A solo 8 km de la ciudad de Lucca, no lejos de la conocida ruta del vino, en una zona residencial se encuentra esta pequeña cabaña independiente que ha sido cuidadosamente renovada y transformada en una acogedora casa de vacaciones.
La casa tiene un jardín privado (unos 400 metros cuadrados) equipado con mesa, sillas y barbacoa y una piscina semi-enterrada (6.60 x 2.80 m - 1.20 m de profundidad) equipada con tumbonas y sombrillas.
Estacionamiento en la propiedad.
Limpieza final € 90.00 por una estancia de dos semanas y € 70.00 por una semana.
En invierno, la limpieza final es de € 30.00 en caso de alquiler diario.
Los huéspedes pueden organizar caminatas o paseos en bicicleta por las colinas o visitar las hermosas villas históricas de la zona, desde Villa Mansi hasta Villa Reale, Villa Oliva y Villa Torrigiani, y llegar fácilmente a tiendas (100 m) y restaurantes (1 - 2 km). También se puede llegar en poco tiempo a las ciudades de arte toscanas más importantes, como Florencia, Siena y Pisa.

La casa está cuidadosamente decorada en un estilo rústico con techos con vigas, suelos de terracota y paredes en alegres colores pastel.

A really lovely, comfortable and well equipped house which is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. The garden is absolutely beautiful and the swimming pool is fantastic. Our hosts were great - they are warm, welcoming and generous. We cannot wait to return!

Grazie Mille for a wonderful stay in your lovely house. We enjoyed cooling off from the heat in the pool and the boys liked doing lenghts and going under water. We visited Lucca many times and cycled on the walls which was great fun! We also went to the beach at Viareggio, saw the Leaning Tower in Pisa, visited towns and villages in the Tuscan hills like Barga and Bagni di Luicca which were lovely! Barga has some stunning views!

Dear Grazia and Sergio, Thank you for the lovely time in your house. Top pool & top garden! The house is also very clean. The location is very central, we visited Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Viareggio. Tip Beacht Brinella, Alda is top quality! We had just a problem: to hot to sleep, airco would be lovely :) Wifi was no problem it worked excellent!

We've had such a wonderful week in your gorgeous villa. Thank you for the fruit, wine and amazing Limoncello. The villa has been such a nice place to relax, our son Jacob has really enjoyed sleeping in his room and has got used to a late night swim before bed time. The bed linen and towels smell so homely and every detail has been so well thought out, we couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks again!

We loved our stay at the villa. Grazia and Sergio were so lovely. They were so helpful and even out some tomatoes they had grown in their garden through to us. The house is beautiful and so unique - lots of memorabilia from the cinema that the owners family used to own. The pool was amazing - set in a lovely garden with fruit trees and flowers. Everything was so well kept. Spotlessly clean and just everything you could want from a holiday home. We would love to visit again.

Idyllic Italian home. Sergio and Gratzia are the perfect hosts. They were helpful and have provided absolutely everything you could want in a holiday home. We feel very lucky to have stayed twice now and will be booking to go back. The house itself is beautiful and has been so well thought out it is a real home - the star of the show is without a doubt the stunning garden and swimming pool. It was 40 degrees when we were there and the pool was the perfect place to be. The house is a very quick and easy 10 minute drive to Lucca so is perfectly located. All in all the best holiday rental we have stayed in.

We have spent a wonderful two weeks in Italy, we have visited Siena, Florence and Pisa. Elliot and Luca really liked going up the tower, I however was not so keen! Siena and Florence we highly recommend you to visit, really beautiful. The villa has been amazing, the kids have loved the pool. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Sergio and Grazia have been wonderful, such lovely people, who really do go out of their way to help. Enjoy your stay.

Thank you once again for a wonderful holiday - La Capannella is a real home away from home for us now. The house and pool are absolutely perfect, and both owners are so kind and welcoming. We have stayed in many holiday homes from The Isle of Skye to California and nowhere has been more homely than here. Everything we could need. We visited Lucca every 2nd day - it's so close! - also did a day trip to Cinque Terre which we would highly recommend. Bike rental from Lucca was super easy - Ciclismoplus are great. Also Gelateria Veneta in Lucca (the oldest gelato shop) is very good! Another amazing holiday - hope to see you soon!

Thank you so much Grazia&Sergio, you have made our stay comfortable and pleasant and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. The villa is stunning and perfect in every way. The garden is immaculate and the smell of the jasmine blossoms was incredible. We have explored much of north-west Tuscany and have fallen in love with Lucca. Viareggio and Montecatini were great days out and Florence took our breath away. Weather has been really warm and sunny and the pool has been a godsend. We wish we had booked a little longer. No doubt we will try and book again in the future!

We have had such a relaxing week here in your special villa. It has been spacious and spotless; so homely in every way. To sit in the garden, has been heavenly and to cool off in the pool has been a treat every day... A great base for our day trips out and about: Florence by train, Lucca. Wir danken euch für das herzliche Wilkommen mit Obstschale, Wein, Plätzchen & Wasser. Wir haben uns sofort wohlegefühlt in eurem wunderbaren Haus. Auf alle unsere Wünsche seid ihr sofort eingegangen, egal ob es die Heizung oder der Pool war. Auch das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super ordentlich. Im Garten zu sitzen und die Herbstsonne zu geniessen war traumhaft. Natürlich sind wir auch nach Lucca, Pisa und Florenz mit dem Bus gefahren. Wir danken euch, dass ihr den Toskana-Urlaub noch traumhafter für uns gemacht habt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen! Das Ferienhaus sowie der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit . Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen !! Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist absolut perfekt um die Toskana tu erkunden. Fazit: ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wenn wir nochmal in die Toskana fahren, dann kommen wir gerne in dieses Ferienhaus und zu diesen tollen Vermietern zurück!! Herzlichen Dank

Sauberes und sehr schönes Haus

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus, sowie der Garten sind genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool und der Garten waren sehr schön und ideal für Kinder. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber! Ich kann es nur empfehlen
