Upon entering this 1000 sq ft, second floor, private getaway complete with all the amenities you are embraced by it's warmth and spaciousness. Situated on 20 acres, starting at the base of Dexter Peak your eyes travel south and west to the panoramic and unobstructed views of the Absaroka and Gallatin Mountain Ranges. including breathtaking landscapes which showcase Emigrant Peak, Baldy (Chico Peak) and Arrow Peak among others.

Paradise Terrace boasts a full kitchen with granite countertops, a spacious living room/dining room, two warmly decorated queen bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort, each with a full private bath, plenty of closets, a large washer/dryer, radiant heat and central air conditioning. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking Paradise Valley while sipping your morning coffee.

Secluded and peaceful, yet only minutes from activities in charming Livingston, the Yellowstone River, Yellowstone National Park, Chico Hot Springs and outstanding dining at local restaurants. Hiking and biking trails, river and lake fishing, hunting and skiing are all in abundance here.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful location in Paradise Valley. The location, property and unit were all terrific. It is located with close proximity to the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park, the town of Livingston and many rivers for fly fishing. Views of the mountains, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets are perfect right from the balcony. Of course, pizza night with the hosts, James and Christine, is another reason to come back time after time. And, the blueberry muffins were a plus and were delicious.

Paradise Valley was so beautiful! The view from the balcony was such that you could be happy sitting there and never leave. It was a bit off the beaten path. I thought it was closer to Livingston. The view made up for the remote location. Christine was very accommodating and we had everything that we needed. There was even a plate of wonderful biscotti that Christine made! I would definitely recommend staying here if you don’t mind driving a few miles to the nearest restaurant or gas station.

Accommodations and hosts were absolutely fabulous with spectacular views to boot! The house was equipped with everything needed to make your stay complete. The mattresses are THE absolute best and made for a great night sleep after a busy day exploring. The location is perfect and convenient to so many must visit sights. Lucky for us, we were visiting over the 4th of July and had the opportunity to attend the annual pizza party hosted by our hosts:-) Such a great time meeting local neighbors, but even better was the pizza. The pizza was made by Christine and James and James fired it in their outdoor handcrafted pizza oven. Absolutely delicious! There’s really not one thing to criticize…even down to the paper towels and toilet paper. If you ever get the opportunity, this is one you don’t want to miss. A great bang for your buck and lovely hosts. They make it so hard to leave! Many thanks James and Christine!!

Back again at Paradise Terrace for my third time, and definitely not my last! I just can’t say enough about James and Christine and their beautiful property, and the overall experience here. I consider them friends at this point, and I cherish my time on that balcony with my coffee just enjoying the peace and quiet and the unbelievable views. Pizza night is always a special treat and I think James’ pizza making skills get better with each visit! We always enjoy spending time with them and catching up. We also so enjoy Christine’s wonderful biscookies and desserts. Please don’t hesitate to stay here! Over my three visits (two with my husband and one with my bestie), we have enjoyed day trips to Bozeman, Livingston, Big Timber, Yellowstone, Red Lodge, and Virginia City. We have also had days where we just stayed put and enjoyed the property. There are two beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen with everything you would need, a spacious and comfortable living area with streaming options on the TV, the awesome covered balcony with views, and even a washer and dryer. The pictures don’t do it justice. Seriously I could live here!!Until next time….xo

I’m so happy to say that we found the most amazing place to stay in Paradise Valley with our friends! James & Christine are the best host and hostess . Pizza night was so delicious and Christine’s Biscookies …..the best ! Including her blueberry muffins and ciabatta bread . Very clean and fully stocked condo ! I’m hoping to be back soon . Beautiful property and even better hosts. We went with another couple that we are friends with and this place is very accommodating for hanging out and socializing to being private when needed. The pizza night and Christine’s biscookies are something you don’t want to miss. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Perfection in Paradise

I travel a lot and do a lot of research on where we stay. This place is a HOMERUN in an amazing locale. Christine and James are incredibly kind and taught my son how to make the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had. The place is spotless and it’s even better than the online pics. I cannot wait to return with my husband!

Paradise? YES!!!!

Prepare to be blown away by not only the hospitality of James and Christine, but the artwork, the details of the apartment, the location, the mountains! We felt like family visiting. Having a drink on the balcony as the sun set was exquisite. Seeing a young buck nestle in for an afternoon nap under Christine's flowers--wonderful. Hiking so many trails in the wilderness, breathtaking. But the homemade muffins and biscotti baked with care by Christine and the delicious wood fire pizza creations cooked by James were absolutely our favorite!

