Nuestra casa desde casa Villa

Esta hermosa villa de 4 dormitorios se encuentra en un pequeño desarrollo selecto llamado Loma Vista, que se encuentra a pocos minutos en coche de la salida 58 de Champions Gate en la carretera interestatal principal (I 4), a 5 minutos de los EE.UU. 27 y 15 minutos de la principal La autopista 192 que pasa por Kissimmee, es central para la mayoría de las atracciones y está a 30-35 minutos en auto del aeropuerto internacional de Orlando.
Durante la duración de su estancia, nuestra villa con aire acondicionado es su hogar lejos del hogar. Tiene una variedad de instalaciones de entretenimiento para mantener a todos ocupados después de un día en los parques, un 42 "TV de pantalla y cable digital, reproductor de DVD, sistema Hi Fi, sistema de intercomunicación en toda la casa y acceso WiFi, sala de juegos y su propio privado piscina temperada. Y para los adultos la oportunidad de un largo baño en la bañera de hidromasaje después de un largo día en los parques con los niños.

Wonderful home away from home

The villa was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, and we had a blast with our boys in the heated pool. Everything is close by, and the house comes completely packed! We enjoyed it very much.

Florida Stay

Very nice pool. Well-equipped kitchen. We like the location. Decor could use improvement but that’s not very important in a vacation home. Smaller than many homes (two bathrooms, dining table a little tight for a large group) but was fine for us.

Like this house

We are 2 seniors and enjoy the lanai and pool most as we read, do puzzles, tour sights, and relax. Kitchen works well for our needs. Would like to see a new master mattress.

Beautiful villa! Lots to do and beautifully decorated!

The villa had everything we needed for our family of 6. We are very happy with our choice for a vacation rental. The heated pool was great! Everything was super clean. We used the grill alot.. Communication was quick and easy with both Annette and the management company. .The only problem was we didn't want to leave! Thanks for letting us stay John

Spring break getaway

We enjoyed the home and the location was perfect. The only thing I would like to have known it that we had access to the community pool and get tennis courts in the beginning of our trip we had to ask the owner and we were not told the pool heater wasnt working and it was not able to be fixed during the stay so we couldnt swim alot because it was too cold. Only swam a couple times. Def want it heated when its not summer it doesnt have a ton of sun to make it warm.

Thankyou for your review. Again I can only apologise for the issue with the pool heater. But due to the parts being on back order with the repair team during this Covid pandemic, this was out of my control. I hope you enjoyed your stay with all the other facilities supplied.

Kids really are not allowed

It was my daughter 3rd birthday and I was celebrating with a few family they couldn’t make noise neighbors was complaining of to much noise but I was told kids were welcome when they really wasn’t I felt uncomfortable was ready to I will not be renting from here no more

Kids are so welcomed and to enjoy themselves. Guests agree to terms and condition to renting, which states consideration to other residence that live full time in the area regarding any noise levels. I.e Young adults raised voices on drive way between the hours of 2300 hrs to 0300 early morning is unacceptable

Well equipped for young children

House was as described - not very updated, but it doesn’t really matter because we came to be outside in the pool! What was a nice surprise was how well equipped the house was for small children. Lots of toys, kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc for our kids (2 yrs & 3 yrs). The pool barrier also was extremely helpful for keeping them safe, but also included a convenient gate to get in and out of pool area (which many of the others do not have). Pool was also a perfect temperature and gets lots of sunlight all throughout the day! The yard is very private as well. One downside was that there weren’t really any walking paths/playgrounds/green spaces near by. We found one playground in the next subdivision over, but because everything is so separated, we had to drive over. Overall, well equipped house, beautiful backyard, and enjoyable stay!

House was perfect size for me and my kids.

