Esta habitación ofrece total privacidad en un entorno rural tranquilo, una pequeña área para comer en el interior, una hermosa ducha para 2 personas y una lujosa cama tamaño queen.

The breakfasts were amazing. More food than we needed but saved some for later in the day. We were welcomed with a plate of cookies which was a nice touch. We celebrated our anniversary there and had them make us a special dinner, it was lovely. Theresa was friendly and helpful. The WIFI wasn't as good as we would have liked but otherwise our stay was perfect. Would definitely go back.

Been back here multiple times

Location is picture perfect- breakfast is wonderful- Teresa is a great host. We drive to a sandy beach In Summerland or to the Dragon Lotus restaurant for supper or to Kelowna to shop or eat - this is not a stop over this is a destination! Nice coffee machine - little fridge - modern bathroom!

An absolute gem of a place! It was so quiet and cozy, yet just minutes from the restaurants and the beach. The breakfast included with your stay is incredible, you will find ingredients locally grown straight from their gardens which are presented in the most thoughtful and delicious way. We will be returning for sure!

Rented this quaint space for my girlfriends birthday. We were super impressed by the view and aesthetic. Teresa is a 5 star host and brought us an incredible homemade breakfast every morning. A must stay if you’re in the area. Thank you Teresa and Mike!

A Stay Fit for Royalty

Accommodation was first class and could be classified as glamourous vintage. The large bathroom had a luxurious shower and cozy terry robes were provided. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities included a Nespresso machine with a nice variety of Nespresso pods. Breakfast was served every morning and it was truly a gourmet breakfast which included homemade sour dough bread, home made jam, smoked bacon, and seasonal fruit. We had delicious strawberries picked fresh from Teresa's lovely garden. Ask Teresa for recommendations for suppers. The location was perfect. Central to activities from Kelowna to Penticton and Naramata. If you are planning a wine tour of the vineyards in the Okanagan Valley, this is an ideal location to settle into. We plan on going back.

Old country comfort

We really loved our stay with Teresa. She is a very warm and welcoming person. Her place reminded us so much of our Bed and Breakfast experiences in England. The room is not large but it has tons of atmosphere with all the wood and antiques. We especially liked the large and absolutely delicious home-cooked breakfast brought to our door on a tray!Thank you Teresa, I hope we can make it back one day.

The stay was great! My flight landed before check-in and Theresa was so flexible with letting me in earlier. The property is decorated following a consistent and clean aesthetic. Amazing sights (if you’re willing to walk for 5-10mins) Overall fantastic condition!

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts are gracious and kind, the breakfast was delicious every day, and the space was super clean and so cute! Everything we needed was there- coffee, cutlery, a little fridge, etc - and the shower was really nice too. The balcony is lovely and a really nice spot to eat breakfast and enjoy the view of the lake down below. It’s a little drive to the lake, but only like 7 min and we found it totally worth it to be up hidden on the quiet side of the mountain.

Lovely, relaxing stay!

My husband and I loved our weekend stay in cute Peachland! Theresa has made the suite so adorable and intentionally decorated. It was nice and cool in the summer heat and I imagine it would be cozy in the winter with the fireplace. Not only was the suite and location great, but the breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented too! Could not recommend staying here enough.

Exceptional

Lovely owners with a beautiful property. Enjoyed our Breakfast outside on the deck with a view of the lake. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of homemade goodies, definitely enough to keep you going all day. The room was perfect for two and had everything we needed. Really can't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you again Mike & Teresa and look forward to coming again.

After years in the hospitality industry, Teresa and Mike have honed their skills both in the kitchen and at the table and are pleased and excited in sharing all we can offer here in the heart of the Okanagan Valley.
Mike has spent 15 years as a red sealed Chef and Teresa has worked serving at some of the best winery restaurants around as well as a care giver to local seniors.
We both have a passion for food and wine, and are eager to share what we love.
There is a large organic garden on the property, Teresa's pride and joy, which supply us with many of our fruits and vegetables as well as beautiful floral arrangements.
After 10 years of dreaming, we are now open and eager to share our home and this beautiful valley

Unlike most B&B's, we offer total privacy. The suite is located in a seperate building on our property and is a great spot to relax and enjoy dinner and a glass of wine on your private patio overlooking Okanagan Lake.

Enjoy our spa shower for 2, then slip in to the luxurious robes provided and take in all the views, while enjoying our two course "al fresco" breakfast on your own patio. Truly a great way to start any day in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.
