Villa Rocaille
Superb holiday villa with private pool in the Lot et Garonne for 10 people (max 9 adults and 1 child). This large villa offers all facilities for a great holiday. Villa Rocaille has a garden of 3500 m2, a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and many playgrounds for children. From the bedrooms you have a beautiful view over the city of Villeneuve sur Lot. The lovely town of Pujols is only a 10-minute walk away.
Inside
Ground floor: Entrance, dining room with a dining table for 10 people and large patio doors to the balcony. Adjacent to the dining room is a spacious modern open kitchen with another dining table for 6 people. The kitchen has patio doors to the balcony. Next to the dining room is the living room with sitting area and a cozy fireplace. Of course, WIFI, TV (Dutch channels) and DVD are not missing.
From the entrance/hall you can go to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and one (more an office room) with a pull-out double bed. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower.
On the 1st floor are the other 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180x200 and 160x200) and the third bedroom has a loft bed and a single bed (bedroom for children). Attractive bathroom with bath, shower and double sink. Separate toilet. Two bedrooms have a magnificent view over the city of Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
In the basement of the villa is a freezer, washing machine and dryer, kitchen sink and an extra shower. The garage has a pool table, air hockey and table tennis table.
Outside
The spacious balcony spans the entire width of the villa and has an automatic sunshade. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the ground floor is an outdoor kitchen, complete with large bar, lounge sofas, dining table and chairs. From this place you have a view over the garden and the private swimming pool (4x9) with a lounge sofa and sun loungers. If you bring a dog, the terrace can be closed so that he cannot run away. You can park your car(s) on the private property at the villa.
Surroundings
The Lot-et-Garonne is an excellent base for getting to know the region better. This is France as you don't know it yet: authentic and not very touristic. In this region you can cycle, walk and canoe on the rivers Lot and Garonne. Historic and medieval sites such as Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Agen, Villeréal, Monflanquin and Tournon-d'Agenais are all nearby.