There were 6 of us, and everyone had enough space and we were not on top of each other. We were mainly there to sleep, shower and eat. We spent most of our time at Universal. The house worked out great. We were able to barbecue and enjoy a nice meal outside by the pool. Although it was too cold to go swimming. The only downfall to the house is that with the six of us there the hot water for the showers did not last, one person could take a shower and then we have to wait another 20-25 minutes for the next person to get in and no they were not long showers. Everyone was going as quick as they could. I had three boys with me and they were jumping in and in 10 - 15 minutes be out. with us just getting home so late from the park, because we basically closed it down, by the time we got all of our showers done. It was about 2am in the morning. Sone nights, some of us just took a luke warm shower, we were to tired to wait for hot water. One night my daughter, who has really long hair, bent over the tub and washed it in the cold water so she’d have hot water to take a shower. That is how bad it was. I did not call management because we weren’t even there long enough during the day to be there when management got there, but I would definitely have a hot water heater checked out or switch to tankless hot water heater. That was the only problem we had. Everything else is fine. My kids enjoyed the game room. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. The kitchen was perfectly set up and there was even ice in ice machine when we got there. Most places turn there ice machines off in between visitors. It would’ve been nice to have use the pool, but it was to cold. . The house was even decorated with the Christmas lights, which I love. Outside of the hot water heater issue, it was a great house. If we come back to Universal again next year, I would definitely consider staying in that house if it’s available. Hopefully they’ll have the hot water heater fixed. Thank you for a great vacation, my kids and I had a great time.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

My family and I have visited/stayed in MANY homes for our vacation but this home I can say is one of my favorites. Starting from the beautiful palm tree and front porch in front of house to the GREAT pool with a NICE conservation view. LOVED the layout of the pool deck and the sturdy fence(great for small children)where I sat down most of my mornings to drink my coffee. My little takeaway would be my family and I enjoys a barbecue but unfortunately the grill was not working. (Homeowners) if in your amenities you advertise a grill make sure it works if not do not add it. Overall, this is a VERY NICE HOME to book your vacation. Thank you Annette for responding to my email quickly. You were great and again appreciate your kindness during our departure. And Gary Thank you very much for your hospitality and also great responding to my emails.

If you looking for a quiet place I’ll recommend it but if you like to enjoy de day room not temperature at 97 in fl and no air conditioning in the game garage for me I’ll give a 0 for the game room

Very lovely

We stayed at this property to have a nice family vacation that was close to everything for a reasonable rate. This exceeded our expectations. This property is nice and clean, very quiet, and is overall lovely. My husband is in a wheelchair and my grandmother uses a walker so it was a great choice! The only thing I will say is that if you take a shower in the walk-in, it becomes very slippery so maybe having a nonslip place mat would be beneficial. Other than that, my husband could move around freely and the owner even thought of having a portable ramp readily available. Thank you for the nice stay! The house is beautiful.

Christmas Vacation

the rental of this property was very easy. Everything I expected was there. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the pool table very much. I enjoy the kitchen which was very well stocked and the nice washer and dryer made it an enjoyable trip. Would recommend this property to anyone with. children.

Home away from home

We had a great time, it was nice to feel like we had a home vs a hotel. and if we wanted to stay in and have a pool day and cook we could. Super clean, close to everything. Very cozy, it met our needs. the neighborhood was quiet and we were mindful of the fact that there are perm. Fl res. living in the neighborhood. Annette was very quick to respond to any email I sent with questions concerning check in. Highly recommend this home.

Nice property.

Was nice, just a little dusty, some light bulbs were out, not able to change a/c so it got hot at times, alarm to access the pool was confusing and exhaust fan in master bathroom did not work - however, the pool was perfect! Overall, we would stay there again.

Always loved Florida after visiting the US in 1983, the year before I married Geoff. We spents a month in Virginia with relatives and travelled down to Florida. Back then only 3 Parks existed Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Wet & Wild. Today there are at least 13+ parks to visit and keep everyone happy.

We purchased this property not only as an investment but to spend time with our American friends, we have made throughout the years. We call this our 2nd home and always dream to retire here some day.

Viewed the villa only to be nosey, but fell in love with it as I walked through the front door. Now work all year long to have extended holidays in it. It's Home from Home for us.
