Belvoir Castle B & B y Self-Catering

Vale View Barn es una impresionante conversión de granero en un pequeño pueblo en el Valle de Belvoir, cerca del Castillo de Belvoir en el límite de Lincolnshire y Leicestershire ... una hermosa parte del país. El establo tiene hermosas vistas de un valle y es un lugar muy relajante para relajarse. Dentro del granero hay un salón / comedor con estufa de leña y una gran televisión inteligente en la pared.
Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con horno, fogones y nevera. El dormitorio tiene un baño con ducha y wc, y tiene unas vistas preciosas al exterior. El salón tiene una televisión inteligente en la pared con acceso completo a Internet. También hay un sofá cama doble con capacidad para 2 adultos cómodamente. Los jardines tienen un tamaño aproximado de un acre y los huéspedes pueden caminar libremente y sentarse fuera del granero. Hay un amplio estacionamiento para coches frente al granero.
El granero está situado junto a la A164 que conduce a Melton Mowbray, que se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche.
Belvoir Castle está a solo 10 minutos del granero y es una visita obligada. El castillo es hermoso como también lo es el terreno.
También estamos a 40 minutos de Nottingham con algunas excelentes tiendas y restaurantes, y 50 minutos de Lincoln con su fantástica Catedral.

Splendid VRBO stay

Jeff and Breda were excellent hosts and the property was as described and pictured. Jeff met us at checkin and provided a brief overview of the property and was extremely friendly. While we did not cook at the rental, it was well equipped to do so if you desire. Since we were in town to see our son at Harlaxton, we ate out most meals. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone wanting to be within short drive if Grantham or Harlaxton. Cheers!

This accommodation is absolutely superb, we could not wish for better

From beginning end the owners were amazing and looked after us so well The lodge is immaculate, spacious and clean with everything you need. If it isn’t there just ask and it will be brought to you Perfect location and parking The surrounding area is lovely… fab pubs and restaurants and it is situated in a great area to travel as we did Just can’t wait to go back Thanks Jeff and Breda xx

Absolutely beautiful cottage to stay in and the location was perfect!

We had a fabulous 3 night stay in the cottage. Jeff and Brenda were amazing hosts and popped round to check if we were alright from time to time and offered to help out if we needed them. The cottage is beautiful and the location idyllic. Our two boys loved our mini break and my youngest had the best birthday weekend ever. Thank you so much, we will definitely book to come again x

mid week break

My wife and I chose this lovely barn for a few days in the sun and what a find it turned out to be. We were greeted by the owners and Jeff gave us a brief walk through and explained a few things and then left us to it. We had a few chats with them over the course of the 2 nights we were there and they were very helpful and would do anything they could to make our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone to do the same

Perfect base

Great stay here whilst visiting family in the area. Cottage spotless and very comfortable and in an idyllic setting. Hosts were so kind and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Lovely short break

Vale View Barn is in a very quiet location but close enough to main roads to be able to explore the area easily. We were met by Jeff on arrival who showed us round the barn and pointed out where things were stored. During our stay both Jeff and Breda checked how we were getting on and were very kind but not 'in your face'. The barn was well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing that would have been even better would have been if there was some milk to go with the tea bags / biscuits that were in the welcome tray. The local area has lots to see and it is an easy trip out to the coast and up to Lincoln. The outside area is a real sun trap - we were lucky the sun came out! We had a lovely stay - thank you.

Beautiful and relaxing mini break

From the moment we booked Jeff and Breda could not be more helpful, they gave a quick response to my booking, and then text me to say they were looking forward to welcoming us! When we arrived we got a lovely warm welcome along with a nice pot of tea/coffee and a selection of cake. The accommodation is beautifully presented and the breakfast hamper was very well stocked with a variety of food! Nearby are some lovely places to explore such as burghley house and belvoir castle which makes the barn a fantastic base! The views from the barn are beautiful and it makes the perfect place to relax and unwind. Could not recommend anywhere better to stay if you’re visiting the area or looking for a place to escape to. Thank you Jeff and Breda.
