Hermoso apartamento en el 1er piso con ascensor. Completamente renovado con muebles nuevos y aire acondicionado.
El apartamento es con: cocina independiente, salón con sofá cama doble, 1ª habitación doble, 2ª habitación doble, baño y 3 balcones


Se encuentra directamente en el paseo marítimo de Francavilla, bandera azul (un título que se atribuye a los balnearios con el mar más limpio). La playa es de fina arena dorada. Muy bien atendido por todos los servicios: parada de autobús debajo de la casa, supermercado, restaurantes, bares, tiendas, bares lounge, discotecas cercanas, estación de tren a 3 km. Luna Park para niños a 100 Mt durante el verano. Contexto geográfico ideal para unas relajantes vacaciones junto al mar. Todas las playas están organizadas en establecimientos de baño elegantes y bien equipados con restaurantes especializados en cocina de pescado, sombrillas, hamacas y todo lo relacionado con las comodidades de la playa. Puerto deportivo con todas las comodidades a 4 km, posibilidad de alquilar embarcaciones de recreo. Piscina municipal equipada con un gimnasio en la calle paralela. A pocos kilómetros de las hermosas montañas de los Abruzos Apeninos, accesibles en 30 minutos, incluyendo Majella y Gran Sasso con picos de hasta casi 3000 metros y paisajes encantadores. We had a great short stay at Holiday Dreams in Maiella. The room was excellent and the location couldn't be better - just 2 blocks from the beach area in Francavilla al Mare. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Would definitely recommend!

Lärm pur!!!!!!!!

Wir hätten es ruhiger gehabt wenn wir direkt auf dem Bahnsteig geschlafen hätte Der Lärm beginnt morgens um 3Uhr und endet um Nachts 1Uhr. Die Strassen werden am Morgen um 05..30 Uhr gereinigt mit dem Laubbläser.Das Glas wird 05.00 Uhr eingesammelt. Ferien Adeeeeeeeee!!!!!

Ich halte diese Ein-Stern-Bewertung für sehr falsch, da sie absolut nicht auf die Wohnung hinweist. Tatsächlich haben Sie es versäumt zu schreiben, dass sie komplett renoviert ist, mit PVC-Fenstern und Doppelverglasung gegen Lärm und mit den Schlafzimmern von der Straße entfernt , sowie komplett ausgestattet, makellos sauber und klimatisiert sein. Wenn Sie lieber bei offenem Fenster geschlafen haben und erwarten, dass alle um 20 Uhr ins Bett gehen, haben Sie sich in Anbetracht Ihres fortgeschrittenen Alters vielleicht den falschen Ort für Ihren Urlaub ausgesucht. Sie sind in der Hochsaison im August angekommen und in einer Touristenstadt ist das Nachtleben ganz normal, mit Partys und Konzerten in diesen besonderen Wochen, die bis spät in die Nacht dauern. Die Straßenreinigung und die Müllabfuhr, die übrigens absolut außerhalb meiner Kontrolle liegen, ist normal, dass sie zu den Zeiten durchgeführt werden, wenn der Spaziergang und die Partys vorbei sind und die Stadt morgens sauber vorzufinden ist. Unter anderem ist die Sammlung von Glas nur einmal in der Woche. Ich empfehle eine abgelegene Berghütte für Ihre nächste Reise, um sicherzustellen, dass es nicht eine Zeit des Vogelzugs oder eine Saison des Pilzwachstums ist, die Ihre zerbrechliche Stille stören könnte.

Great Location!

Great condo only thing missing is the wifi, which will be installed in the near term! Guiseppe and Lina are fabulous they also own an amazing bar/lounge called "The Mojito Bar" which we visited and enjoyed many times!!!

Super Urlaub

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Ausschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung eignet sich auch für Ausflüge bei Nicht-Strandwetter. Alles sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gern wieder!

