La espectacular palma real

Situado a medio camino entre el glamoroso Cannes y la encantadora ciudad costera de Mandelieu La Napoule, este apartamento está a segundos de 3 piscinas y justo al otro lado de la carretera de una hermosa playa de arena.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un baño en-suite, las puertas corredizas conducen a la terraza privada al aire libre.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, amplios armarios y un baño con ducha.

Ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas.

La moderna cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con lavadora / secadora, nevera-congelador, microondas, horno, vitrocerámica,
y lavavajillas.

Salón / comedor: El amplio salón / comedor tiene dos sofás grandes y una mesa para 4. La sala se abre a la terraza, que está amueblada para alojar cómodamente a seis personas. La terraza es segura para niños pequeños y es un lugar tranquilo para leer un libro o dormir en una tarde soleada.

Tenemos un televisor con una gran selección de DVD, un centro de música con CD y wi-fi.

También hay estacionamiento seguro con bahías para residentes.

También nos gusta ser flexibles ya que la vida no siempre sigue un patrón. No insistimos en días de cambio específicos y tampoco está restringido a 7 noches (excepto en julio y agosto), nos complace cotizar para estancias cortas y solo para dos personas.

Nos encanta nuestro hogar desde casa en esta hermosa parte del sur de Francia y queremos que lo disfrutes también.

Wonderful stay in a superb apartment.

Spent a week here in August and from the moment we arrived everything was outstanding. The cleanliness and attention to detail were superb and we could noy have asked for more. The pool (s) are lovely and never too crowded and the location was perfect. Communication was excellent and I am looking forward to returning. Wonderful in every aspect.

Perfekter Strandurlaub

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in der Residence Royal Palm sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirm, Kleiderständer). Die Lage ist perfekt! Über die Strasse und man ist direkt am Strand. Der Strandabschnitt war auch nicht zu überlaufen, es hatte genügen Platz. Tolle Poolanlage, wobei es leider sehr wenig Schattenplätze hat und keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Wir würden dieses Appartement wieder buchen!

Beautiful spot along the Mediterranean

Gorgeous apartment with plenty of space for two colleagues traveling to the Cannes Film Festival! The outdoor patio was lovely for morning coffee. The check-in process was provided by the manager who made sure I knew where everyhing was and how to get on the internet. It was lovely to be received by a real human instead of just a lockbox! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Einfach traumhaft

Wir haben über 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Sheilas Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück und Abendessen ein. Die Anlage ist sauber und ruhig. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt 2 Minuten. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben... Kontakt zu Sheila war super. Sheila hat immer schnell auf die E-mails reagiert. Silvia war sehr freundlich und hat uns sämtliche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Check in und Check out sind reibungslos verlaufen. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich bei Sheila und Silvia. Wir kommen wieder 😊🐳

Super tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in Sheilas Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und verfügt über eine tolle Ausstattung. Amazing holiday

I love The Royal Palm. The swimming pool is lovely and right opposite the beach. There are also some snack kiosks dotted about too and one directly opposite. One thing to note is you definitely need a car. The flat is spacious and on the ground floor which is convenient and the air conditioning worked really well. The flat was well equipped and Sheila pretty much answered my emails straight away and was extremely helpful.

Perfect family vacation

This is our second stay in this apartment. We love Royal Palm due to swimming pools and closeness to the beach. The closeness to places like Cannes, Theoule, Mandeliue, St Paul De Vence, Eze, Mougins makes it a great location. The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. If you had any questions the caretaker is very quick to respond. A big thanks to Sheila, Silvia and Laura for providing us with yet another unforgettable vacation.

Nous connaissions la résidence, nous y allons depuis 4 ans, et c'est de loin le plus beau logement que nous ayons eu : très bonnes prestations, très bien entretenu, il ne nous a manqué que la vue sur la Mer !

