Tiene su propia entrada privada, espacio de estacionamiento en un camino privado y un patio / jardín cerrado. Ubicado a 2 minutos del río Stour con un montón de áreas para pasear perros, pubs locales, tiendas, recorridos para llevar, supermercados cerca. Encantadores paseos por la ribera de Iford y Tuckton. El histórico Christchurch Quay (7 minutos en auto) donde puede alquilar un barco en verano, cafés, tiendas, bares, restaurantes y una excelente vida nocturna. We had a lovely stay at Pam’s place. It was and clean and very central to everything we wanted to visit. We had a day out at Hurst and caught the ferry from Keyhaven. This is well worth a visit. Christchurch is a lovely town where we went to the Boathouse for dinner and looked round the Normandy ruins. Beaulieu motor museum is such a good day out. It’s We spent the whole day there and there is so much to do and see. We were central to everything and had an amazing time. Emma and Olivia x

Prachtig appartement

Het appartement was super, precies zoals op de foto's. De gastvrijheid van de eigenaresse maakte het compleet. Er stond voor ons melk,brood en een heerlijke cake klaar. Ook ons hondje voelde zich meteen welkom! Dat was na een reisdagje super aankomen. Het appartement is zeer netjes en volledig uitgerust.

Fabulous Flat

Pam has thought of everything you would need on a break. The flat is immaculate. A lot of amenities close by . Short walk to river and local pub . Pam was a lovely host and checked to see if everything was O.K. and even made us a cake on arrival ( cake was excellent).

Perfect for long weekend in Dorset

5 night stay with dogs

Pam greeted us on arrival & showed us around. Was very helpful and lovely. Text us to check we were ok & if we needed anything during visit? The flat was perfect. Very clean. You didn’t want for anything. Had everything you could need. Very quiet. Small garden was perfect for dogs. Lovely walk by the river & field for dogs to run in 2 minutes away. Very good location to visit places nearby. Would recommend 100%.

Beautiful

Lovely clean property in a quiet area close by to a variety of amenities. Pam was always on hand with information about the area and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cannot fault this property. It was exactly as described. Pam is a great host and a fountain of great information. So thankful of the goodies awaiting us when we arrived. Highly recommend this property.

Summer holiday

Lovely property exactly as advertised. In a great location near to sandy beaches ,shops, take aways and the Iford Bridge pub just a two minute walk Owner Pam was very helpful and checked several times that we had everything we needed We would thoroughly recommend this flat Patricia and Sylvia

We Will Be Back!

Excellent holiday home for 2 humans and a dog! :). The flat was very well resourced and the bread, milk, butter etc was very welcome. It was spotlessly clean and the garden was an added bonus. Good location with dog walking fields close by. The host was very welcoming and helpful when needed. A ***** holiday home!

Fabulous flat in perfect location

I was greeted by Pam on my arrival following a 10 hour drive and she made myself and my dog feel very welcome. Pam had left a personalised, comprehensive information sheet about the flat and equipment and a nice welcome pack. The flat is well equipped with up-to-date kitchen appliances, TV with Netflix and broadband. The flat is nicely furnished and very clean, with a comfy bed. There is a small garden with table and chairs. My dog, who doesn't enjoy going away from home, settled in very quickly and was extremely relaxed which made our stay very enjoyable. There are lots of really good walks close by and Pam has a file full of details about walks and things to do in the area. I will certainly be returning to stay at this lovely flat.

Fabulous stay at Christchurch

The apartment was just as described, spotlessly clean and we were well catered for, we appreciated the lovely touches such as a home made cake and bottle of wine. Pam was very helpful and gave us lots of great tips with regards to places to visit etc. Thank you Pam, we had a fabulous break in Christchurch and would highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved our stay in Christchurch . Beautiful very well equipped flat . Everything was high quality . Very cosy and immaculately clean . Pam and husband were great . Couldn’t get a channel on tv and within a few minutes it had been sorted by Pams husband . We love Dorset and it was a great location to get to many beautiful areas . Would love to visit again . A Wonderful Stay

This property is first class. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped with many unexpected extras. The owners made us feel very welcome. My only complaint is the stay wasn't long enough!! We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Every morning I walk my springer spaniel Molly down the next lane to the river which is a beautiful setting lots of swans, ducks, heron, kingfisher, buzzard, pheasant, and other wildlife, people paddle boarding, kayaking, lots of dog walkers,runners, just a great vibe to start the day. Large Dog Walking field on right hand side, over the two small bridges or At the end of Water Lane turn left up to main road past Iford Pub, Pelican crossing on right go over crossing then you can walk by the side of river up to Golf Course and up to Weir. We cycle or walk our Springer up to Hengistbury Head Spit. Just at the end of Iford Lane is Tuckton 20 minute Walk, another 10 minutes walk to the Pretty little Historic town of Christchurch with Priory, Ruins and Quay,( Lots of restaurants are dog friendly which is great).I love living in this area, as you have the river, miles of sandy beaches and the New Forest not far away. Also lots of great places to Walk or Visit with fantastic scenery. Its lovely to be able to share this with our guests.

The flat is brand new and has its own entrance with easy access (no steps) with its own garden and patio which is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine on a Summer evening or a mild Winter evening. Southbourne main High Street (walking or 7 mins by Car) with Pubs,cafes, restaurants and tapas bars, nice little hub. Southbourne overcliff lovely pubs, dog friendly and great for walks ,Dog friendly pubs and cafes .Historic Christchurch just up the road with bars overlooking the river, nice Vibe in the evening , Live Music in some Pubs and some weekends on Quay. Boathouse good food or just pop in for coffee overlooking the river also dogs welcome in Conservatory and in James and White Restaurant, Loch and Quay, Christchurch also inside Spyglass and Kettle, Commodore, Southbourne Overcliff. Lots of Excellent Restaurants in the area Fine Dining Jetty Mudeford and Captains Club on Christchurch Quay, Larder House and Roots in Southbourne, The Pig at Brockenhurst and Studland. Easy Transport Links. Lots of Beautiful places to visit and great scenery. Harbour Heights at Sandbanks has fantastic views of Sandbanks Peninsular from their decking area ,where you can sit and chill, have a coffee, food or drinks. Lots of Great places for Walking or Cycling in the Summer or Mild Winters.

Hengistbury Head great for dogs on river path or beach, also Avon Beach. Enjoy a bike ride along the promenade and coastal roads, Visit Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve or cycle to Sandbanks and across to Old Harry Rocks and the Ise of Purbeck via the chain ferry . Easy access links to Lots of lovely places to visit such as Christchurch with its Priory and Quay Bournemouth, Sandbanks Poole, New Forest, Highcliff Castle, Lymington, Swanage, Corfe Castle, Wareham, Durdle Door, Osmington Bay, Kimmeridge these are just a few places, I love to visit. Pub on your doorstep, and takeaways. Large Supermarket walking distance. Lots of places to walk the dog, cycle, running . Award Winning golden beaches, You can cycle or walk from Southbourne Miles of Sandy Beach leading to Boscombe - Bournemouth then Sandbanks along the Beach. You can get the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Shell Bay, great dog walking beach, then onto Swanage or Corfe Castle for lunch. Great Location for road and travel links, Bus and Train. Bournemouth Airport 10 mins drive. Lots of Golf Courses in the area, Iford close by.
