Nuestro amplio apartamento puede alojar hasta 30 personas. Por lo tanto, es adecuado para grupos grandes, pero también para familias de 8 personas que desean pasar unos días agradables en el centro de Roma.
El apartamento está dividido en tres grandes áreas, cada una de las cuales es independiente: la primera, en el primer piso a la izquierda, ofrece cinco habitaciones con baño y puede alojar hasta 14 personas; La segunda área, en el primer piso a la derecha, ofrece tres amplios dormitorios y puede alojar a otras 9 personas. Aquí hay una gran sala común donde es posible comer juntos y una cocina equipada que puede servir a ambos apartamentos en el primer piso.
La última área está en el segundo piso y ofrece una gran sala común donde todos pueden permanecer juntos con una cocina y otras tres habitaciones que pueden acomodar a otras 7 personas.

We are a huge family - 32 of us. This tental allowed us all to stay in one place with our ENTIRE family in rome right next to the metro. The place is really nice. Would stay again.

Great apartment in Rome

We were greated warmly by our host. The rooms were great! We stayed in 3 apartments all were very clean and accommodated my large group (17). Everyone had a bed and each room had it's own bathroom. Parking is a limited, but it's understandable as the property is in the city. Overall a great experience!

Magical experience in the Eternal City

This set up was magnificent for our family! We had 29 people from age 7-70 enjoying Roma in comfort. Everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom was priceless! I would stay here again in a heart beat. The property managers were a delight to work with and speedy to address any concerns. Cheers to a beautiful vacation for your group!

Family vacation

Check in was easy. We arrived early and Sydul and the owner were responsive and quick about getting us in. We used all three units so that everyone had they're own bathrooms and bedrooms. The units were in close proximity of the monuments and shopping.

Great place for a group

These 3 apartments with 11 bedrooms fit our LARGE (17 adults and 5 children) group perfectly. We weren't sure from the pictures if there'd be enough gathering space, but there was plenty of common space for meals and hanging out, and the kitchen was more complete than we expected. The location was great -- lots of local (non-touristy) restaurants, and extremely close to the metro that runs to Roma Termini and the Vatican (amongst other stops).

We had a great stay at this property. The host was responsive and did exactly what he said he would do. Communication was prompt. Any minor issues that we may have raised were addressed immediately and with a positive attitude.

Nice property for big groups

We were a group of 23 people. The hotel is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The Landlord was easy to talk to and was very accommodating. The air conditioner in each of the rooms was cold and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a big group. Plus, there is a lot of space in the common areas. Its more affordable than staying in a hotel.

We were a group of 20 people.After booking, owner informed us that two of the three apartments that make up this listing were unavailable for the first night; half the group was placed in alternative arrangements near Rome Termini which we were told was comparable for the number of people it could accommodate. We agreed to this alternative arrangement. Upon arrival the arrangements had fewer than 20 beds and only enough spaces for us if we shared beds: one member of our group slept on the floor as a result; another used a mobile bed in the kitchen where lights could only be turned off by switching off the breaker, which also cut power to outlets. The day we arrived, I received several copied and pasted text messages from the owner containing copied text exchanges with neighbors about noise complaints from the previous group, followed by instructions that we must be quiet at night.I was told I could only pay the substantial city tax in cash only (this tax is not included in the Vrbo payment); card payment was not Some members of our group noticed a mildew smell inside; those with asthma told me they began coughing whenever they were in the apartment, but stopped as soon as they left outdoors .On check-out day, rental representative arrived at EXACTLY 10:00 a.m., the stated check-out time.

Pre-cruise Stay

We enjoyed our time at Cosimo's property. Initially, it was a little hard to find and our driver couldn't get down the street as it is at the bottom of a one way street and people were parked on voth side so carrying our luggage in was difficult. There were 12 of us and we were in 2 apartments on different floors. It would have been nice to be on the same floor though. LOVED that each room had a full bathroom with a shower. Rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Definitely could have used a microwave but we made it work. Getting around from this location was super easy. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, hop on the Metro and grab a cab for relatively cheap. If I travelled with a large group again I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a great stay.

I will never use VRBO again.

This is a misrepresentation. Despite booking the entire home, I was informed that my eleven travelers would have to share five of the available bedrooms. Obviously this is not why one uses VRBO! Ultimately, I missed two days of activities with my group, spent a lot of money booking hotel rooms for them, and could not be more dismayed with the response from VRBO—which was to offer me three rooms in a hotel across town for my entire group of eleven. In the end I did receive a refund and two additional rooms (I paid for the six other accommodations out of pocket), but this was after long stressful days on the phone with customer service. Never again.

