An immaculate, luxurious and fully-equipped 4-bedroom professionally-cleaned villa ideally suited for family groups.



The accommodation consists of 4 double bedrooms, open-plan living/dining area, fully-fitted and equipped kitchen. Having 200m² the villa sleeps 8 people.



The infinity pool, that can be heated on request, is easily accessed from all of the rooms in the villa and there is a large pool terrace with sun loungers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a charcoal barbecue on the terrace off the dining room with a large outdoor dining table and chairs.



Entering the property through the front door the living room, dining room, kitchen, guest WC and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom are located on this floor. There are a further 2 double bedrooms with a family bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which are accessed via a staircase to the lower floor. All of the bedrooms have sliding doors leading to outdoor terraces.



The property is private, and is situated on a beautiful plot with well-maintained and mature gardens. The property has free multi-language television channels and Wi-Fi. 



With air conditioning throughout, which also provides heat during the winter, the villa is located within the Santo António Golf Resort that has an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, equipment hire and a clubhouse with bar and restaurant along with a spa and exercise studio (payable locally).



Table tennis is available in the garage. There are also tennis rackets and balls freely available to guests who wish play. The tennis courts can be found at the entrance to the resort.



Casa Clajon is located close to the fishing village of Salema, a short 5-minute drive away, where visitors can enjoy the beautiful beach along with a choice of restaurants and bars. Further west lies Sagres, just a 20-minute drive, that is one of the most important places in Portuguese and European history. The Costa Vicentina nature reserve is right on the property’s back door.



The course at Santo António was designed by Pepe Gancedo, one of Spain´s most famous architects, whose philosophy of golf course construction involves minimal alteration to the existing terrain.



Car rental is necessary.



Within a 45-minute drive there are two water parks and if you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo less than a 30-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.



For the golfers, there are 40 golf courses along the Algarve, of which over 10 can be found within a 45-minute drive of the property. Of course one is on the property's doorstep, Santo António at Parque da Floresta.



Lagos marina is also not far. From here you can take daily boat trips around the caves or go on dolphin watching trips. It is also possible to go sea kayaking, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing and take part in an array of other water-based activities.
