Great Place to Stay

We were at the house for only one night as we were passing through on our way to Florida. The house was very nicely decorated. It was located near many restaurants. The owner responded immediately to my phone call. I would stay there again.

Great setup

Quaint community, very impressed with the layout of that and the unit itself. Very comfortable, easy access to main roads and downtown. Unit had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5, though the sleeper sofa would be better in the den rather than the master bedroom. When it is open, you have to crawl across the beds to go from the door to the bathroom. Only other negative is the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was coming off the ceiling so we couldn't run it. That made the room (which is upstairs) very stuffy. Simple fixes though. Would definitely love to stay here again. Love Athens! Go Dawgs!! 2021 National Champs!!

Perfect escape

My kitchen flooded, and we were searching for an escape. Mission accomplished! The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. From whisks to cake plates, the hosts thought of every detail to make family time a pleasure. This attention to detail was seen throughout the house.

Absolutely beautiful

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We left early this morning and had the blessing of seeing a family of deers right outside.

Perfect spot with personality

Our home renovation was running over and we needed a spot to stay for about an extra week. Michael's place was just right for us to spend that last week. Everything was clean and the obvious care that was taken with the decor really made our stay feel homey and comfortable. It's so close to so much - shopping, restaurants, etc.

Had a wonderful experience! The home was exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked in a quiet neighborhood. Check in/out process was super easy. Will definitely be back the next time we visit UGA.

Highly recommended!

We took our son to visit UGA and stayed off the main campus area. This was a perfect place. It was extremely clean, everything nicely decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the folder that explained everything around us for good restaurants, close grocery stores etc. I had several questions prior to arriving and they were fantastic at responding incredibly quick and always accommodating. We will look to stay there again should our son choose UGA. Go Dawgs!

Perfect location and space

Great location with close proximity to all of Athens. Very clean and well equipped. Spacious floor plan to accommodate several adults. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property Near Campus

My wife and I plus 2 kids had an amazing stay at this condo. The owners have everything you could imagine stocked for this condo, from Coffee and all the fixings to Advil and Goodie Powder in the bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything, comfy living room to relax and watch the olympics at night, and the most comfortable beds and sheets, nicer than ours at home! We will definitely be staying here the next time we need a place in Athens, especially since it was cheaper than the hotels around.

Wedding Weekend

An excellent experience

The location was central to our travels. The property is situated in a small, private community with similar housing. It felt safe to be in this tucked away area. The pictures for the listing were exactly as it was in the duplex. The layout was perfect as my preteens could have their shared bedroom and bath downstairs and I was free to retreat to the master suite on the second floor. The furnishings were comfortable and fit our needs. I will say this has been the best stocked rental I have encountered. Spices, lots of kitchen supplies, toiletries, ironing board…if you forgot to pack something, I’m sure Michael has already thought of it and has it tucked away for you to use! We did have someone next door to us, but I wouldn’t have noticed they were even there if I had not noticed them outside occasionally. My family and I were in town for a softball tournament and Michael was kind enough to have plenty of water stocked for our use. I also had a bit of an issue with checking out but I was able to get in touch with Michael and have everything worked out. He was very responsive to my questions. I loved this affordable rental and look forward to another trip to Athens!

Perfect for weekend visit

This condo was a perfect landing spot for us while visiting the area. Quiet and conveniently located with a bed for everyone so we all got good sleep. Very clean and well stocked.

Beautiful property, great neighborhood

My family and I stayed here while visiting friends. Property was clean and well stocked with everything we might need. Neighborhood was quiet and close to town. Would definitely stay here again!
