Esta amplia casa dispone de 3 dormitorios, amplio salón y gran cocina con comedor. La cocina lleva a cabo en un patio trasero donde se puede barbacoa y tiene un amplio espacio para sentarse y relajarse. La habitación doble se accede a una terraza que tiene unas vistas impresionantes de las montañas y el mar. El balcón da a la terraza-solarium.

Amazing stay close to the port.

Had an amazing stay at this brilliant property. Lots of everything you need to make it a home from home. Pool was perfect and just a short walk to the port and marina. Will definitely book again. Thanks

The property is lovely and clean in a nice area the pool was really nice. 5 mins from beach 15/20 mins from marina lots of lovely places to eat viggo’s is very good all questions where answered straight away would highly recommend

Great house and location.

Really enjoyed our stay - 10-15min walk to port with plenty of bars and restaurants on the way. Lovely pool and plenty of outdoor facilities for families. House also had everything we needed for our 10day stay. Would not hesitate to return and highly recommend. Marc was great with communication and Brian and Gill were close by if we needed anything(no issues so we didn’t need to contact them)

Exceeded expectations

The pictures don't do the property justice! Location is very good and the pool is brilliant. Little bit deep for our four year old but nothing a rubber ring can't fix. The outdoor space was lovely for dining and really added to the holiday. The kitchen has all the utensils required and the laundry products were a great bonus. The only slight negative would be how hot the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms got at night as AC only in the main bedroom but the ceiling fans did help a bit. Would love to return one day as the property, the town, and surrounding area is great for a family holiday.

Fantastic villa and pool, great location

Had a wonderful 10days staying here. Everything you could need, and a washing machine! Pictures don’t do it justice, much bigger than it seems, lovely sun bathing seating area from the kitchen, amazing views from the roof terrace and a great pool. Lots of English tv channels, good selection of books to read loads of spare linen and towels, and a fridge freezer. The area a mazzaron is beautiful, stunning beach , great bars and restaurants. I would recommend Virgo’s and the Moroccan restaurants in the harbour. If you have a car, take a trip to cartegena for the day, was lovely, loads of history and museums. Ellen and Marc were great. Good communication and Brian and his wife showed us everything we needed to know. Will definitely be going back.

A real home from home (if only we too had a lovely swimming pool)

Although we have been to Puerto de Mazarron many times over the last 10 years to visit family, this is the first time we have actually rented a property. We were greeted by Brian who gave us a quick tour of the house and then left us to settle in to our home for the next fortnight. The house is wonderful and everything we could wish for. It really is so much bigger than the photos depict. We used the kitchen almost every day to prepare our meals and ate al fresco most nights on the spacious terrace. The beautiful swimming pool and the awning over the terrace were much appreciated during the incredibly warm spell we were enjoying. The air conditioning in the master bedroom and lounge were also a godsend. El Alamillo beach is, as stated, 400M away but you need to find the short cut through an alleyway. There is a great little bar there that is open until the early hours during the season with live music at the weekend.The start of the paseo towards the port is a 10 to 15 minute walk where you will find many bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. As I have already said it was incredibly warm and our 2 teenagers found it hard to sleep with just the ceiling fans on. Overall though we all had a wonderful holiday and we would definitely like to return during one of the cooler months.

Estancia muy recomendable con un pero

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable. La ubicación, la equitación de la casa y el trato con el propietario y los amos de llames fue muy buena. Pero la limpieza Dejaba un poco que desear. Todo estaba ordenado, pero había pegotes gel o champú seco en la bañera, paredes de habitaciones sucias y los mandos de la tele y aire acondicionado no estaban limpios, entre otras cosas. Teniendo en cuenta los protocolos anti-covid, algunos detalles deberían haber estado mucho más cuidados. Por lo demás, fue una estancia fantástica. Yo la recomiendo e incluso repetiría, haciendo hincapié en la limpieza. Hace 3 días que dejamos la casa y aún no he recibido la fianza. Espero no tener problemas con esto.