Great Views & Great Hosts

Very well decorated and a very clean place to stay. Beautiful scenery and mountain views from the 2nd floor balcony. The homemade biscotti tray was very tasty and the fresh cut Allium flowers were a nice touch. Pizza night was awesome, delicious fresh wood-fired brick oven pizza and some homemade desserts too, James and Christine were great company and hosts! They are both amazing and creative artists too!

Another great stay

My second time staying at Paradise Terrace, and won’t be my last. This time I brought my bestie, for some girlfriend time and her first visit to Montana. James and Christine treated us like family, I can’t even tell you how generous and welcoming they are, you just have to experience it for yourself. Pizza night, as always, awesome. The accommodations are perfect. The homemade bread and biscookie tray, so yummy. I just can’t say enough about this place! I absolutely love sitting out on the covered deck with my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night, while looking at the beautiful scenery. I can’t wait to be back! Thank you again J&C!

Exceptional Property and Experience!!

We chose this property mainly for the location and the fact that the owners were present on site in the event of any issues that may arise. The property and the unit were absolutely wonderful. Christine's beautiful artwork hung on the walls, views of the mountains, the clear night sky and the many mule deer that came to visit were a few of the many highlights. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dexter, the resident mouser. The unit was clean and had all the amenities. We found a plate of fresh baked biscotti and fresh flowers, which were both unexpected. James and Christine were the perfect hosts for "Pizza Night", which was the best pizza we have ever had. Chef James also made ciabatta bread, which we ate for breakfast during the coming days. We also met their son, James and his lovely wife, Jingjing. It was a pleasure to meet and get to know the hosts and their family. We feel like we have known them all our lives. This property is located in an area which was a great launching point for many activities. We went into Yellowstone a few days during our stay, fished the Spring Creeks and the Yellowstone River, rode through Tom Miner Basin and saw many animals, and many trips into Livingston. We will definitely use this property on our next trip out West. Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful home.

Perfect Getaway

We loved everything about our stay. The property is beautiful and the space was very clean. You can’t beat the views! As many other reviewers said, pizza night was a true highlight. We also enjoyed the all of the original art. We were ready to quit our real lives and move in!

Amazing stay at Elegant Paradise Terrace

We had an amazing stay at Elegant Paradise Terrace! The hosts, James and Christine, were incredibly accommodating and hospitable, ensuring we had everything needed throughout our stay. Pizza night was awesome - both the food and the company of James and Christine! We highly recommend this property for its tranquil setting, beautiful views and as a starting point for access to the North Entrance of YNP!

There are not enough stars for this property!

The evening we had wood fire pizza was a vacation highlight. Don’t let the fact that the accommodations are connected to the residence trouble you. The home is well built and there was no noise transfer. View the night sky from the deck—stunning! We used it as a base camp and ventured out to Gardiner - Bozeman - Yellowstone. Great hosts and was above our expectations.

Pure Paradise

This is a gem of a VRBO! The accommodations are better in person than what is shown on the website. Details everywhere, from fresh bars of soap in the showers to the plate of cookies and other goodies and the fridge of drinks, Christine and James take care of the little details to make the stay so enjoyable. Paradise Terrace was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The views from the accommodation are breathtaking. But perhaps the most memorable is the pizza night. James made the most delicious pizza and the cake Christine served was delightful. James involved the kids in the making of the pizza and they keep talking about how good the pizza was! Thank you James and Christine for your hospitality and conversation. Wish we had more time to spend with you in your beautiful home. If we are ever through the area again we will stay for sure.

Gratitude

Gratitude is the word I'd use to describe our stay. The views are amazing, the apartment is clean and charmingly decorated, and the serenity of the area is good for your soul. Above all else is that I'd love to highlight the hosts. They invite you to a pizza night freshly prepared by James. He engaged with my children (11 and 13) about how to make the pizza and made them the center of attention. His beautiful wife, Chris, made a bundt cake with icecream. We sat with them for a few hours and had a wonderful chat. If I told you everything that was amazing here, you'd be in for a novel. Pick here! It's gorgeous, the hosts are unbelievably kind, and the space is cozy!
