Calma casa bien amueblada en un parque privado de 2 minutos del centro de Bayeux

Situado a las afueras de Bayeux, la casa se encuentra en un hermoso parque con árboles centenarios.
Es el lugar ideal para unas vacaciones en Normandía, cerca de todas las actividades que puede ofrecer.
Hay dos amplios dormitorios, cada uno con su propio cuarto de baño con bañera.
Ponemos a su disposición un colchón extra y / o cuna del niño si necesita (hay suficiente espacio para poner ellos).
La idea general es disfrutar de una vivienda de calidad en un ambiente privilegiado.
El precio incluye la limpieza en casa de hecho al final de su estancia a excepción de la zona de trabajo de la cocina (estufa, horno, etc .....).
Hay todo lo necesario: 1 set de TV, conexión a Internet, sillas de jardín, silla para bebé, barbacoa, lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador, microondas, lavadora y seca, aspiradora, plancha eléctrica, etc.
Ropa de cama y toallas de baño siempre.

The stay was perfect. The house had everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and very kind. A very nice and relaxing stay, especially with the large garden.

Het huis ligt in een dorpje vlak onder Bayeux. Je zou het te voet kunnen bereiken als er een stoep was langs een drukke weg. Er zijn 2 grote slaapkamer en beide hebben een badkamer. Een met douche en de ander een bad en wc. Beneden is een 2e wc. Vanuit het huis zijn alle grote toeristische hotspots goed te bereiken. Zowel Rouen als St Michel liggen het verst op ca 1,5 uur rijden. De eigenaren wonen in een mooi pand vlak naast het huis. De man des huizes spreekt goed Engels, zijn vrouw iets minder, maar ze begrijpt het wel. Aan de andere kant ligt een koeienboerderij. Dit zorgt wel voor extra vliegen. Qua schoonmaak was het huis zeer netjes, maar de luxaflex was vies onder de vliegenpoep. Qua inrichting in de keuken en apparaten zit er alles in. Vaatwasser, koelkast, fornuis, oven, magnetron, maar ook broodrooster, blender en diepvries. Het koffieapparaat was een filterapparaat. In de badkamer beneden zijn ook een wasmachine en droger. De eigenaren hebben heel veel handdoeken klaarliggen. Ze hebben ook kleine boodschappen al gedaan zoals vaatwastabletten, vaatwasmiddel, wc papier, folie etc. Mocht je nog wat missen in Bayeux liggen diverse hypermarches. Qua laadpalen voor elektrische auto's kun je terecht bij een tuincentrum tegenover, maar ook in Bayeux zijn er diverse (snel) ladersDe wifi was niet al te best, ook het bereik met je telefoon is niet al te best in huis. (Dikke muren). Eigenaar heeft dit zelf ook en kijkt naar een oplossing.

A wonderful base for a Normandy holiday.

The most welcoming hosts ever, lovely people; the perfect location for exploring Normandy; perfect quietude with no traffic was great. A lovely garden too and big windows which flooded the lounge with sunshine. Perfect tranquillity in watching the cows wandering by for milking twice a day. Immediate access to the Bayeux ring road and the N13. Superstore nearby. Highly recommended. Lots of attention to every conceivable need all provided by the perfect hosts. Just needs a little bit of attention to become five-star in every way.

Week in Bayeux

Pleasant small apartment in a barn conversion. Equipped with everything we needed. In grounds of a chateau - very pleasant rural setting. But only 5 minutes away from the charming of Bayeux.

Der Aufenthalt bei Mme und M. Cuche hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet; es hat wirklich alles, was man braucht und die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage im grossen, ruhigen Park mit den wunderschönen alten Bäumen haben wir sehr genossen. Von hier aus kann man die ganze Region sehr gut erkunden (mit Auto). Die Freundlichkeit, Verfügbarkeit und Grosszügigkeit der Gastgeber haben wir sehr geschätzt. Sie haben uns auch gerne Auskunft über Veranstaltungen, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons posé les valises pour un séjour de 6 jours. Le cadre est idyllique, calme, propice au repos. Le logement est très propre et confortable, avec en bonus une literie digne des grands hôtels. La famille Cuche s'est montrée très accueillante, sympathique et prévenante. À notre arrivée nous attendaient un beau bouquet du jardin, des pots de confitures et du matériel en prêt pour notre bébé. En définitive, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Wir, zwei Ehepaare, erlebten fantastische Ferien in Bayeux. Alles stimmte: das hübsche Häuschen mit wirklich allem was man brauchte, die Umgebung, die gute Erreichbarkeit der verschiedenen Aussichtspunkte usw. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank auch an das sehr zuvorkommende Besitzerpaar Cuche mit ihrem lustigen Hund. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A slice of heaven in a beautiful location

We spent a wonderful month in this beautiful cottage, with an amazing view. All of the amenities were here and the kitchen was fully equipped. We love to stay in and cook at night, so this was perfect. Watching the cows go back and forth during the day was fun as well. Our hosts were super and very welcoming, with lovely welcome gifts of flowers, homemade preserves and home grown produce. This was our fourth time in the area so we didn't need much local information but they were full of ideas if needed. We hated to leave our Normandy "home" and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