Fantastic vacation - perfect for kids

Sheila was always promt to answer. Check in was smooth. The Royal Palm has a great location but you need a car to get to the food store (Geant, Intermarche or Carrefour). It is a 3-8 min drive. The apartment was delicate and was perfect for a family of four. We liked the dedicated parkingspot, wahingmachine/dryer and the huge lounge area. Only complaint is very few glasses and plates. The kids loved the pool and the closeness to the beach. The beach restaurant Le Cabanon was fantastic. For trips to Cannes or Mandelieu we either took the bus or an Uber. For other daytrips we drive a car but traffic is annoying. For us this was a 5 star since we only ate breakfast in the apartment. Lunch and dinner was by Deliveroo or Uber eats or in Le Cabanon or restaurants in nearby towns like Le Cannet, Mougins, Bar Sur Loup, Cannes or Mandeliue. We have already booked our Next stay.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Die Wohnung war wie erwartet. Sehr gut ausgestattet und bequem. Die Anlage wars sehr sauber und sicher. Toll war es einen eigenen Parkplatz zu haben. Man musste nur über die Strasse gehen und war an einem sauberen Sandstrand mit sauberem Wasser. Insgesamt war die Familie sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnungsübergaben haben wunderbar geklappt. Vielen Dank

Great vacation, apartment and location!!

We had a wonderfull stay in this beautifull apartment, everything was clean and neat. We loved also such things like the electric rollerschutters (good nice sleep, you really get the lights off), the wlan worked very good and the aircondition was nicly and quietly. The whole Royal Palm was very nice, also the pool. We also enjoyed a lot to have both.....pool and beach so close by. So this apartment was really perfect for all our needs. Also Cannes itself is very beatifull, strolling in the evening at the promenade, a huge variety of restaurants etc.., just a great location! We really would love to come back another time, since we also have more sightseeing to do (we only visit St. Tropez and Monaco). But the pool, beach, weather and Cannes was so nice........we rather enjoyed it here! Sheila answered all our questions in advanced and Silvia was helpfull during our stay, thanks a lot for this great vacation!

Brilliant location, Great apartment in Cannes

This is a brilliant apartment and holiday experience. Firstly, everything was exactly as described in the listing description, but better. I do not think there is a better location for a Cannes holiday than this apartment. There are three pools, two for adults and one for small children. The entire Royal Palm block is really safe and spotlessly clean and maintained every day by cleaners. I was greeted by the property manager who was really helpful and professional. There are many great restaurants nearby and just over the road (we would walk over in our swimsuits) there is the beach which is also clean, well serviced and not too crowded, even in August. From the apartment we went to places like Biot, Antibes, St Tropez and Monaco. It was easy to find from the airport and honestly I cant find anything negative to say. I would definitly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great holiday in Cannes, and it is perfectly situated to get into the centre ( 10 mins) or out on the motorway to visit other towns and gorgeous villages. The Cote d' Azur has incredible weather and we really did love it. I went with my husband and two older children aged 11 and 14. We all loved it!

Wonderful Apartment, Fabulous Location!

Had a really fabulous holiday and the apartment was like home from home for us. We have two children, one in a wheelchair and we found the apartment spacious and with all the amenities that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The pool was just outside our front door and the gorgeous beach just outside our gated complex. what more could we ask for? we had driven down and we had our own parking space and it is advisable to have a car as some really lovely places to visit. Cannes is literally a 5 min drive away but too far really to walk too. All in all a great holiday destination and both Sheila and Silvia were a dream to work with in regards to booking and during our stay. Big thanks to them both for making it a perfect family holiday for us. See you again soon!

Cannes Rental

We have stayed in the Royal Palm block before as it is close to a lovely sandy beach and Cannes. The apartment is clean with an excellent terrace and well stocked with great amenities. Sheila was great to deal with an very flexible when we wanted to book an additional nights accommodation.

Great newer apartment near Cannes

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Palm. The apartment was very much like the pictures, and we found that it was well organized with kitchen tools etc. The building was also nice and clean and we all enjoyed the 3 pools and also the close distance to the beach. The nearby area was also nice with activities for the kids, close distance to supermarket and the short driving distance to Cannes center with all the activities to do there. The only thing we would like to comment and the only reason why we did not rate our stay as 5 stars, is the noise from helicopters passing the property during the afternoon/evening with sometimes 5 minutes in between. Overall a very nice vacation, we would lilke to come back sometime.
