Our condo was perfect, the views all day long were amazing. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay with our kids. Hèctor was so helpful with helping get us a golf cart for a couple of days and helping arrange taxis for our departure to the ferry. Our days were spent either at the beach club directly below the condo or at the amazing infinitely pool.

Great location and amazing views

The Sotavento Isla condo was perfect for our family. We loved the condo and the views never get old. Being on the second floor and having two floors made it seem like we were right on the water when we were a street away. We also enjoyed the infinity lap pool with ocean views, which was great for relaxation and doing laps. We chose the punta sur area for the quiet and to get away from the touristy city center in the north. We were not disappointed and a number of tasty restaurants and fun beach clubs were in walking distance. We took a cab when needed to get to and from the ferry, tours, and restaurants in punta norte. Hector was amazimg and quickly responded when we had issues. Great vacation and ideal home away from home.

Ten Million dollar view!

We stayed at this condo for eight nights and it was very comfortable and included everything that we needed during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony, just enjoying the amazing view of the ocean and boats. The huge infinity pool was beautiful. But we only swim in it once – it was pretty cold water. Hector was excellent and answered all of my pre-trip questions and a couple questions we had when we arrived. We are planning another trip to Isla in March and are looking forward to staying at this property again.

Beautiful condo on South End of Isla

We had a wonderful time on Isla Mujeres with our adult children. The condo was well appointed with everything you need in kitchen - microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher and washing machine. We rented a golf cart for the entire stay - Hector helped us arrange all of our transportation needs. I highly recommend this condo!

Comfortable condo, quiet location, spectacular views

Spacious 2bdrm/3 beds in small quiet complex. Only drawback is stairs to top floor. Vertical pool was wonderful! Walking distance to a few good restaurants ( The Joint-fun+ music) and beautiful Punta Sur. Gerardo was very responsive to all our questions.

Great spot near Punta Sur

Our family of four really enjoyed this condo--the view was spectacular, and there were several places to eat and drink within walking distance. About a 5 to 10 minute walk to gorgeous Punta Sur. Our host was very helpful and attentive.

Great location

If you are looking to stay on the quieter side of the island, this location is great. Property was as described. Beautiful views. Furnishings could use an update but did not impact our stay. Washer/dryer was very useful. I would stay here again!

Great spot on the planet 🌎

Great little condo with amazing view. It could probably handle a little bit of updating and we had several problems with the AC but they were resolved quickly. Great communication with our manager.

Best spot on the island!

From the moment we landed until the moment we left everything was taken care of. They booked our transportation and our golf cart for the week so all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. The views from the patio and pool can’t be beat. I love having the washing machine so I could do laundry at night.We will definitely be back! We love Sotavento Isla!

Thanksgiving getaway!

We had a wonderful time in Isla Mujeres. This was our second time visiting the Island, but had previously stayed on the North side. We really enjoyed staying on the quieter South side this time. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, great air conditioning and we loved the pool. The owner and property manager went out of their way to assist us many times. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great location and amazing sunset view

We had a great stay at the property. The gated entrance made us feel very safe for our first international travel experience. It’s was clean but we were disappointed we were unable to use the washer/dryer combo unit. The second to last day of our stay we decided to open up the washer to do some laundry realizing there was standing water in the washer. I did contact the property manager who called for repair. Unfortunately, it was not fixed before we left but it appeared he was on top of the repair request. The check in process was a little confusing as there was no one waiting for us at the gate as expected. Hector did great with getting us set up with a shuttle from the airport to ferry and ferry back to airport. We did have a little hiccup with golf cart rental but we were able to get it figured out. I realize there is a language barrier and I do feel that may have been part of the miscommunication. I didn’t realize there was already pool floaties in the unit so I did bring some and left them for the next guests. Such a hit in the infinity pool/at the beach. We loved the quite nights on the south end. We went to the joint and punta sur food stand many times! Punta Sur has a little convenient store within walking distance that was so handy for us. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again in the future.

Fabulous Christmas Stay

The condo is very comfortable and has stunning views. Our friend group of four had a great time and were sad to go. There is food and a beach nearby, however, a golf cart was very helpful to move around the island more easily. Hector and his team were very helpful and attentive to anything we needed.

Just gorgeous

Beautiful end unit with extra windows and extra light. View is insane. Clean and neat as a pin. Quiet side of the island. Restaurant across the street has outdoor dining and live music during the day and into the evening - great food and really convenient. Supermercado 10 mimutes. Isla Brewing - highly recommend - just a short golf cart drive. Hosts are excellent. Beautiful place we look forward to returning!

Great Vacay

Wish I could have gone

Unfortunately my father passed away the day before my trip. Jerry did everything to help with cancellation of reservation. I appreciate all the help and kindness he gave at this time. Hopefully we can make it to his condo for a visit in the future. Thanks Marie
