Hermosa casa nueva y moderna con piscina privada de 10mx5m y vistas impresionantes desde la casa y la piscina a 360 ° en: mar, Capobianco, Sciacca, Borgo Bonsignore, Caltabellotta y montañas. La ubicación es estratégica: entre el Valle de los Templos de Agrigento (20 km), el teatro griego de Eraclea Minoa (3 km) y la ciudad de Sciacca (20 km). Small but perfectly formed villa in a jaw dropping location.180 view of the sea on one side and 180 view of the mountains on the other, giving way to the most spectacular sunsets (and probably the sunrises but we weren't up early enough for those :-))Villa was superbly equipped and the pool is great.We had the most wonderful stay all helped along by the host being a great communicator and well prepared with all of the instructions and recommendations for restaurants, shops and place to visit.We will be going back.

A lovely small property with a marvellous pool

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. It is a small property with room only for two adults and perhaps two small children but it is wonderful. It has stunning views and a glorious pool as well as a most helpful owner. Be aware that you cannot really eat inside and the dining facilities are all under the porch to the front of the house. Loved this slice of heaven!

We had ana maxing stay at this lovely place overlooking the Sea! Loved eating dinner on our patio with the incredible views. We went to the local super market for groceries, great friendly owner! We would recommend this quiet, private, peaceful gem. Carmela was absolutely amazing and helpful! Thank you Carmela for being so awesome!

Breathtaking location, delightful owner

The house is a cosy, beautifully finished building on the owner’s property, directly adjacent to the pool and overlooking the sea to the south and the mountains to the north, with attractive planting all around and olive groves covering the nearby valleys. The views are absolutely spectacular. The owner is extremely helpful (and speaks excellent English, as well as French and German). There is easy access to a nearby town for supplies, and excellent restaurants and unspoiled beaches also within a few minutes’ drive. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Sicilian Getaway

The property is beautiful. The guest house and amenities provide everything needed. The pics do not do this property justice. The views are incredible. Everyday we would get up and look at the views that almost didn't seem real, they were so breathtaking. Carmela was away on business but was very attentive to our needs with frequent communication. She gave us plenty of suggestions for beaches, restaurants and sites to go see. We would definitely come back and highly recommend her place.

Very quiet and nice vacation

We spent two very nice weeks in the villa Treskells. Carmela is a very nice host and reacts very quickly when you have a concern. The view is magnificent and it is very quiet. The villa is small but has everything necessary, even fly screens are mounted everywhere, aircond. etc. But we spent all the time outside anyway. The salt water pool is really very very nice. And the view is ingenious. In the vicinity there are very good restaurants one even with a Michelin-star and we ate very well. We would love to come back. Many thanks to Carmela. It was a pleasure.

Wonderful Location and Facilities

Treskills is a small villa set high up on a hill with fantastic all-round views. The owners villa is set a little higher up and overlooks the rental villa. The access roads are fun !. The villa is spotlessly clean and although small, is more than adequate for two people. Due to its position, it can be windy at times but even in late October, we were able to spend most of our time on the patio or around the pool. The pool is beautiful although the water a little bracing at that time of year, but we were very brave ! It is only a few minutes drive from Montellegro with supermarkets and nice shops. There are some excellent beaches very near and plenty of very good restaurants. Carmela, the owner was away during our stay but was really lovely and kept in touch, making sure everything went well. We absolutely loved the villa and hope to return before too long.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Villa TrisKells. Zeer goede ontvangst door gastvrouw Carmela die ons vele nuttige tips bezorgd heeft voor uitstappen, restaurants, standjes, ... in de buurt.Het uitzicht bij het huisje boven op de berg is echt fenomenaal. We hebben genoten van elk moment.Het huisje zelf is wel iets naar de kleine kant. Alles (kamers, kleerkasten, keukentje, ...) zou net iets groter mogen zijn... maar je leeft er natuurlijk vooral buiten.Een aanrader!

Das herrlich gelegene Ferienhaus ist das Gästehaus der Eigentümerin, das neben dem Pool steht. Die höher gelegene Villa der Besitzerin ist auf der anderen Seite des Pools. Die Küche des Gästehauses ist ziemlich klein, aber man kann die große Terasse oder auch den Barbequebereich nutzen. Durch die freie Lage des Ferienhauses ist es oft ziemlich windig. Die Betten im Gästehaus könnten besser sein. Ansonsten alles tiptop.