We were in Italy with our company in 6 persons. We liked our stay very much! The appartment is very good located, restaurants, bars, beaches, shops.. It is near to Pescara city and the airport and train station. The appartment is very comfortable designed with very good taste. There are all things you need.. As we love cleaning, we have been there in good condition! The owners are very kind persons, they gave us a lot of advices for our tourist trips! The appartment is 100 percent as on the photos. We are very happy to find this plaace in Italy and we are sure that in the future we will repeat our trip! A lot of thanks to Giuseppe and Lina! Ilze Liepina.

wonderfull place for holliday

I and my family , had a great time in Francavilla! We was in the end of September,and we was so happy for good weather ,it was all days sunny and still warm +28 degrees,really summer time!Good restaurants,bars,shops fruit market close to the house. The apartment is very nice and very very clean,with a new modern furniture,colors.It is everything what you need for make a holiday, event umbrellas for the beach.The owners showed to us a many beautiful places arround ! Abruzzo region is the best ,food,mountains and old towns,we can not to forget it! When watching pictures and we want to come back again there... Thank you very much for all your help – we will definitely recommend you to anyone thinking of visiting Francavilla al Mare! We will come back for sure by you Giuseppe for next time ( we thinking about winter time ,because we want to skiing this time.And how we was seeing the Passo Lanciano is not so far from Francavilla).

We are a Russian couple from Moscow. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures posted on the website. Beach, shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated with new furniture. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a holiday, the owners, very nice and helpful, have also given a cot and a child seat for free and were available to fulfill all of our request so that our stay was perfect. We are very pleased to have known them and will of sure stay again in this beautiful apartment.

The best

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful apartment in the first days of September. The apartment was very very clean,well equipped, very quiet thanks also to the new double-glazed windows. The location is realy fantastic, just few steps to the beach and around Francavilla are a lot of interesting places like medieval citys and amazing mountains. The owner live near the apartment and could not have been more plesant and helpful. We have alredy book again for next year this lovely apartment.

The location of the apartment was excelent, just a crossing the street to the sea, the apartment was very nice, same as I saw in the pictures and very very clean, If you are looking to spend some time in Francavilla al mare I beleive its the perfect spot.

Good location for a beach holiday

The appartment is very conveniently situated - the beautiful beach is only a few minutes walk away as are the local shops and some good bars and restaurants. The appartment was clean and fairly well-equipped if you are happy to pay a 5 star price for a 2/3 star rating. The owner was less thatn coopertive when we pointed out that several of the appliances did not function properly,

Spitzen Urlaubsort

Wir sind so begeistert das wir schon 2mal dort waren. Die Wohnungen sind super, sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht .2 Minuten zum Strand klasse. Und die Vermieter sind so nett und hilfbereit. Ich kann nur sehr gutes sagen.

Stupenda vacanza

Appartamento pulitissimo, moderno e ben accessoriato, esattamente come da descrizione. Si trova in posizione centrale di Francavilla a solamente pochi passi dal mare. L'acqua e la spiaggia sono di una pulizia incredibile, con organizzazione impeccabile. Vicino all'appartamento si trova tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta con la propria famiglia. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibilissimo con indicazioni ed itinerari da visitare. L'Abruzzo offre degli scenari mozzafiato che pensavo fossero ormai persi. Abbiamo passato la più bella vacanza tra tutte quelle fatte negli ultimi anni e ci siamo ripromessi di tornare la prossima estate. Lo consiglio a tutte le famiglie!

Excellent expirience

We've really enjoyed our stay in the apartment we rented in Francavilla. Initially I was concerned about the apartment because I had booked it through the internet after having only viewed some photos. As I was traveling with my 14 month old toddler I was concerned about space and the apartment's cleanliness but I was very happy with the condition of the apartment as soon as we moved in. It was perfectly sized for the three of us, neat and clean. Its location was also really convenient as it was a few minutes walking distance to the beach. I was also delighted with the service and kindness of Mr. Mansi. To top it all off we've also got a decent discount for sun umbrellas and lounges at the beach station. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to a small family for an extended beach holiday in Francavilla. Do not hesitate to contanct Mr. Mansi as he has proved to be most accommodating. Katia

Superb accommodation

Superb accommodation, just few steps from the beach, spotless and incredibly helpful owner. The location is great, quiet enough for relaxation purposes, but near enough to all local amenities. The sea is really clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
