Magnífico dúplex con amplia terraza privada de 61 m² y plaza de garaje, situado en pleno centro histórico de Jerez de la Frontera, junto a la emblemática Iglesia de San Miguel y a solo 900 metros del Ayuntamiento. A tan solo 5 minutos a pie de la animada Plaza del Arenal.

La vivienda, con 130 m² útiles, tiene capacidad para 4 personas y se distribuye en dos dormitorios con armarios empotrados, dos baños completos, salón-comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. La amplia terraza orientada al sur ofrece vistas despejadas hacia El Puerto de Santa María y su entorno costero.

Su ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de las playas cercanas como Playa de Valdelagrana, Playa de Las Redes o Costa Ballena.

Jerez es mundialmente conocida por sus espectáculos ecuestres, su tradición vinícola y su flamenco auténtico en los tabancos del centro histórico. Además, podrás vivir eventos internacionales como el Gran Premio de España de Motociclismo (habitualmente en abril) o la famosa Feria del Caballo de Jerez (en mayo).

La estación de tren y autobuses se encuentra a unos 600 m y el aeropuerto a tan solo 13 km.

Stay during Flamenco festival 2025

We had a great stay here. The location is great with an easy walk to venues, shops and restaurants. Our host Pablo was very helpful and had lots of advice on things to do and experience. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

Just back from this apartment in Jerez. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us, although there are two double bedrooms and perfect for 4 also. Location could not have been better for us. Very quiet, however only a short walk into town/railway station etc. Pablo met us upon arrival to show us round and recommended some local restaurants. Would definitely return if back in the area and highly recommend.

Great location to visit this lovely town

Great location, short walk into centre, lots of local bars and restaurants not far to the fantastic market. Lovely apartment with large terrace - great to sit out and enjoy the sun and views. Isabelle made the check in process very easy and gave us lots of useful information. Would definitely go back if we return to Jerez.

Jerez is a fantastic City to visit. Very friendly place with good food lots of things to do the apartment was comfortable for four people would definitely visit again. Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace

The apartment was great for my family on our vacation to Jerez. It’s only a 10min walk to Plaza Arenal and to the train station. Also a few nearby places for food and drinks. The terrace is a great place to hang out during siesta and for gazing at the stars in the evening.

We enjoyed the views to the local countryside from the terrace. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The air conditioning was efficient and much appreciated through the hot weather. The host was accessible through email and we were given a warm friendly welcome by our greeter who made sure we knew how things worked. We were given some suggestions for places to eat and could keep in contact through chat if needed.We were able to walk into the centre of Jerez very easily and enjoyed investigating the streets and cafés. Well equipped and comfortable

Enjoyed the roof terrace and the lounge space. Comfortable beds. Not far from the main town. Very well equipped except we couldn't find dish cloths for the kitchen. Only negatives were that there was a stale water smell when running the shower or bath. Also the street outside was very dirty with rubbish and dog dirt.

Great location

Lovely location close enough to walk to all local sites train and supermarket Property a little tired we found kitchen difficult to manoeuvre in. The roof top solarium was lovely but need good mobility to access via stairs. Antiono met us on arrival and was fantastic took us to supermarket as it was sunday which really helped us out We went to cafiz seville and el puerto santa mariia by train v easy And the local bar Bujio was fab a great vibe

Muy bueno

Within 10 minute walking distance to attractions, and dining. Host gave us a lot of information about the area restaurants and attractions. We were only two, but apartment could acomodate four persons comfortably. Only problem is that the parking garage is very tight, but not imposible. Highly recomend this apartment!

Perfect for Jerez

A very nice, very clean and spacious apartment (two floors) with a huge terrasse and a good garage, only about 7 minutes walk to the city center. The caretaker Isabel and her husband were so nice and helpful. We were recommended a special tapas restaurant near the house, the staff was there so friendly and we had so much good things to eat (especially ajo caliente!). We will gladly be back again!

