Precioso apartamento moderno y muy céntrico.

El apartamento está situado en el corazón de Las Américas, muy céntrico pero muy tranquilo. Supermercados de playa, bares y restaurantes a solo 2-5 minutos a pie.
El apartamento está totalmente reformado. Muy limpio y moderno. Ducha grande y cómoda para caminar. La cocina está totalmente equipada, encontraste todo lo que necesitas para tus vacaciones cómodas. Puedes ver una reseña real de mis clientes.
Wifi, TV internacional, caja fuerte. El dormitorio es con cama doble y en el sofá cama de la sala.

Service from Jason was good, and apartment location great. The apartment was bright, well equipped and comfortable. But the sensor light outside was triggered everytime someone walked past at night so we had to block the hall window with cardboard to sleep! Also there was only thin voile on patio doors so again it was just so light at night. Bedroom really hot so needed patio doors open and could hear Spanish residents nattering til the early hours.The towels and bedding were all mis-matched, personally I think rental accomodation sheets and pillowcase should match as it just looks cleaner. I'd give apartment 8/10 but the complex 5/10. This is because of the behaviour of the elderly Spanish residents around the pool. There weren't many sunbeds and clearly these people thought they were more entitled to use them because they actually stole other people's beds the minute they left them unattended! We felt so sorry for two British girls who popped back up to their room for lunch and came back 20 mins later to find their belongings cast aside. There was no shade around the pool or parasols ( probably a good thing after the sunbed fiasco). We didn't use the pool again.

Playa Honda

The apartment was fine but sofa needed updating as it was very worn. Linens should be white and a mattress cover a must. A good location but as it is residential you have to go offsite for drinks, ice cream etc. I would not stay on that complex again. Julia and Jason were most helpful and efficient.

We had a lovely week in your apartment.Location was perfect.Plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance of the apartment. Well equipped apartment everything we required.

Appartement pour 2 personnes , spacieux , simple , bien situé .

Appartement spacieux, bien localisé , fonctionnel . Équipement cuisine simple . Très bon accueil des propriétaires . Belle piscine . Vue du balcon moyenne . Est à son maximum au niveau coût .

Scorching Tenerife

Great location and nice and quite at night yet only 2 min walk to some local bars, restaurants and supermarket across the road with fresh bread English papers. TV has all the English channels, BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5. Pool was spotless and suntrap all day. Julia & Jason were very accommodating collected us and dropped us back to airport for same fee as a taxi. Only downside for us was no air conditioning was struggling to sleep at night. Water machine outside was a godsend 10c per litre and cold. Overall enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

We were very impressed with the standard of accommodation. This apartment is fully equipped and decorated to the highest standard. Very comfortable and relaxing with a great view of the private residents pool and spacious balcony that enjoys the afternoon and early evening sun. The apartment is in a superb location it’s quiet and peaceful but is also within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants in all directions. The Safari centre is only a 7-8 minute walk away. The apartment was immaculate and very well presented. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and the Caribe Hotel Supermarket at the bottom of the street across the roundabout had absolutely everything you could need, including freshly baked bread and a Delhi counter. There is also a lovely cafe & a Chinese restaurant that both do take away just next to the apartments if you don’t feel like cooking or going out. The bedroom is spacious and beautifully presented. It had standard & ambient lighting and a comfortable firm mattress. Storage for clothing etc was ample with 2 double wardrobes & 4 deep drawers. The apartment also has a safe The bathroom has been finished to a very high standard offering an excellent shower with good water pressure and a choice of rain fall or hand held and body jets shower heads. The bathroom also has 2 storage drawers & is equipped with hairdryer with diffuser attachment, plastic cups, pegs & the previous guests had also been kind enough to leave extra lotions and some toiletries. The living area is also finished to a high standard, extremely comfortable and spacious and also benefits from the same standard or ambient lighting as the bedroom. The residents pool area was very nice & kept to a very high standard, very neat, clean and tidy with all equipment good as new. I like very much that it was residents only and had private secure access, The pool area bathrooms are also very clean and well maintained. The front desk was manned 24hrs, and the reception area had good public areas with vending machines. There is also a water machine where you can replenish the large water containers for only a few cents a gallon situated in the corridor oposite the apartment. We had a lovely week in this apartment and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to return again soon Thank you Julia for your warm welcome and all your help. John & Cat

Moderne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und liegt ca. 500m zum Meer. In der Nähe findet man alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Ein kleines Manko war, dass kein Spülmittel da war und ein vernünftiger Waschlappen gefehlt hat. Sonst sind wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub.

Central Location

The apartment was lovely. Very Modern. The bed was comfortable but a bit firm. It had everything for a self catering holiday. The pool looked very nice and was very popular with the residents. I didn't use it myself as I prefer the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment.
