entre los árboles. La villa está básicamente en un nivel con un paso hacia la Villa y un paso desde el comedor hasta el área de la cocina (obviamente, escaleras al dormitorio de arriba)
Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y amplio espacio de armario, cómoda o cajones y mesitas de noche. Todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteras. Hay wifi en toda la Villa con 'luces' de bluetooth en el baño para escuchar fácilmente. El salón tiene una televisión con Chrome Cast. Hay una Naya fresca con una nevera de cerveza nueva y una caja de hielo, cómodos asientos, mesa y sillas y sombrillas si quieres salir del calor del día. Detrás de la villa hay un campo de petanca y un columpio infantil, tobogán y columpio de doble balancín. La villa tiene una variedad de palmeras y árboles frutales en tres lados de la villa y hay estacionamiento fuera de la carretera para un automóvil y estacionamiento en la carretera. El camino solo es utilizado por otros residentes, por lo que es muy tranquilo.

A lovely stay in this well equiped villa.

Two weeks in August 2021. A family of 4, two adults and two teenagers. Very well situated, separate from neighbours and close to beach . We rented a car and visited a few places but mostly just relaxed and enjoyed the house. Good aircon and fans. Pool well maintained and clean. We are not usually beach villa holiday people but enjoyed this location and it was a welcome break from Belgium.

Villa conforme à l’annonce. Maison très chaleureuse, parfaitement équipée et pratique. Parfaite pour accueillir une famille avec enfants et bébé. Nous avons passé une semaine agréable. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour cette maison parfaitement pensée.

A week to remember.

Seven (adults) visited Villa Isabel in August ('19) and we all came away with a 5 star vote. The villa is comfortable, the bedroom aircon top notch, the pool an absolute life saver in the temperatures we encountered and the BBQ an evening treat. It is hard to be critical of the villa. The weather was VERY hot but what do we expect in August! This made the 10 minute walk up the hill, from the beach to the Villa a bit of slog in the heat of the day. A few pointers - the hotel Manet at the bottom of the hill bordering the El Portet beach does a very nice, reasonably priced breakfast. For lunch / evening meals we walked the 30 minutes or so to the Harbour in Moraira. Loads of tapas / seafood etc etc restaurants. The usual watch / bag salesmen were annoying. We specially enjoyed a meal out at El Chamizo, a lovely restaurant bang on the Moraira seafront. A little too far to walk I would suggest. The rooftop bar at the harbour (I'm sure you can see it looking down from the road) is a special place for a pre dinner cocktail. Villa Isabel is a lovely place for a family / sizeable group to holiday. Having gained some local knowledge I would definitely revisit the villa and we would all like to thank Helen Merchant for providing a base for a holiday that 7 people will remember (in a good way!!) for many many years.

Cute house close to the beach

House is located close to the beach; very cute town; owner was very responsive on all questions and she provided us a lot details to make the whole check-in process smooth and an overall great stay. Beach is very small and ideal for small kids. I recommend this house!

Beautiful villa in a charming town

We have just spent eight nights at Villa Isabel, and it couldn't have been nicer. The house is lovely, and very spacious - certainly enough for our party of five. We particularly enjoyed the naya where we ate most of our meals when at home. There's a lovely breeze which filters through, but beware the mosquitos if you're prone to getting bitten. We lit the coils that were provided and sprayed ourselves with mosquito repellent when we remembered. The pool was an absolute stand-out feature of the villa and we spent as much time as we could in it and by it! There are plenty of comfortable sunloungers, umbrellas and pool toys for everyone. The blow up lobster was a highlight! Moraira itself was a beautiful town and we were lucky enough to be there during a festival, meaning lots of fireworks and entertainment into the night. They were loud, but with the windows closed you couldn't hear anything. We also saw the eclipse of the moon on our last night there. We didn't hire a car, but would receommned that you hire one as the area is hilly and very hot in the height of the summer walking back up the hills from the town or the beach! If we came again we would definitely hire a people carrier. It's a short walk down the hill to El Portet beach where we spent a lovely couple of days, enjoying the bars and El Portet restaurant which cooks delicious, authentically Spanish food. The squid and the paellas were outstanding. And the Sangria!! There's also a nice supermarket not far from the villa which sells delicious fresh pastries and bread every morning. The chocolate croissants were amazing! All in all it was a fantastic holiday, made even better by the lovely villa and its facilities. It's even nicer than the photos suggest and I would recommend it to anyone.

Family holiday

Nice villa in good location. We were with our daughter and son in law and small grandchildren. We enjoyed being able to walk down to El Portet ( return was slightly more challenging) and then a couple times along the lovely coast road to Moraira. Great facilities for families with young children. Everyone enjoyed the pool. All in all a lovely holiday.

A beautiful, homely villa in an unspoiled and picturesque corner of Spain.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 10 day stay at Villa Isabel. We cannot recommend this ‘home from home’ highly enough; just perfect for a glorious 10 days in El Portet. The location is fantastic. The proximity to the beautiful bay of El Portet makes it wonderfully convenient. Close enough to walk but far enough to not have the peace and tranquility of the villa spoiled by beach crowds coming and going. Isabel and the surrounding neighbourhood are both stunning and the layout for two families of four is ideal. The pool and sunbathing areas are like something from a postcard and the naya is everything you want for family breakfasts or a BBQ supper at the day’s end. Once you’ve got your bearings the stroll into Moraira itself isn’t far and so picturesque you’ll find it a joy to walk when you decide to venture into town. Our 2 tips are G & Tea for a fantastic gin experience with the warmest of welcomes from mixologist Alex and Chic Moraira at Cala Andrago on the coast road to Calpe for a first class meal out. The Villa’s owner Helen could not have been more helpful with the communication throughout personable and professional in equal measure. We’d love to return to Villa Isabel, those lucky enough to stay there will easily see why.

Amazing holiday and a beautiful villa

Just got back from a 10 day stay at villa Isabel with myself and 7 family members and every one of us loved it so much. The villa is absolutely beautiful and in a great place with the beach only being a five minute walk away. It was such an amazing holiday we are thinking of booking again for next year.

We now live about 5 months in Spain spread out during the year, but avoiding the heat of the high season, and the rest of the year on our smallholding in Kent
We are obviously semi retired, and prefer the winter sun, the high season in Spain is too hot for us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property was perfect for us when we saw it. Pool, nice garden. We have 5 sons, 4 married and having 5 bedrooms (one outside the main house and not available to rent) it was perfect for family get togethers. Also close to the beach with beach bars and food available and in a quiet area with no through traffic. Plenty of room for cars and we have a small fishing boat with a local marina, plenty of nice restaurants and bars locally and in town and friends living nearby. What more could we want.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Its just a nice quiet area. Plenty of space in the villa. Lovely cool Naya which always seems to have a breeze even in the heat of the day. Great pool. Close to the beach (and the beach bar), not too far from town to walk. Nice safe local beach with lifeguards in the high season.
The fruit trees are nice -- freshly squeezed orange juice during the winter is lovely. We have recently planted almond, pomegranate and olive trees so we hope they have taken. Hopefully this year we will also have figs, guests are encouraged to eat any ripe fruit. They don't last and when they are ready they need to be eaten.
There is a local 'corner shop' selling icecreams, buckets and spades, beach accessories and tea coffee, milk, delicious fresh bakery etc
We always feel relaxed and chilled and hope you do too
