La belleza de Port Renfrew está justo afuera de su ventana en nuestra cabaña frente al mar recientemente renovada con impresionantes vistas al océano. La cabaña ha sido bendecida con una de las mejores vistas al mar en Beach Camp.

Abra la puerta corredera y salude al Océano Pacífico, las montañas y la playa. Observe a las águilas volando por encima mientras toma su café de la mañana. Si la pesca es lo que lo lleva a Port Renfrew, estamos a 10 minutos a pie (3 minutos en coche) del recién inaugurado Pacific Gateway Marina. La cabaña duerme 8 y tiene 4 habitaciones con camas king size nuevas y nuevas sábanas de 350 hilos. También acabamos de construir una ducha al aire libre, perfecta para bañarse después de su sesión de surf.

Todo lo que necesita está aquí, desde una selección completa de platos, vasos y utensilios de cocina, hasta ropa de cama.

Por la noche, disfrute de sentarse alrededor de la fogata al aire libre y asar malvaviscos y luego dormirse con el sonido del océano por la noche. Cuando te despiertes con la vista todas las mañanas, sentirás que la estás viendo por primera vez.

La cabaña es perfecta para amigos, familias o para una pareja que busca una escapada romántica.

The house was really well stocked and very welcoming. We appreciated the big, comfortable beds and bedding; the spacious sitting area, the sauna and the outside fire pit! It was the perfect place to gather and combine our leadership retreat with some fun time. We definitely hope to book it again!

Rented for an annual get together with friends. Great space to hang out in the main room with a beautiful view of the water. The sauna was great as well as having beach access at the bottom of the garden, and great pizza two minutes away!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this property and we definitely plan to book again for next year! It is perfect spot for a group of friends; 4 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room area and a well stocked kitchen! The grassy beach front yard is perfect for Corn Hole (or any outdoor game!) I would highly recommend the little yellow Driftwood Cottage!!

Fantastic property!

Perfect for the whole family. It was my Dad's 70th and we all got together to celebrate. This place had everything we needed. very tidy, well stocked, and beautiful setting. No issues at all. My dad wants to make this an annual thing now! I guess we'll be back.

Wonderful stay!

Our group was celebrating a birthday and I’m so glad we found this wonderful spot. It was so clean, and the views are beautiful! We really enjoyed the beach and the sauna. The extra beach towels were much appreciated. The beds were comfy. We are so glad to have had this great place to stay, and we highly recommend it!

Amazing beach gem

We loved our stay. The photos don’t do justice how beautiful the cabin and location were. The sauna was incredible, as was the outdoor shower. All the rooms were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Would love to come back and stay again.

Quietly Quintessential British Columbia

I moved out of BC 24 years ago, when I come back, I want nothing more than to immerse myself in the quiet beauty of this province. This VRBO in the small town of Port Renfrew is outstanding, not even a TV on the wall, perfection! We hiked, walked, had a campfire, listened to the waves, watched the surfers, enjoyed the local restaurants/coffee shop and general store. This home is wonderful for a family gathering, the large island and massive dining room table were always filled with people. Four large rooms gave everyone the space they needed. The beach front location and sauna are luxuries that give this a solid 5 star review. We polar plunged and welcomed the new year. Communication with the host was excellent, everything was as described. I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone who loves a small town vibe and some beautiful west coast waves and trails. Bring your rain coat!

5th Annual Renfrew Fishing and Friends Trip!

This was our 2nd time staying at the "little yellow cottage" and it was as special as we remembered! It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and perfect for 3 couples! The firepit, grassy area (perfect for corn hole!) beach access, location and view make this property unique and a reason to go back again next year!!

Amazing property - Port Renfrew Beach

Lovely older home - super clean and very well outfitted. Perfect location on the beach, gorgeous deck and ocean views. We were 9 adults (family) and had lots of room. Great kitchen if you want to cook, bbq, etc. We will definitely return again.

Beautiful and Relaxing Retreat

This house was paradise. Well kept with lots of fun style items inside. Our family had the most relaxing time. I gave four stars for communication because there were some outdated information provided, but between the email and the binder in the house we figured it out. Everything else was more than perfect.

Juan de Fuca Marine Trail Hikers

Rather than camp and have to avoid bears and use pit toilets, the 6 of us stayed at this amazing accommodation and enjoyed delicious meals prepared in the huge kitchen, indulged in hot showers after our hikes, and slept sweetly in the comfy queen sized beds. Loved it!

Wonderful West coast getaway

Our family had a fantastic stay. It was perfect for our group and provided a cozy base for exploring the stunning Port Renfrew area. We loved the West Coast charm and the house was well-equipped for our needs. The beach was just steps away, and we enjoyed walks and soaking up the scenery. The surrounding beaches and trails were also incredible. The sauna was a delightful addition and we really enjoyed relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We love to surf and had been looking for a vacation home to call our own close to the ocean when we stumbled upon this gem. We had been travelling to Port Renfrew to surf and vacation for many years and after starting a family wanted a place for our girls to spend summers and make memories at. With limited cell service this is a perfect place to relax, slow done, and enjoy being surround by the beauty of Port Renfrew. We hope you enjoy it here as much as we do!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Port Renfrew, British Columbia is a small community on the southern tip of the West Coast of Vancouver Island. It is quite similar to Tofino, however, it is only an approximate one and a half hour drive west of Victoria, north of the fast growing community of Sooke. Long a forestry and commercial fishing hub, the town has transitioned to being a centre for outdoor recreation including sports fishing, hiking, old growth forest tourism and eco-tourism. It is most famous as the trail head for both the West Coast Trail, and the Juan de Fuca Trail, as well as, for being home to some of the best salt water salmon and halibut fishing on Southern Vancouver Island. Hundreds of fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts descend on the town every summer from local communities, Alberta and the United States and Europe.

Port Renfrew is a seaside community centered around the local wharf, and provides visitors and residents with a relaxed, personable atmosphere as only a small village can create. Several major changes have put Port Renfrew on the map in recent years. The most significant development is the completion of the $25+ million dollar, Pacific Marine Circle Route along with more recent road upgrades connecting Port Renfrew to eastern and northern Vancouver Island with a new paved highway. The completion of the circle route in 2009 has brought increased traffic and exposure to the region from areas such as Duncan and Nanaimo where transit time is now 1.5 to 2 hours.

This temperate coastal rainforest community is dominated by old growth spruce, hemlock and cedar. Captioned as Canada's Tall Tree Capital Port Renfrew is host to some of the tallest and largest trees in Canada which are known to be on or in the vicinity of the West Coast Trail. Sombrio is a fantastic place to surf and is conveniently located an easy 15 minute drive away.
