Decorado de forma minimalista, con materiales naturales y muebles hechos a mano, el delicado diseño de Ioli Anastasia permite que el extraordinario escenario asuma el papel principal.

La terraza de la villa es ideal para descansar y relajarse durante los calurosos días de verano, con una piscina de borde infinito con hidromasaje, un hermoso comedor y cómodos sofás cama, todos con vistas a la magnífica Caldera y al gran volcán.

La puesta de sol incandescente de Santorini es una visita obligada desde la terraza de Ioli Anastasia. Radiantes tonos naranja y púrpura se mezclan en el horizonte reflejando las aguas cristalinas de la Caldera. Great time in Santorini

I revisited Santorini for first time in 25 years. The property was perfect and our host was extremely accommodating. The location is superb and private parking was extremely useful. The infinity pool was excellent as well. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property in fantastic area! Great layout for our family of five (children ages 19-25), basically two properties with an adjoining door. The outside area was great for dining and relaxing. There is nothing like opening your door in the morning to the view, gorgeous. Evelyn was super helpful, arranged us a taxi to port. Great location on the island, you are right amongst shops, restaurants, markets, coffee, gelato, etc. Absolutely beautiful!

Amazing Property!

Perfection! We stayed with our adult children in this beautiful cave house. The property itself was breathtaking. We could relax and enjoy Santorini from the pool and easily walk around to explore the island. That said, the highlight of our stay was Evelyn. She was most helpful in planning our trip and helping us enjoy our stay. She is efficient and responsive while also just being a lovely human being. Five stars for the Villa and Evelyn

Good villa with amazing view

The view of the villa is amazing! It was a good stay and we enjoyed but after staying there, can say it is not worth the price. The shower drain is blocked, wifi not working properly in one of the villa, no towel for the kitchen, no hangers in the bedroom so some amenities needs fixing and at that price, you dont expect that. As much as it is a good spot, it is not worth the price of luxurious hotel as it doesn’t include the same services. However, The service from Evelyn and travelstaytion was excellent! Good overall

Location was perfect, the villa was spacious and view was beautiful (except for the rooftop just in front of the villa, which could use some decorative rocks for filler). I would not recommend getting this unless you are getting both villas as the pool area would then be shared. The areas where natural light come in are really nice. While the photos definitely match the property, a closer look does reveal that a refresh is needed in the showering/bathing areas where water pools on the floors in bathtub and showers leaving standing water and stains. The doors to shower area in the downstairs unit are rusted on the hinges and doesn't seem it was made for wet areas. Bring some flip flops for showering in the meantime.

Amazing Cave Villa! The perfect sunset view over the caldera. The heart of Santorini!

I would highly recommend the Villa Ioli Anastasia! It is set at the top of the cliff of villas in Firastefani, the most beautiful collection of cliff side villas in Santorini. The cave accommodations are classic Santorini and very upscale: the beds are comfortable, the showers are nice, etc. The location gives you the most beautiful view of Santorini, you won’t be able to take enough pictures from your own private patio. It’s within short walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. Firastefani is also located in the center of the island, so driving to Oia or Akrotiri is very convenient. After booking, make an effort to contact the agent by phone. The email system doesn’t always work and you may not hear from them before arrival.

BEST Villa & location! Firostefani is in a great spot as it’s not as busy as Fira but still an easy 10 min walk away. There’s good restaurants and bars close by as well. It’s a great area on the Island to get to other attractions. The property is just gorgeous, the pool area is amazing!!! We didn’t want to leave and would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Santorini. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and had some great recommendations. The location is also perfect for watching the sunset!

Very comfy bed, the interior decor is nice too. The host was so helpful and kind with every question we had like recommending restaurants, activities and booking them for us.

My kids loved the infinity pool and the location was perfect! There are stores and markets within walking distance. Restaurants with amazing views very close. Oia is a cab ride away. Incredible view and luxurious villa

Family of 5 stayed from August 17th to the 22nd. we had a great stay in Santorini and very much enjoyed the view, the pool and the spacious villa. It looks better than on the photos. Christina is a wonderful host and provided great tips to make the most of our stay in Santorini.

INCREDIBLE VIEW - INCREDIBLE VILLA - INCREDIBLE SERVICE!

I almost didn't want to write a review because if too many people find out how incredible this place is, it might not be available for me to rent the next time! First, the view! WOW! AMAZING! STUNNING! Any good word you can think of would describe the view! It's breath taking! And the pool and patio area is wonderful! I could have lived on the pool deck! (There is a 3 foot drop off from the pool deck/patio to the sitting area in front of each villa door so be careful is you have small children because there is no railing.) Second, the villa! One of the coolest rentals I've ever stayed in...and I've traveled the world! One side of the villa has the bedroom downstairs in a cave. The other side is all one level. Both are equally great! We rented both sides since we were two couples. (It's not sound proof between the two villas so it's best if you are renting both sides with friends/family.) Third, the service! Our contact person, Christina was so incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed! And she was also super nice!! She arranged our transportation for us, gave us wonderful recommendations for dining and things to do, and when we needed something she came through for us! Lastly, since we were not too familiar with the island I wasn't sure about the location of the villa but after spending 10 days on the island I can tell you that it is very perfectly situated! It is located in Firostefani and is within walking distance to Fira in one direction and Imerovigli in the other direction. All three places have things to see and do and plenty of places to eat! (P.S. Go to Galini's in Firostefani for breakfast) You definitely can not go wrong with this rental! 100%
