Disfrutar de sus vacaciones del faro de la punta en el extremo norte tranquilo de Tybee Island. Lighthouse Point 13C es un condominio en el último piso que se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y la piscina y ofrecerá a los huéspedes una excelente experiencia de vacaciones y maravillosas vistas de la bahía, barcos y barcos camaroneros desde su balcón privado.

La sala de estar incluye un televisor de pantalla plana y un sofá cama Queen. Hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4 y asientos al aire libre adicional para 4 en el balcón. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama King, baño completo adjunto con una combinación de bañera y ducha, TV de pantalla plana y acceso al balcón con impresionantes vistas. El dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con dos camas de tamaño completo. El segundo baño se encuentra en el pasillo, justo afuera de la puerta del dormitorio y tiene una combinación de bañera y ducha. Un condominio es una excelente opción para escapadas familiares o parejas.

Faro del punto de 13C se encuentra en el tercer piso para una máxima visión, pero hay que subir escaleras, ya que no dispone de ascensor en este edificio. También hay WIFI en la comunidad para uso de los huéspedes en el área de la piscina junto con WIFI dedicado solo para el uso de la unidad. Hay dos espacios de estacionamiento reservados y cubiertos disponibles, los espacios son estrechos, por lo que los vehículos de gran tamaño no caben.


Lighthouse Point Condominiums está ubicado en el tranquilo extremo norte de la isla de Tybee, directamente en la bahía donde el río Savannah se encuentra con el océano Atlántico. Disfrute de vistas espectaculares y largas caminatas en el extremo norte de Tybee. Las playas en el extremo norte son naturales y serenas sin acción de olas reales. Mira a los delfines jugar y los barcos que viajan a través del canal. Lighthouse Point es un complejo de condominios cerrados con acceso a la playa privada, canchas de tenis, área de juegos para niños, dos piscinas grandes (45X25 y 50X20) y una piscina para niños (18X10). A couple days on the coast

This was a great location that was very easy to get to. Fantastic views from the balcony. Located right by a boardwalk to the beach. Everything you need, peaceful, and quiet.

Great get away

Great place to stay. Less busy being on the north end of Tybee! The pool was nice! It would be great if they had beach chairs or blanket available.

Family vacation

Property was as described. Well-furnished for cooking etc. Great views of the beach and waterway. We would definitely recommend this property.

Pros: GREAT views and good location. Love the quick access to the beach! Overall clean place. Very easy check in and out process and communcation was clear. Cons: There was blood on sheets when we arrived. I called and texted the management company and both said new sheets would come but they never did. Needs some maintenance: broken window, front storm door handle broken, back door habdle and lock broken, master shower handle jammed and holes in wall in bathroom (all communicated upon check in) Very minimal stocked kitchen so made cooking a but challenging but I suppose most people eat out more often than cook.

Terrific!

This is a great property! It was well-equipped and very comfortably furnished. The weather was rainy throughout our stay, so we didn’t spend any time on the beach, but we enjoyed the fabulous views of the dunes, the water, and the passing ships from the balcony. With all the egrets flying in and around the dunes, we had some excellent bird watching! Tybee Vacation Rentals manages the property. They were quick to respond to our pre-arrival questions and provided a user-friendly website to access all the information we needed upon arrival. We appreciate the excellent customer service from start to finish.

The unit needed a thorough deep cleaning. Also, the cookware ( frying pans) are old and scratched. It's not really a unit for a family that likes to cook while on vacation to save money.

Very long walk to the beach

This room was nice, even tho the washer did not work at all. However the 40 steps to the room wasn’t too bad but when it is lumped in with the fairly long walk to the beach, was taxing. I would not recommend this for elderly or anyone with impaired endurance. Also it is so far away, you can’t even hear the beach from the balcony. It was more like on the bay.

We just wanted some time to get away after the passing of my mother. Tybee isn't that far from our home. We enjoyed everything except the stairs and parking.

