Plenty of room

House was perfect size for our family of 8 and one toddler. House was very clean and lots of kitchen equipment. Would recommend.

Regatta weekend

We had a great time at 453 Biscayne! The views from the rooftop deck were incredible and the cruiser bikes were super fun! Great, quiet location and a great house! Owner was super responsive too! Would definitely recommend it!

Vacation Rental at Chadwick Beach Island

We enjoyed our week in this home. The condition was excellent as was the floor plan and bedrooms. Baths were beautiful. The availability of bikes was great as was having beach passes. It was a wonderful location and home for our family to enjoy our week at the beach.

Lavallette Beach House

“Second time” to stay at this property!!! My family & I rented this beach house 5 years ago. We were the first renters & loved the house, location and all the fun things to do at the Jersey shore. We live in Texas but I am originally from NJ & I enjoy coming to visit my home state. The beach house has been well maintained. It’s clean, with a pretty beach decor & the layout of the home is perfect with one bedroom & bath downstairs for myself as an older person with four bedrooms upstairs that include a master with on suite, and three other bedrooms with another hallway bathroom. One of the other bedrooms includes bunk beds with a couch. All bedrooms have TV’s as well as a tv in the living room. The kitchen hosts a big beautiful island with a built in wine cooler, large table that seats 6-7 comfortably with three stools across the island. Sliding glass doors lead out to a nice large deck with table, chairs & grill. The downstairs is an open concept living room, dining area & kitchen with modern white cabinetry & stainless steel. There is also a laundry room with a washer & dryer on the first floor. All appliances have been well maintained & in working order. The garage is filled with everything you need for a fun day at the beach!!! My family & I would return to this beach house property again!!!

Friends reunion

Spent two nights reminiscing with friends I've known for 35 years. The weather was awful but we didn't care because the house was so wonderful. Loved the open concept with plenty of seating and big island. The house was very comfortable even with 11 people. We would love to make this a yearly thing in this house. See you next year!!

Beauty by the Bay

We rented the house for 4 nights. My husband and I spent the first two nights in the bedroom on the first floor so it was perfect for just the two of us. He then left and 4 girlfriends arrived for the weekend and each had their own bedroom upstairs. The house was super clean and well equipped. We sat out on the back deck for breakfast one morning and went up to the rooftop deck at sunset one evening. The owner responded immediately when I had a couple of questions. Chadwick Island is quiet in September and the weather was perfect. Maybe not walking distance but super close to everything you need, beach, restaurants and shopping. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful birthday weekend

Wonderful birthday weekend spent with my family here. Perfect weather amazing house, memories for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this property, the owner was excellent in communicating. And the property was better than we could’ve expected.

Fantastic home!

We had a wonderful time at this beach house! The house is beautiful, very large, incredibly comfortable and well maintained with all the amenities you can need. Perfect for our large family. And just a short bike ride or walk to the beach! The owners were extremely hospitable, easy to work with and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here if we visit the area again!

Great time on the island!

This house is absolutely amazing for a family vacation. The pictures were extremely accurate of the property, as well as, all the descriptions. Plenty of beach chairs and bikes. The house is on a quiet street and there was no noise. Close proximity to the bay beach which is a bonus for the kids!

Beautiful home! Great location!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Easy bike ride to the beach, even for my 7 yr old. Rode to tennis courts and around the neighborhood. Included bikes were great for the adults In our group and we also brought our own for the kids. House is CLEAN, warm, comfortable and has everything you’ll need in a home away from home. We brought cleaning stuff and soaps but there was plenty in the house! Outdoor spaces were awesome. The bay beach was small but nice for young kids or when the flies got to be too much at the beach. Jellyfish did appear at the bay, so beware! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, evening sunset and dance parties on the rooftop deck. Kids room and gaming space was great for our group of boys. Beds were comfy! Couches were comfy. Love the huge dining table for games and family meals. Owner was responsive and helpful. Not a single complaint. (Except the flies at the beach this week... but who has control over that?!) We had a great week! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Its location, on Chadwick Beach Island, is particularly geared towards families and relaxation. Many of the owners live in their homes year-round, and enjoy family entertaining in the summer months. There is a wonderful bay beach on the Island, and the walk to the beach is less than 15 minutes.