Most Enjoyable Stay in Jerez

Well equipped apartment with fabulous, huge, top-floor terrace that attracts full sun all day. Secure building. Underground parking on site but tight spaces. 10-minute walk to the centre of Old Jerez with some local bars en route. Quality of food - fantastic at very reasonable process. Great buzz about the place. Lots of tourist information in the apartment. Must mention Antonio who met us at the train station. He was incredibly helpful. Only negative to consider would be the road noise to the front of the aprtment.

Lovely balcony

Great location, close to centre but easy car access. Pablo messaged prior to arrival, met us at an easy adjacent roadside park up location, organised underground parking, showed us round the apartment gave us a quick guide for accessing the centre together with restaurant recommendations and advice which helped us decide to make our Cadiz trip by rail rather than road, which gave a welcome break from driving. The short walk to the centre took us past many additional options to sample the local food and drinks (of which we took advantage) so didn't make full use of the available equipment provided. We did however make full use of the balcony area which found very relaxing both morning and evening. Highly recommended.

Overall nice apartment but with uncomfortable seating

Overall a nice apartment, the terrace is great and with a nice view, especially at night, location close to the center. Not so good: Only the bed rooms are air conditioned, not the living room etc. The seating throughout is uncomfortable and too less for 4 people in the living room. The fridge opens the wrong way so that it always collides with the kitchen door.

Highly recommended apartment in Jerez

The apartment is ideally located, with the back door in one of the small streets of Jerez' city centre, while the garage door is located on the city's ringway. The very spacious terrace on the top floor is oriented in such a way that you can enjoy the sun during the entire day while being covered from the wind. We visited Jerez in December and were even able to enjoy the terrace in t-shirt. The kitchen is big enough and well equipped, the bath rooms and bedrooms are as one could expect, and the living room is very comfortable. And last but not least, we were very warmly welcomed by Isabel, the neighbour. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Jerez, be it for a few days or for a longer period. We will certainly be going back.

Excellent property

Due to late flights Isabel and Ezequiel met us kindly at midnight with the keys, this was a great help and saved us from having to book a hotel for the night. They we very informative with information about the apartment and Jerez. The apartment, on two floors with a massive roof top terrace which had an awning to enable shelter from the sun if required. Everything was spotless and had everything you would need for your holiday. The air conditioning was brilliant in the bedroom. Jerez was fantastic and apart from a couple of meals in the apartment and one pizza out, we never had a full meal, just tapas and sherry. This enable us to try loads of different foods which we otherwise would not have done. I would not hesitate to go back to Jerez or this apartment and intend to do so at some point in near future

Jerez introduction

A bit odd, but ok. One bed and one bath on second floor. Stairs are difficult. It was quite cold. The space heaters were inadequate. After a few days, we asked the agent, who was quite nice, and she said she would check with"management." Finally some heat. It is just outside the old city, but an easy walk to most things. Bedroom storage is good.Seating is ok for two only. Not much help in booking a cab to the airport. Did not see any written materials regarding the neighbor hood or tourist ideas.

Sorry, Rosemarie, but are you talking about my apartment? There are two twin beds on the upper floor and a big bathroom en suite. And another bedroom with two twin beds on the lower floor too, plus another bathroom. About the seating, there are seats on the terrace for at least 5 or more people, since there are several beach chairs in a wardrobe. Plus two big deck chairs and the iron chairs as shown in the website photos. A big sofá in front of the TV and six more chairs at the dining-area. As for the cold, there is a hot/cold inverter air-conditioning in each bedroom and two electric heaters for the sitting room or for other areas. So I am surprised thar you found everything so odd

Comfortable, well appointed, close to town centre

We were very satisfied with this apartment, and would be happy to recommend it. It was in good condition, bright, clean and all the furniture seemed pretty new (most likely from the IKEA). The location, facilities etc were all as advertised, although the place was a little more compact than we had envisaged. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water, and enough crockery for basic use. If you intend to do a lot of complicated cooking (we usually do), you might be a bit stuck for kitchen equipment and cutlery, but with so much good food in local bars and restaurants - and cheap at that - this wasn't a problem. There was plenty of linen and towels, and also basic toiletries, which is handy if your flying on budget airlines. The parking space in the downstairs garage was very handy. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the local reps, who live in the block, were efficient and friendly. It's an easy five or ten minute walk to the centre of town, and a couple of bars and shops very close. The nearest bar does great coffee and breakfast snacks.