Great Views and beach was amazing

Loved the location. Our stay was very pleasant. I would say the only draw back is the stairs going up to the unit as there is no elevator but if you don’t mind it this is the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation.

Nice.

The refrigerator didn’t not cool (food was just above room temp) ice maker made ice once and then no more. The air condition didn’t cool enough at night. We got too hot even with fans every night. It would have been good if we could have dropped the temp to 68 or 69 at night, but we heeded the warning above the thermostat regarding temps too low may result in freezing up. Every thing else was great though. Beach access and pool were great.

Beautiful island, dirty condo

I was so disappointed when we arrived at the condo & found it filthy. We started picking up dead bugs & long black hair from the floors & corners when I found broken glass under one of the end tables. Long story short, house keeping came, it still wasn’t cleaned properly, so we cleaned it ourselves the next day. I let the company know I wasn’t happy & they sent house keeping again. We had already it cleaned ourselves, so they just re-mopped & left us with an extra mop & mopping pads after I requested it. They also refunded us a small amount of money. Our island experience was great; Tybee is a very neat island with rich history & our visit to Savannah added to the trip as well. However, had our condo had been properly cleaned the first time, I would have had been so much happier from the start. No one wants to start their vacation feeling they’ve chosen a dirty motel for their family to stay in for the week.

What an amazing view from 13C at Lighthouse Point. Yes, like the other reviews, be prepared to climb the stair mountain if interested in this property. We knew about the stairs when we booked and were fine with it. The location was very clean and ready for our arrival. Finally, cannot beat the location, beach right out your back door and quiet. It's also just a short drive to Savannah that is a short commute. Be sure to take a Pedicab around Savannah when you arrive, great way to see the city and take great pictures! Be sure to take some boat rides while in Savannah too! We took the hour scenic tour, great views with drinks and small bites. Overall, we had an amazing experience, thanks TVR!

May 2019 Get Away

This condo was very nice and comfortable. It had all the amenties we needed. The ocean view from the room was exceptional. The comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom made for a good night's rest. The only problem we had was hauling belongings up three flights of stairs -- laughing! We had a wonderful time & can't wait to come back.

Wonderful condo with a fantastic view. Very comfortable and spacious, felt like home. Loved sitting on balcony and watching the sunrise/set. Has everything you need in the kitchen. However, we only cooked breakfast once since it's so many good restaurants here!

August 2018 Stay

We loved Tybee! This was our first visit and we plan to return. We love the serene and quite environment at lighthouse point. It felt like you had the whole beach to yourself. The waves here were milder and perfect for small children. Our kids loved watching the ships go by and playing on the massive sandbar at low tide. From our deck (with binoculars) we could watch dolphins entertaining the tour boats going by. We also saw a huge deer in the dunes!! Our room was very nice and meticulously maintained. We found plenty to do in Tybee and nearby Savannah.

Lighthouse Point 13C What a VIEW!!

This two bedroom condo right on the water was beautiful! We were on the top floor and the only thing we did not like was...no elevator. Setting on the deck watching the BIG cargo ships go in and out and also the shrimp boats was something to see. The Lighthouse was close by us. First time in Tybee and we loved it and also visited Savannah; which was wonderful. Hope to go back in the future. The condo was clean, beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed! Would recommend this property to anyone!! We ate at the Crap Shack. Neat place but the food....?? IGA Store only grocery store in Tybee and it was just fine. Pirate Festival was going on when we were there October 28-29, 2016 due to Hurricane Matthew. (Festival normally held the first of October) Saw Delbert McClinton perform at the festival and he was great. Enjoyed the shops and eating joints around where the festival was going on and we were able to walk everywhere. The area was still trying to clean-up from Hurricane Matthew but we still enjoyed our vacation.

Perfect Place

Very pleased with our stay at 13C Lighthouse Point. Happy we chose the north beach after seeing the southend, more peaceful. The place was perfect size and very clean. The beach area was also wonderful.
