La Caseta

Bedroom 1. Master double with sea views and access to terrace on the upper floor.
Bedroom 2. Room with mezzanine with two single beds and one single bed underneath. Sea views and access to terrace. Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom.
Bedroom 3 Single room with possibility of an additional single. En-suite bathroom
Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor. Good quality double sofa bed. Adjacent compact bathroom.

The living room of the main house is tastefully furnished with neutral cream shades which seem to amplify the abundance of natural light. With a couple of sofas where to relax and an indoor dining table this is the main living area of the house. Through to the spacious front terrace which offers comfortable seating and a large dining table and chairs and of course the views. The terrace also has extendable awnings for shade if needed. Fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bar, induction hobs and Smeg appliances.

Bedroom with double or two singles beds. Adjacent bathroom with shower.
Mezzanine loft space with two single beds.

Has a large open plan layout with sofas, armchairs and a TV and includes a kitchenette and bathroom and the mezzanine sleeping area. The front porch area of the garden house has comfortable seating and a dining table with chairs and is surrounded by sliding doors which can completely encompass the porch area giving extra privacy and shade.

Outdoors
Between the main house and the garden house there is a good-sized garden with mature pine trees and mediterranean shrubs and flowers. There are also two outdoor showers, one with changing room and utility room. At the back of the main house there is small awning with a Weber gas barbeque and dining table.

The property also comes with one car parking spaces in garage and parking place in front of the house. There is free WiFi in the apartment, to keep you connected during your stay.

Prices indicated for both houses. Houses can be rented together or separately upon request per weeks from saturday to saturday. From 15 of June to 14 of September 7 nights minimum stay, 15 of September to 15 of May 4 nights minimum stay.