7 day stay for D Day

A comfortable barn conversion in a beautiful rural location next to a chateau approximately 30 minutes walk from the centre of Bayeux. This was perfect and the owners were extremely thoughtful and helpful. The property has everything you could possibly need with a working farm close by and a beautiful flower garden next door. Highly recommended

Normandy Beaches

I was looking for a central location for a long awaited visit to the Normandy beaches with my brother in law and I wasn't disappointed. The accommodation was excellent as was the host. We were welcomed even though we arrived very late at night. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The location was perfect for visiting all of the wartime beaches and the town of Bayeux. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Merveilleuses vacances dans un endroit magnifique

Nous étions en vacances en France pour la première fois et parlions à peine français. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Gilles (en voiture) et Christiane Cuche et avec un peu d'anglais tout s'est bien passé. Un bel endroit historique. La maison était très complète, tout y était. Quel beau grand jardin, avec une ferme à côté, nous avons vu les vaches passer quotidiennement. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Le temps était magnifique, pas trop chaud. Tout ce que nous voulions visiter était à proximité. A vélo nous étions au centre de Bayeux en un rien de temps et en voiture nous avons fait pas mal de kilomètres, le long des plages jusqu'au Mont Saint Michel. Merci pour notre agréable séjour, Christiane et Gilles.

Very beautiful estate, perfectly located.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this place for a family with 1 or 2 kids. The huge garden is perfect to play and the landlords are very kind and helpful.

Just right

We rented this property for a few days for ourselves and our 11 year old grandson so he could see the Tapestry and other things in the area. The property was just right for us as it was only about 5 minutes away from the centre of Bayeux and not too far from everywhere else we wanted to go. There is a large supermarket nearby which has a petrol station so you can stock up on provisions for your stay. The bedrooms were big and each had a normal sized bathroom with a normal sized bath but a word of caution, although it is supposed to sleep 5, both bedrooms had double beds plus there was an additional single in the upstairs bedroom so probably only suitable for couples plus a child. There were plenty of towels so no need to take your own. Everything worked well especially the heating, which was very necessary due to the wet weather. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery plus, unusually for a holiday property, there were lots of pots and cooking utensils so you could cook a full meal if you wanted to. When the rain did stop, there was plenty of room for our grandson to play football in the garden. Next door to the property is a working dairy farm and we could watch the cows making their way past the bottom of the garden to be milked twice a day. They do make a fair bit of noise and stink but that is all part and parcel of renting a place which sits just on the outskirts of the town.😄 The owners were very friendly and helpful. They answered our pre-travel enquiries very quickly and when we had to change our plans at the last minute due to a 5 hour delay at the Channel Tunnel, which meant us checking into a hotel near Calais for the night instead of arriving on time, they were concerned that we were missing part of our holiday by arriving a day late. They very kindly said we could stay an extra day if we wanted to as no one was coming in straight after us. It was not too expensive either so we would consider renting this property again the next time we are in the area.

Home from home near Bayeux.

A pleasant, comfortable and well equipped gite which was nice and warm when we arrived in autumn. A good situation for visiting both Bayeux and the D Day beaches.

Onze landing in villa de Beaussy

Zeer aangenaam verblijf. Het huis is beter dan op de foto's. Schitterende ligging voor een bezoek aan de landingsplaatsen. Ruime aangename kamers en badkamers. Goed voorziene keuken. Mooie tuin en domein. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Meer moet het niet zijn.

Très bon séjour, nous recommandons cette adresse

gîte confortable, bien meublé, bien équipé et dans un environnement calme, boisé, fleuri. La proximité de Bayeux, des plages du débarquement nous a permis un excellent séjour. On a même oublié la pluie. En famille ou entre amis, deux salles de bains, c'est un plus! Bref, ne pas chercher plus loin, à recommander, et, en ce qui nous concerne à renouveler si possible. Cozy cottage in perfect location!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each on separate floors, and is well stocked with all the necessities from linens and paper products to cooking essentials. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. The location, just outside of Bayeux and very close to highway N13, is perfect for exploring all of Normandy. It is also very close to Bayeux and a grocery store. The cottage is in a bucolic setting with rolling farm hills behind and a working dairy farm on the chateau's property. The owners, Christiane and Gilles, live in the beautiful chateau next door, are fabulous. Our daughter had to go to the emergency room and Gilles took us and stayed with us the entire time! Then, when we forgot a piece of clothing, they expedited it to our location. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to explore Normandy France. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house in Bayeux

Another amazing stay at this wonderful house!! It has everything - a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable/cozy living room and bedrooms and baths on first and second floors. This is perfect to provide some space and privacy for multiple guests. It’s in a beautiful, tranquil area ideal for unwinding after a hectic day of activities. Yet it’s ideally located as it’s not far from any of the main attractions in this historic area. And the hosts are as wonderful as the house !! I cannot say enough about their warmth, hospitality and graciousness!!! I highly recommend this amazing accommodation.
