We are glad you enjoyed the house. The bedding and towels have all been updated. Sorry in regards to the stairs as we had not heard from you that this may be an issue. The master is upstairs and provides incredible city lights and mountain views.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. I wish you would have asked us to turn the AC down or we gladly would have. You reached out because you thought it was set to heat mode, but then realized it wasn't once one of the AC units went on. We did let you know they could be adjusted lower than the 74 degrees they were set to if needed, but you said they were fine and we never heard back any further. We don't typically get questions on the AC setting, but you had a couple of 100 degree days, so it was unusually hot. I wish you would have let us know and we could have lowered it for you. There are many rentals that do the same to avoid costly damages and guests not having AC during their stay. I am glad everything else was great for you guys. Hopefully, you will visit again in the future.

We are glad you enjoyed our home, the beautiful sunsets and very safe nature of the area. You are surrounded by beautiful Arizona landscape and wildlife, but yet so close to all amenities within 10-25 minutes away. Our AC is always set on a range that guests can control. It is set between low to mid 70 degrees. We were unfortunately unable to lower our AC unit into the 60 degree range as it will run continuously and very high chance of freezing the coils and breaking, which would leave guests without any AC during their stay. We do follow our AC companies expert information and recommendations, and setting the AC that low is considered very cold and excessive. We were happy to lower it at night beyond our normal setting for you and we also have ceiling fans as well as portable fans to ensure all guests and their preferences are accommodated.

We are very sorry to see your comments as we take pride in our home. The fact that we have great ratings from most of our guests and have several repeat visitors speaks volumes. We had numerous communications during your stay, and you had nothing but positive things to say, so your review comments now are very surprising and contradictory. If you would have let us know of any issues, we would have gladly sent our cleaner over or tried to resolve. We have used the same professional cleaning service for the past 8 years with very few issues, but we will ensure they continue to do a great job. I know your group was very upset that the pool was not heated, although we clearly communicated such in advance. We can only assume your negative review stemmed from this, which is not at all fair since your assumptions are beyond our control. We even provided a late check out to make your departure easier. I hope that future guests who read this comment will look at all our other great reviews and put this one in context. We go out of our way to ensure all guest visits are wonderful and we have a very clean and amazing home. We try our best to please every single guest but if expectations are unrealistic or we are not aware of an issue, then that is out of our control.

We try to capture the beauty, with lots of photos, but agree that the pictures do not do it justice. The sunsets from the back deck and master suite are incredible and a must see in person. I apologize for the small issue with hot water heater but happy it did not impact a majority of your stay. Luckily, relighting the pilot light was an easy fix. It is a brand-new hot water heater, but these things happen occasionally, and it was a quick repair the next day. Some of the outlets being out can happen when the circuits are overloaded with too many appliances or hair dryer all going at once. Only required a push of the GFI switch to reset and fix.
