Great view

Check in, check out, communication, view all was great. Place was like described. The beds need updated and the pull out couch can not be used with comfort. We placed blankets and pillows under the mattress because it was sinking in the middle. Place was in a great location! View was worth it.

Upon arriving at 7:30 on a Friday night we were very happy about our choice. The view from the balcony was amazing and the condo had pretty much everything we needed. The next morning I was using the toaster that had no handle on it and was shocked 3 times but I finally got my item toasted. The I went to take a shower but the shower curtain did not fit the length so the floor did get wet. My husband then came in from the main living area to take his shower. As he stepped into the shower he left black footprints on the tub. I’m going to say that the floors never got cleaned. Up until that moment we weren’t wearing shoes inside. That’s when we started noticing other areas of the condo that needed cleaned. The office was closed since it was the weekend and the earliest we could get in to talk to someone was Tuesday. The lady in the office was very nice and offered to send someone up to clean but we declined because we were leaving the next day. What was really disturbing was the fact that the condo owner or family member had just checked out before we arrived. I really don’t think it was cleaned before we got there. I would advise anyone renting this condo I’d to do the white sock test through the whole place. Report problems as soon as you can. We spent a lot of money to stay here but in the end we are disgusted. 5/6/24 The realty comp is trying to get us a 15% refund. Cost of cleaning and linen. Disappointing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 15th floor corner unit was very nicely decorated with lots of space - two bedrooms and two full baths (and 1/2 bath). The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking/eating in. We enjoyed our month-long stay and look forward to staying again. The oceanfront view and view of the inlet was amazing.

Reviewer Comments: Overall out stay was good, my family has been returning to RGR for several years now because we love the area. The condo could really use and upgrade, maintenance came to the room once and was quick and courteous. Condo was clean and in most items were in working order. Next summer I think I will go back to a lower floor, I like people watching and from that height it looked like ants on the beach...lol

Quiet Stay

The unit we stayed in was dated, but very clean. Could have used more towels. The water heater was broken when we arrived. We were very impressed with how quickly a replacement was found and installed. My compliments to the plumber, Carl Moses, and his son, as well as the resort management for their prompt response also..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I live in Charleston, SC and visit MB often. This is one of the best locations I’ve ever stayed. It is waterfront with a full view of the ocean. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and you’re steps from the beach. My nephew was playing a baseball tournament and we were 5 min from the field. We have our favorite places to go in Myrtle Beach and this location was within a 15 min drive of anything we wanted to do. I would definitely rent this property again!

Everything was overall great, we loved the view on the 15th floor. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Would consider booking the same room and location.

Needs some updating but great location

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit at the time was advertised as a king bed and queen bed. It is just 2 queen beds. When I called they said, "that's weird - we'll change the listing". One of the reasons we picked this unit was for the king-sized bed.Pros - Great location, amazing view, well-equipped, washer/dryer in unit is huge plus, decent indoor pool and sauna.Cons - unit is a bit outdated - lots of simple fixes could be done (like replacing cracked light switch covers). Main issue was sliding door. It rained the one day and the water poured in into the living room. The weep holes face the unit and not the patio! We called the front desk and they sent up someone from security (???) who told us to put a trash can in front of the door (???). We had to call and get towels to prevent more water from coming in, but had to go get them ourselves because there was only one person in the office. Seems like it's always been that way, since that's how the door is designed and they appear to be original. There was a big water stain on the overhang above the door, probably from a water leak from the floor above us. Windows and doors are REALLY old and should be replaced. Outdoor pool and beach bar were closed.Management overall was friendly enough, and were helpful when I contacted them about a stuffed animal my son left there (which we got back). :)Not sure if I'd recommend this particular unit, but not sure of the conditions of the others. As long as it doesn't rain you should be fine.

very odd stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a plumbing leak supposedly originating from our condo during our stay, causing us to be displaced for one night to a condo on the same floor. That would have been OK, had the temporary condo been clean and if it had not smelled of cat urine and severe mold. Also, we had the same problem this year as last year with keys to the condo not opening the door. Apparently, the lock on the door is wearing out, but the Seabreeze employees stated they cannot change the lock without the owners' permission. I suppose a year is not enough time to acquire the permission. Not sure we will rent here next year. Also very disturbed by the employees' attitude when my daughter and I asked about the health of a long term condo owner who has always been very cordial to my family. The employee stated, "No she's not ill or deceased, but I would be happy if she was, she's been a lot of trouble since we added expenses." Very unprofessional response!

There were not enough available to have more than 2 for 4 people and the extra key was very difficult to use, only my husband could get it to work reliably. Otherwise, our stay was great!

The property was clean and cared for, and the service was great! After years of paying extra for basic linens through a different realty company, we appreciate them being included and really appreciate the towel swap service. We also appreciate the payment arrangements, it's much more convenient through Sea Breeze.