Estancia acogedora

Apartamento duplex muy bonito, bien ubicado, espacioso, con plaza de parking, con solarium, cerca del centro para disfrutar de la vida tradicional de Jerez. Queremos destacar la atención, simpatía y amabilidad con que nos recibió Isabel, informándonos de los lugares más atractivos de Jerez. Una semana muy agradable, que seguro que repetiremos.

Soy Irene y soy profesora.

Me encanta aprender idiomas, tocar la guitarra, viajar con mi familia, conocer gente de diferentes culturas y los animales, sobre todo los perros y los caballos.

Las puestas de sol en las playas gaditanas me encantan; y no digamos el ambientazo de los tabancos Jerezanos con sus vinos, sus tapas y sobre todo su música y baile flamenco, patrimonio de la Humanidad.

Además cuento con un equipo maravilloso, liderado por Mamen, con sus trabajadores Pablo y Antonio Luís, que les darán una cálida bienvenida.

My name is Irene, and I'm a teacher.

I love learning languages, playing guitar, traveling with my family, meeting people from different cultures, and animals, especially dogs and horses.

I adore the sunsets on the beaches of Cádiz; and the vibrant atmosphere of the Jerez tabancos with their wines, tapas, and especially their flamenco music and dance, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

I also have a wonderful team, led by Mamen, and including Pablo and Antonio Luís, who will give you a warm welcome.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

La casa es nueva, está a cinco minutos a pie del centro histórico de Jerez, tiene una maravillosa terraza, garaje y ascensores hasta el piso.

Es el lugar perfecto para cargar las baterías con la luz del sol, sobre todo si el resto del año estás en un clima gris y lluvioso.

La gente en Jerez es muy hospitalaria y los clientes serán recibidos por Mamen González de la Torre, que vive en Jerez, quien les dará todo tipo de explicaciones sobre el piso y consejos sobre qué lugares visitar en la ciudad y sus alrededores o por alguno de sus trabajadores como Pablo (enamorado del flamenco) o Antonio Luís (enamorado de la historia)

The house is brand new, a five-minute walk from Jerez's historic center, and features a wonderful terrace, garage, and elevator access to the apartment.

It's the perfect place to recharge in the sunshine, especially if you're experiencing a gray and rainy climate the rest of the year.

The people of Jerez are incredibly welcoming, and guests will be greeted by Mamen González de la Torre, a Jerez resident, who will provide detailed information about the apartment and offer advice on places to visit in and around the city. Alternatively, guests may be greeted by one of her staff members, such as Pablo (a flamenco enthusiast) or Antonio Luís (a history buff).

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

La casa está situada en una zona tranquila y a la vez muy cerca del centro, a tan sólo 5 minutos a pie.

Me gustan mucho las puestas de sol desde la hermosa terraza y la brisa cálida a la noche mientras contemplo las estrellas desde ella.

Cerca de la casa hay muchos bares para tomarse un buen vino de Jerez, unas estupendas tapas, o un menú a muy buen precio.

Además hay pequeños comercios para hacer la compra a la vuelta de la esquina.

The house is located in a quiet area, yet very close to the town center, just a 5-minute walk away.

I love watching the sunsets from the beautiful terrace and feeling the warm breeze at night while gazing at the stars.

Near the house, there are many bars where you can enjoy a good sherry, some delicious tapas, or a reasonably priced set menu.

There are also small shops just around the corner for groceries.
