Apartamento en primera línea de playa Levante, Benidorm, con acceso directo a la playa desde el edificio. Posee 2 dormitorios (1+1) y capacidad para 5 personas.

Alojamiento de 70 m² muy luminoso, con gran terraza acristalada y panorámicas vistas al mar, la bahía y a la ciudad.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso a internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado, calefacción por bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria abierta de temporada (01/06-30/09), parking cubierto en mismo edificio comunitario, 1 ventilador de techo, 1 Televisor, plancha.

La cocina independiente de vitrocerámica, está equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, horno, congelador, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 62, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

- Se retiene un depósito de 200€ en tarjeta de crédito/débito como fianza o efectivo en su defecto.

- Check-in desde las 16:30h (temporada alta desde las 18:00h)

- Check out antes de las 11:00h

Absolutely loved the apartment itself and location was fantastic

Fantastic location, loved the balcony with sea view. Great size apartment and very clean. Would definitely stay again Having to walk a distance to collect the keys off of Benidorm booking and trying to find the location on arrival was very difficult and not convenient. The apartment itself had a big cockroach problem coming out of different areas of the apartment and also there is maintenance going on in the building at the moment so it was very noisy. There was a drill and loud machinery being used every weekday we stayed there early in the morning

Perfect location.

Perfect location really enjoyed our stay. Few points to address cockroach's in bathroom and kitchen and there's building work on going at the moment so got woke up on several mornings but overall we did enjoy our stay.

The views and balcony. Stunning. Beautiful property and I'd highly recommend Bathroom door broke.. Needs to be painted and bed and pillow very uncomfortable key box at property would be highly recommended as have to walk to get keys and to drop them off

This was our second stay

The views and the space nice and close to everything and free parking and Wi-Fi. The rule about not leaving anything in the apartment is tricky on one hand I can see why, but we would have liked to leave a tipa bottle of wine for the cleaning team, but were worried by the threat of loosing someall of the security deposit. Maybe reword it so next time we can leave something? Just a thought.

The location,cleanliness and general standard of the appartment surpassed all our expectations.

Perfect location right on the beach,clean spacious and excellently equipped appartment,quiet enough to sleep soundly at night..absolutely brilliant! Loved everything about it,the only thing to note is the office is a 10-15 minute walk to pick up the keys..very helpful staff though!

Fantastic week perfect location

Central location directly opposite levante beach with secluded pool area to the back of the property. Located on the 1st floor with lift and stair access. Large bedroom with two single beds and one much smaller room with single bed. Sofa bed is a large double and they do leave linen for it. Bathroom slightly outdated and smelt damp. No seasoning/oil/ toilet roll/washing up liquid when we arrived so you end up wasting money on things you won’t be anywhere near finishing

Great balcony, Comfortable sofas, chairs and lovely sea views. Good sized kitchen and living area. 1 bedroom good size...2nd bedroom was smaller. Sofa bed only for 1 adult. Caretaker kept reception area, lifts and outdoor area spotless. Would return to this apartment. Single bed headboards and a few wall repairs.

Brilliant, lovely place and views would defiantly stay again.

Free parking, right on the sea front and Benidorm's prom. The place was well appointed and everything looked fresh. Nice sun room facing the sea very spacious place just the 2 of us. Sofa looked new and slept well as bed were comfy. We were able to walk to where we wanted. Bit chilly at night and no heating in the lounge. Plug in the wash hand basin didn't hold water and so difficult to get a sink full. Toilet seat was broken on our arrival. We reported this. We were there for 6 nights and no one came to fix it which was strange so we 7 days of no toilet seat

En ce qui concerne l'équipement, nos appartements sont fournis du nécessaire pour passer un séjour de vacances. La cafetière, si elle n'est pas visible, elle devrait se trouver dans un des armoires de la cuisine. D'ailleurs, on va vérifier s'il faut remplacer des verres ou d'autres ustensiles, merci de nous avoir renseigné. Nous nous excusons d'avance si c'est le cas.
