Hermoso apartamento de 72 metros cuadrados cerca del mar en el corazón del centro histórico de Monterosso al Mare, compuesto de: dos habitaciones dobles con aire acondicionado y caja fuerte, sala de estar con aire acondicionado y TV por satélite de 42 ", Wi-Fi, cocina equipada, Cuarto de baño con ducha grande y lavadora, un balcón que da a la calle principal de la ciudad.
El apartamento, ubicado en el segundo piso, está amueblado con buen gusto y equipado con todo lo que necesita, puede alojar hasta cuatro personas, la casa es muy luminosa y está equipada con calefacción independiente.
A aproximadamente 1 km se llega a la estación de tren, desde el cercano puerto deportivo en el mar (150 metros), los ferris salen diariamente para excursiones en Cinque Terre y Portovenere.
El propietario está siempre disponible para recibir asesoramiento e información, a fin de que sus vacaciones sean placenteras e inolvidables.

This was an excellent place to stay in Cinque Terre. It was air conditioned and very roomy. We were in the middle of the Old Part of Monterosso. Shops and restaurant surrounded us. And the owner was extremely helpful and even ordered us a cab when it was raining.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay at this charming apartment in Monterosso. The location couldn't have been better—just steps from everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to great local recommendations. Communication was seamless and warm, making us feel genuinely welcomed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was wonderful! Enzo could not have been a better host. He was more than helpful. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable for both of us. I would recommend. It is upstairs but very doable.

This Place and the Owner was Exceptional!!!!

My wife and I stayed at this location for two weeks. I have to say, it was the most enjoyable stay we have ever had anywhere. Enzo, who owns the apartment was absolutely fantastic. He owns a store within walking distance and was always in direct communications with us suggesting wonderful visits and locations. He was extremely helpful. The location is exceptional. The apartment is clean, and everything you need is right in the apartment. We would highly recommend staying at this location. The location in Monterrosa is phenomenal. It is Center City and close to everything. I cannot say one bad thing about the owner or this apartment. If you were going to stay in Monterrosa and want to stay somewhere that is exceptional, I would say stay here.

BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

Unbelievable location! Right in the middle of everything and walkable to everything else you want to see. For those curly girls — the hairdryer provided has a diffuser too. Wonderful stay. Extremely clean and so much included to make the stay more comfortable! Waters, sugar, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee… I can understand how the stairs up to the apartment could be a potential problem for those with limited mobility. But the host (Enzo) will meet you and assist with carrying bags upstairs. And, at checkout he will assist you on the way out. No problem for our group of 50-somethings. By the way … trust Enzo’s recommendations on EVERYTHING!! (Restaurants, wine bars, activities). He knows what’s up!

Wonderful Stay in Monterosso

Great location downtown near restaurants and shops. 3 minute walk to the beach. Apartment was clean, quiet and had all of the comforts of home. Enzo was extremely helpful and accessible. He owns a shop nearby. Would highly recommend this apartment and hope to be back.

This was the best-kept rental we've ever stayed at. The one-flight walk up to the apartment is not bad, and the host has thought of everything that may be needed. The place is spotless, from inside to outside on the balcony. I dropped something behind the washing machine one day so I can verify that even behind the appliances is clean! Everything worked well and Enzo is helpful, communicative, and accessible (his shop is one minute away in case you get locked out.) We had a perfect stay at this apartment.

The apartment is great and as described. The best thing about the stay was the host Enzo. He met us at his shop close by, guided us to the apartment and took the time to show us how everything works. He even carried our suitcases up the steep steps. If we needed anything he answered straight away. He even met us as we were leaving to carry our luggage back down the stairs. Felt very cared for

Great host, great apartment, great location. Lots of little thoughtful condiments and necessities in the apartment Monterossa is a great base for exploring Cinque Terre. Nice and flat for older legs. Steep stairs into apartment could be a challenge for some but Enzo was extremely helpful and courteous coming to our aid carrying our luggage up.

Great place to stay in Monterosso / Cinque Terre

A great place to stay in the Cinque Terre region. The apartment has all the amenities one might need and is pefectly located - with a spacious balcony overlooking via Roma, yet very quiet at the same time, with the beach, ferries, hiking trails and the train station just a short walk away. Not to mention the restaurants and pasticcerias... Enzo is a great host. We enjoyed our stay in Monterosso (with two kids - 10 and 6 yrs old) a lot and highly recommend Cà du Punte in Monterosso if you plan to visit Cinque Terre. Grazie mille Enzo!

Two senior couples in Monterosso

We were two couples around 70 years old with some minor mobility problems. We had a great time exploring the Cinque Terre even though we didn’t use any of the hiking trails. Taking the train and ferry was enough. Beautiful area.

Best place in Monterosso al Mare!

Sometimes I hate leaving these excellent reviews because I know once the secret is out it will be so hard to rebook. Out of gratitude to Enzo I feel like I must. From the first contact with him we felt like we had a connection to the Cinque Terra. He was quick to offer his help with any questions we had, and even helped with other portions of our Italy trip that we needed an “insiders” expertise on. He was that guy that would help without making it seem like it was a big deal. Everything was “no problem”, and when our trip ended up with an unexpected complication caused by a late cancellation by another VRBO property, Enzo went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t stranded. It ended up being a blessing in disguise. The property itself is fantastic! There is no seaside view which made me ponder, but in return you get an outdoor space over looking a lively part of town. This doesn’t mean it’s noisy, just fun. You’re right in the middle of great restaurants and shopping . Close enough to the beach just to go for a quick dip. The ferry and train are also easy to get to. Our daughter has some health issues and we were worried about a steep climb with luggage, this property is easily accessible even for those with challenges. The stairs are two flights up so you’d have to be able to manage that. Fully equipped with thoughtful extras to make you trip more enjoyable. It even had a 4 person picnic cooler for the beach. We look forward to returning one day. It was the best part of our trip! Grazie Mille Enzo!

Excellent location in Monterosso. Close to the beach, restaurants, and hiking trails. Great communication from Enzo before and during our 4 night stay. Clean, bright, modern apartment with nice amenities. Great air conditioner. Best Wi-Fi in Italy! Lovely views up and down Via Roma. Grocery store nearby for beer, wine, food, and toiletries. We had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this place. We will be back. Grazie!

Perfect apartment in the best location in Cinque Terra!

5 wonderful nights/days at our apartment in the center of the Old Town! Perfect location and a wonderful host, Enzo! The attention to detail in the apartment is amazing and very well thought out-washing machine, drying area, 2 comfortable bedrooms and bathroom with plenty of cabinets and great shower. The terrace looks out over the entire town and we spent much time there enjoying the town waking up and going to sleep. There were many shops and great restaurants outside our door. Enzo was there to answer all questions and made us feel welcome and comfortable. When we return to the Cinque Terra we will certainly call Enzo and return here.