Wer diesen Ort nicht gesehen hat, kann sich nicht vorstellen wie wunderbar es dort ist. Alles hat sehr, sehr gut geklappt. Obwohl Carmela nicht vor Ort war, hat die Verständigung super funktioniert und sie war immer erreichbar. Die Anlage war sensationell und sehr, sehr sauber. Hier gibt es wirklich nicht zu beanstanden, aber auch rein gar nichts. Der einzigartige Blick über die Bucht von Cattolica und die hügelige Landschaft ist nicht zu beschreiben.Wer im Urlaub Entspannung genießen möchte und gleichzeitig alles vorfindet, was er zum täglichen Leben braucht, ist hier goldrichtig.Der einzigartige Pool, die komplette Außenanlage, einfach alle ist unbeschreiblich schön und hat diesem Teil unserer Sizilienreise einen wunderbaren Abschluß gegeben.Auch die einzigartige Tierwelt zu beobachten war super, Smaragdeidechsen,kleine Gottesanbeterin und Geckos waren tägliche Gäste und herlich anzuschauen.Wir werden diesen Ort mit Sicherheit nochmal aufsuchen und ihn länger genießen....manchaml fehlen einem die Worte um zu beschreiben, was man erlebt hat.Danke nochmals an Carmela für die super Betreuung und den hervorragenden Service.Alles Gute und hoffentlich bis irgendwann mal. Traumhafte Lage, toller Pool, sehr sauberes Haus

Wir haben leider nur 3 Tage hier verbracht, aber haben es sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Outdoor Bereich hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Pool ist super, aber am besten ist die Aussicht. Man hat eine komplette Panorama Aussicht über sizilien. Das Grundstück ist wunderbar ruhig und man kann sich super entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief reibungslos und wir wurden mir sehr vielen hilfreichen Empfehlungen unterstützt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, das nächste mal aber länger! :)

The perfect modern, rural mountain retreat

A blissful hilltop retreat with stunning views. Sunrise over the hills and sunset into the sea, there’s a visual treat from every angle. We felt thoroughly relaxed and indulged after 5 days here in this stunning modern home with oodles of outdoor space and a fabulous pool. The house is kitted our with all the essentials - aircon was much appreciated, a walk in indoor shower (in addition to an outdoor shower for pool time), a small kitchen area inside and more space for food prep outdoors in a covered ‘dining’ area. Comfy twin beds in each room meant we had lots of space for the 2 of us - one bedroom for sleeping and one for storing our clothes etc. The inside space is compact but the outdoor space is where you want to be anyway! And there’s expanses of this! Lots of different lounging and eating areas, beautiful planting and use of local stone... and those views! We used the pool several times a day - it really is something special - swimming to cool down with awesome views over the hills and coast. There’s a fabulous robot cleaner to keep the pool immaculate too. Other extras included pool games and a separate washing room for clothes with an additional loo and sink. Everything is beautifully designed and super clean. Carmel was brilliant! Communicative, friendly and helpful. Paulo who lives locally came to do some tasks around the grounds - we saw him fleetingly, a lovely, friendly, helpful chap too. Carmela always informed us if he was popping by. There are several great beaches nearby, some fairly quiet and undeveloped, others with great restaurants and rental sunbeds. There are a number of instersting towns too and a great urban art project at Favara. The nearest supermarket was closed from 3 Sept, a shame as we’d heard they did good home cooked ready meals, but there were 3 supermarkets in Montellegro about 15mims away open at various times.

WHAT A VIEW

We really enjoyed the time at Carmela’s guest house. But first thing first: who is looking for an amazing and chill stay in the countryside of the Sicilian south coast apart of crowded and party cities in a highlight location is completely right at Carmela’s place! The accommodation was really nice and clean. Everything essential (kitchen, pan, spices, towels etc.) was provided by the host. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom just as clean as the rest of the apartment and the pool. The highlight of the accommodation is without any doubt the 300 degree view over the beautiful landscape and the sea. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to meet the host Carmela who was gone on a trip herself. But she managed it perfectly and really professionally from the distance via WhatsApp. Also so prepared a folder with all the highlights of the area and recommendations which were more than helpful. Thank you so much, Carmela - we will definitely come back in the future and hopefully will have the chance to meet you while a little get together with a glas of vino!