Disappointment

I'm afraid we had exactly the same experience as the previous review. Booked the entire home. A few weeks prior our arrival we are informed there is only eight rooms (in italian), where I reply - no eleven rooms booked, no repsonse from the host. When settling the final payment I ask again what is happening and if I need to arrange more beds - no reply, they did give us a recommendation for a restaurant nearby... When we arrive the third flat is not available - it's occupied by other guests!? Being old friends we decided to leave the subject for now, not to spoil our vacation, and agreed to share a few rooms. Back home again I contacted the host, giving them an opportunity to rectify their mistake - no reply. I then contacted VRBO who first asked me to call the host, the same host that don't reply. They finally agreed to mail the host, who replied that as we managed to have a good tine in Rome saw no need to compensate? Again sent a mail to VRBO and requested compensation, they tell me again to call the host directly. As a traveller You are very vulnerable, have no real possibility to make claims without an agent or a proxy, that's what I thought VRBO was apparantly not.

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Studienreise mit einer Gruppe

Ein flexibler Ort mit 3 Appartments, in denen sich mehr als 30 Personen in 2-4-Bettzimmern unterbringen lassen. Zu jedem Zimmer gehört ein Badezimmer, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn nicht unbedingt alles perfekt funktioniert (eine Toilettenspülung oder eine Deckenbeleuchtung z.B.), bemühen sie sich schnell um Abhilfe. Kleine Abstriche muss man vielleicht machen, wenn man Hotelqualität gewohnt ist und Perfektion erwartet (bei der Ankunft war noch nicht alles ganz fertig vorbereitet, andererseits durften wir aber auch unser Gepäck lange nach der Check-out-Zeit noch im Gebäude lassen, was uns sehr geholfen hat), es gibt gewiss ein paar Dinge, die man noch verbessern könnte, aber im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist das Quartier wirklich zu empfehlen und vor allem angenehm familiär geführt. Ein paar Schritte zur Metrostation oder zum Bus, die einen beide sehr schnell zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten transportieren, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ringsherum, so dass man auch die Küche nutzen kann, wenn man will. Für eine Gruppe mit erwachsenen Schülern oder Studenten ist diese Unterkunft wirklich eine gute Möglichkeit, in Rom günstig und angemessen zu wohnen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bon séjour

Nous avons loué un ensemble de trois appartements pour un événement familial en février et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Les appartements étaient spacieux et confortables, parfaitement adaptés à notre groupe de 20 adultes et 6 enfants. L'emplacement était également idéal, avec des commodités à proximité. Cependant, s'il devait y avoir un point d'amélioration, ce serait au niveau de l'équipement de cuisine. Bien que fonctionnelle, nous aurions apprécié davantage d'ustensiles et de vaisselle, notamment des verres à vin pour accompagner nos repas. Malgré cela, nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour et nous recommandons ces appartements à quiconque cherche un hébergement confortable pour un grand groupe dans la région. Merci encore pour cette expérience mémorable.

Great property for large group

Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for our group of 17 adults. Centrally located. The property manager was great with communication and even helped coordinate transportation for us!

Great Stay in Rome

We recently returned from a long trip to Rome with 26 people, 21 of whom were high school students. The apartments are perfect for a large group, as there is ample space for making and eating meals, and for large group sessions. The walk to the St. John Lateran Metro stop is quick and easy, and there are ample area shops and cafes charging Roman, rather than tourist, prices. Communication with the owner could not have been easier (she was always available through WhatsAp), and the E-lock was an efficient way to access the property at any hour. We loved our stay, so I gave this listing 5 stars, but I would have given it 4.5, if that were possible, for the following reasons: a.) Make sure to bring all of your own soap, shampoo, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper. Moreover, we cooked most nights for a big group, and the electric stoves were only just barely up to the task. Anticipate long cook times (a mircowave would also be really helpful). b.) I'm not sure all of the pictures on this listing are part of the 3 apartments you get, but may be from the B&B on the same floor? You also get a glimpse of a courtyard in the pictures, but you are not allowed to use it. Even quiet adult conversation out there drew censure. c.) The building is home to multiple tenants. Understandably, they tire quickly of the parade of large groups who occupy these apartments. We did our best to keep our students quiet, but still got frequent complaints from the residents. We would stay here again. All in all, a great place!

Superverblijf voor een geweldige studieweek

Prachtige, schone kamers met aangesloten badkamers. Kleine keukens met voldoende voorzieningen om zelf een keer te koken. De beheerder is erg behulpzaam en makkelijk te bereiken. In 3 minuten ben je bij de metro, dus de locatie is ook top! Echt een aanrader voor kleine en grote groepen.
