The property has a great location and very comfortable. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the bathroom door does not close in one room and the bedroom door does not close in the other. Not a huge deal but needs to be fixed. Very clean and comfortable.

Awesome stay

We had a great stay at this apartment. The place is modern, spotlessly clean and spacious. Its at the very center of the city, walkable to a lot of restaurants. Great communication with Rute. She is an awesome host. We left an AirPod and she mailed to us. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous location!

Loved staying in Misha’s apartment. Centrally located and close to shops, restaurants, train station, and great neighbourhoods to explore. The apartment is air conditioned and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend! Some English instructions for the washer/dryer would be helpful. All in all, an excellent property!

Wonderful apartment!

We two couples enjoyed our stay in the spacious apartment located in the Restauradores area. Close to metros and restaurants making it a comfortable walk away from sights and museums. Our only problem was with the check-in process. The instructions did not reveal that the lockbox with the keys was hidden behind a wall panel in the hallway. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Great location and everything you need

Perfect location for wandering around Lisbon. Everything you could need is there, we loved opening up the big floor to ceiling windows, and gazing out over the square. So even though there’s not an actual balcony, it felt you had one. Deposit can be a little noisy on the weekends, so bring earplugs, and then it was fine. Bed was a little firmer than I personally prefer, but the kitchen had all the amenities you could need.

A Wonderful Apartment in the Center of it All

As four adults over 60, this apartment met all of our needs and wants! Centrally located, elevator, clean, airy and bright, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen with dishes and cooking items. We had a lot of restaurant options within walking distance and shopping was all around. Any question we had (internet connection problem) was quickly answered. Would definitely recommend this property. The only thing that I would have wanted was an extra set of towels

Lisbon treat

Perfect location. We could not get A/C to work and had to open windows to a lot of street noise. Did not see anyone to collect cash for the tourist tax. Left it in the safe. All in all minor issues. Had a great time.

Check in process was very poor. Never got email letting us know apartment was ready until an hour before we arrived after numerous questions concerning check in. WiFi was very weak or didn’t work at all and owner never responded to our requests. Apartment was in a great location and was clean and looked like the pictures.

The Best

My wife and I and another couple stayed in this apartment for 7 nights during a trip to Spain and Portugal. The location was superb. Easy access to all of the sections of Portugal. Public parking was very close. The main street adjacent is a major shopping street. The area is safe. The apartment was spacious and decorated very well. It has an elevator, dish washer, refrigerator, combined washer and dryer and stove top. Very clean Everything worked. Management was responsive when we locked a key in the apartment. The price was very reasonable for the quality. I would recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon. In fact, this was our best lodging during our entire 15 day visit.

The space was perfect for 2 couples. It was right in the city center. We were able to walk everywhere. We booked three tours and all of them met us within a block of the apartment.There are many restaurants and shops on the street behind the apartment building that are less busy and delicious. The nearby pastry shop was great for coffee and quiche or a bite each morning. I would definitely stay here again due to the location.

Excellent emplacement dans le centre de la ville alors quartier plus bruyant mais c’était par choix et c’était un très beau secteur. Merci à Misha, Pour votre information l’appartement était bien cependant, le canapé du salon est sale et les portes de douches ne sont pas étanches l’eau coule sur le plancher.

Everything from great restaurants to the train station and shopping all near by. The apartment is well equipped and the doors that open up to the main road are great for people watching.

Amazing Location

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and the location was ideal near our favorite caffe Fabrica Pastels de Nata. We travelled with my mother-in-law, 12 year old niece and my cousin and her husband. The apartment was very clean comfortable and a great place to relax after seeing the sights during the day. The staff was always available to answer any questions or concerns. The Rossio train station was a walk away and many great places dine. The location was fabulous and will definitely stay there again. Thank you

Wonderful pied a terre in the heart of Lisbon

Four of us (all women) stayed at the apartment for about a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are rating the apartment with 5 stars in the following categories: location, cleanliness, communication with apt management, access to the apt, comfort of the bed, equipment provided for & ambiance. The apartment is very light & airy; located right on the Restauradores square & we enjoyed having breakfast/hanging out by the dining area facing the square. The French doors open to the square. Despite the Lisboans celebrating their soccer team’s win when we arrived - the apartment was quiet. The beds were comfortable; we didn’t use the sofa as a bed but it was also comfortable relaxing on it after a long day of sightseeing. Management was quick to respond to questions. Kitchen appliances all worked well (looked new); washing machine/dryer came in handy. Things to improve- the water from the shower in the en-suite bathroom always leaked no matter what we did (we had 3 bathroom rugs to keep the bathroom floor dry) & a homeless man sleeps at the entry way. He wasn’t there the one night after the apt mgt spoke to him after our complaint; but since he was quiet & just needed a place to sleep - we just let him be. It was initially offputting on our first day. Also changing the process of accepting payment via credit card would have simplified matters. I was told that only bank transfers were accepted which meant an extra trip to the bank to complete forms. It also took close to a month before the funds were received. So didn’t know until a week before departure if we had a place to stay. Don’t know if this is the nature of bank transfers since this is the first time I’ve used it. I would definitely stay again & have recommended it to friends/ family planning a trip to Lisbon.

Great Location, nice apartment

Centrally located. You can walk to everything and the train station is very close for that easy one day trip to Sintra. There is a nice grocery store near by and plenty of restaurants and cafes all around.