Semana maravillosa

El alojamiento nos encantó! Sobre todo la terraza trasera, dónde se estaba super agusto por la noche. La cama de la habitación pequeña un poco incómoda, pero el resto muy acogedor. Eso sí, muchas cucarachas... Teníamos que matar 2 o 3 al día. Espero poder disfrutar de esta vivienda de nuevo el año que viene. Un saludo Marc

Mooi huis

Het huis is heel mooi en schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is beschikbaar.Brian was een lieve man.Het huis bevindt zich in een mooie omgeving ,er is veel te doen.Je kunt te voet naar het strand. We hebben zeer genoten van het zwembad en huis. We zijn tevreden!

Charmante maison avec une belle piscine...

Belle maison, conforme à la description. Elle est plus belle que sur les photos. Nous avions tout le nécessaire sur place, vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises. La piscine est très propre et assez grande pour une famille. Nous avons aimé la ville, les gens sont gentils. Le propriétaire Marc est très gentil, il répond rapidement par mail et il est prévenant. La remise des clefs par Brian et sa femme, un rayon de soleil, ils sont très sympa. Merci Le seul point, un peu négatif, le mur avec le voisin est un peu fin et parfois on entend ce qui se passe chez lui. Leila.B

Wonderful winter holiday

Comfortable and well equipped, the villa is ideally located to enjoy the beach, restaurants and tapas bars along the promenade at Puerto de Mazarrón. An easy 5 minute drive to local shops and well known super markets, where fresh fish and local produce is available. We visited local places of interests, Lorca, Cartegena Al Hama market, Isla Plana and Al Azoiha. We would definitely recommend renting this ideal villa.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay in this property, it’s lovely and quiet but near enough to the beach and the port. The pool is fantastic and we loved spending our time outside. Would recommend it to others and sure we will stay again in the future.

Excellent property.

The photo's don't really do the place justice. The house was a lot bigger with two double rooms & a single which we used has a dressing room. The pool is also bigger than it looks, and is also very private. The property is situated approx, a 10 minute walk away from the beginning of puerto de mazarron and another 10 minutes to the port itself. There are plenty of beaches around. We hired a car which is highly recommended has there are no shops in realistically walking distance. Would certainly recommend this house and couldn't fault it in anyway.

Good situation and close to all amenities.

We had a very good holiday in your house, which we found very spacious.It was very well equipped apart from the tin opener ( we only had one tin and that did have a ring pull, which I broke).We found the bed very comfortable, the back of the house was a very hot spot, and John liked the parking in the front garden.It was in a good situation, and near to all amenities.

Great Property, Great Location

We came here for some Christmas and New Year sunshine and was not disappointed. The property is an easy 15mins walk into the centre of the port of Mazarron, which was perfect for us. It provided us with some much needed holiday exercise and ensured a peaceful night’s sleep at the end of the day. We rented a car for the duration of our stay which I would definitely recommend, there is a supermarket probably 30mins walk away and there is a trolley at the house but when buying heavy packs of bottled water etc. a car is much better. The port also has a good selection of restaurants and cafes even in the off season when we were there, it’s a beautiful place to stay and would recommend it over Los Alcazares where we stayed a couple of years ago (which was also nice), having the car we also visited nearby Cartegena which I would highly recommend. This was the first time I had ever driven abroad and the Spanish roads especially the AP-7 was effortless to navigate (with a sat-nav). The property itself was typically Spanish, simple yet spacious. There were 4 of us sharing the house myself, my wife and the in-laws, there was more than enough space to share the lounge, as it was winter we also moved the dining table into the lounge to eat and play games during the colder nights. The air-con also doubled as a heater which was great in the evening. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean and functional. The hot water tank had enough hot water for at least 3 showers which was fine for us as I like to shower at night. We didn’t really use the roof terrace although the views were nice, we did use the back yard/terrace a couple of times, it was a great sun-trap. Kitchen again clean and functional with all the utensils etc we needed. We were greeted at the house by Brian who gave us the keys and showed us around and we were left instructions of how to return the keys. If I had to find any negatives the electric tripped quite a lot when my wife used the hairdryer which was easy to remedy with the fusebox next to the front door, but it was quite annoying. Also the skybox remote didn’t work but you could use the controls on the box itself, again just a little niggle. Overall a great 2 weeks in a great property, I would recommend it to anyone.
