Great week in the sun

We had a great time in Sa Rapita. The villa was lovely and spacious for 11 of us. Plenty of restaurants and a 40 minute walk to Es Trenc which was beautiful. Thank you Maria, Ethan and Angie for such great hospitality.

Entspannung pur

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit der Familie. Alles was man braucht im Haus vorhanden.

Lovely and relaxing holiday

It’s a cute house with a wonderful garden and many different trees that produce a lot of shadow - which we were thankful for in this hot weather. Also, it has various locations for lounging like on the balcony or rooftop. Furthermore, the house is well equipped (swimming goggles, rubber ring for swimming, clothespins, internet on TV + free Netflix, coolers, sun shades, lemon squeezer machine etc.) The short distance to the sea as well as the bus connections were a great addition. Mostly, the sea is beautiful and very clean. When we arrived, we unfortunately couldn’t access the 1st floor because the right key was missing. But thanks to fast and helpful communication, the housekeepers came by soon and the problem was solved quickly. All in all it was a lovely and relaxing holiday in Sa Rápita! We would definetely come back!

Confortevole villa bifamiliare

Excellent accomodation, charming host, perfect location

The host / property manager was always very helpful, kind and highly flexible in any question. After a storm he immediately managed to start repairs in the house. Also helped us in various issues (like printing tickets etc). We were all very satisfied also with the house and equipment and with the location as well. The description of the property is correct; the house keeper was always to be reached without any delay.

Thank you for all the nice comments about our house ! It was a pleasure having you. Angi is allways willing to give a hand and loves taking care of everybody ! But I´m more greatfull to you by mentioning the negative points, we want the house fixed for everyone ! Olive trees loose more leaves than ussual with heat stress, they are too beautiful to be pruned bare , so we are thinking in installing a pergola over the garden table and chairs to avoid the nuisance of the leaves, and one that blends in nicely with the vegetation. I also recomend a car, its necessary to fullfill your holidays in a calm and small place like Sa Rapita , however, thanks to the proximity of the house to all the basic shops , its not mandatory for every day life . Thats what we will have to express better in the add. We hope to be youre host again , and wish you the very best, Regards Maria & Ethan

Perfekt!

Thank you Tam! Sa Rapita is out of the conventional turist circuit - as a matter of fact it´s where mainly mallorquins relax; We are very happy you had fun in a calm atmosphere, enjoyed swimming at the rocks and had anything you needed at hand. Angi was very enthusiastic with your politeness and healthy energy, she is keen in having you back !

Amazing, big and welcoming house that is located in a cozy small village 30-40 minutes from Palma.

A big, spatious house with really good and welcoming owners and host. After two days there me and my six friends felt as if we have been there for so long. Almost as if it was our real home. The house is fresh, personal and has a lot to offer guests that will stay there. I would really recommend anyone who would like to go on a nice and relaxed holiday to rent this house. You will not be disappointed.
