EXCELENTE SITUACIÓN GEOGRÁFICA.

La CASA Rosa situada al pie del pueblo de MĖNERBES,
(Clasificado como uno de los pueblos más famosos de Francia)
 en medio del campo, en una pequeña aldea tranquila y encantadora llamada Les Guendons,
En medio de los viñedos, huertos y garrigas.
 Ofrecer confort, paz y cambio de escenario.

- Este Grande Bâtisse provenzal (restaurado en el
     1957) de 500 M2 se desglosa de la siguiente manera:

- 400 M2: toda la planta baja.
    y arriba el ala izquierda del edificio son tuyos. todo el diseño .

- 100 M2 en el piso del ala derecha del edificio, que ocupo.
    
 Tengo una entrada completamente independiente de la parte alquilada.
Cada uno así, su TRANQUILIDAD y su indecencia.
(80 años, vivo solo desde la muerte de Jean mi esposo a principios de 2019).
Soy una persona ruidosa y discreta.
Pero quién está a tu disposición si es necesario.

 THE ROSE HOUSE, ha sido amueblada con todas las comodidades necesarias, para permitirle pasar agradables vacaciones con toda serenidad y tranquilidad.

Ofrece servicios de calidad decoración de buen gusto, así como los volúmenes generosos.

Cálido y agradable que es una casa donde la vida es buena.

Apreciarás, su ambiente verde. en los viñedos, árboles frutales, monte bajo, y sus magníficas vistas sobre la montaña Luberon.

A pie o en bicicleta, pequeñas carreteras departamentales (no muy transitadas) y un carril bici de unos 50 km, lo invitan a caminar.

Escucha la canción de las cigarras mientras te lagas al sol
alrededor de la piscina, mirando hacia el pueblo,
o saboreando limonada a la sombra de la higuera de cincuenta años, o durmiendo cómodamente bajo el patio, lejos de los rayos del sol, será un verdadero momento de relajación y placer.

Está completamente cercado y seguro.

Debajo de las cadenas verdes que protegen el verano del Sol Fort,
para mayor deleite de NIÑOS se instala un parque infantil con pórtico, tobogán, 2 columpios, 1 cuerda
 
La PISCINA privada de: 10 x 5 m, profundidad 1,80 m, tiene un sistema de protección por cortina automática que mantiene el calor acumulado durante el día.
Hay tres grandes pasos para llegar a la pequeña piscina para los niños, y luego desciende gradualmente a los grandes.

The POOL HOUSE, alberga un comedor de verano, con área de cocina equipada, refrigerador, fregadero, cocina, mesa y sillas, ducha y W. c.

Desde la piscina, cruzarás el parque y llegarás frente a la entrada.

- a su derecha está la gran terraza cubierta (patio)
- a su izquierda, verá otra terraza, lado de la cocina

La terraza de la cocina tiene 1 barbacoa y 1 horno de pizza.

 1 mesa y 2 bancos de piedra del país (para 12 personas) le permitirán pasar la noche a la sombra de la higuera y de la vid (vid) para hacer el "aperitivo" como dicen en Provenza.

We had the most wonderful two weeks in Annie’s beautifulHouse. It was a multi-generational stay and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Menerbes and a short walk (20 mins) into the village it was perfect for everyone. Lots of lovely areas for meals and a brilliant, well equipped kitchen as well as a great BBQ area. Thank you Annie, we will be back.

Best Place to Stay in Province

Beautiful property, hosted by a great lady. Annie met us when we arrived two hours late due to a flight delay, and was there to see us off at the end of our stay. I would not stay anywhere else in Province, it is the perfect place to stay for a family.

Wonderful Week in Provence

Our stay in Provence was near perfect. The house and grounds were immaculate. So much quality space with great views of Menerbes which was very close . Our hosts were very helpful in recommending local restaurants which we enjoyed.

Beautifully maintained property containing everything you need for a great holiday

Everything about the house was just lovely, you can tell it is a much loved family home. We fully utilised the kitchen and everything we need was there. The girls loved the pool and so did we. Thankyou for letting us stay and create family memories of our own.

October visit

We stayed at this house for 5 days. The house and grounds are beautiful. It is a great place to stay is you are visiting the southern Rhone Valley or Provence. Close to many hill towns and Avignon. Annie is a great host. Its a great place to stay for up to ten people. We thouroghly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay

This is the second time in a year that we stayed at this house. I cannot say enough how great, spacious and well appointed it is. The house is plenty big enough for 10 persons. The location is ideal for day trips to all surrounding areas. Annie is so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this house!!!! Great value also!

Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing home

The 10 of us spent a very enjoyable eight days in Annie’s home. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in her wonderful kitchen, swimming in the pool and taking long walks in the neighborhood. We did not want to leave! All of us want to return someday to again enjoy this little piece of heaven.

Enjoyable stay

Eight family members stayed in the property. We enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time in the property and around the pool. Annie was very responsive to any issues. The house was comfortable and very well equipped. Several different places for sitting and dining. We either walked or drove to the village every day for shopping or eating.

Perfect two weeks in the Provence

We were a three generation family group and the house could not have been more perfect. It is very quiet with lots of space. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we needed. There were good shops within 10 mins and lots of sights and places to visit. We could not have had a better time and hope we will be back. Cathy welcomed us and answered any queries straight away. We felt very welcome.

Fabulous stay in Annie's house

Beautiful house and so well-equipped! Fabulously clean and comfortable and Menerbes is such a beautiful, peaceful village. We will definitely be back as we had the most perfect week. Gordes is well worth a visit especially to the Tuesday Market. The Bistro No 5 in Menerbes is a beautiful place to eat although the food wasn't as good as we thought it would be. Thank you for a lovely stay in Menerbes! x

Absolument fantastique

An absolutely amazing stay in a beautiful part of the Luberon Valley, Annie and Jean were amazing, unobtrusive hosts who met us warmly. The accommodation was first class, allowing two families to have lots of space both inside and out. The swimming pool was a complete necessity following the 40 degree heat on one day! Location wise, we were able to drive to see all of the highlights of Provence - and relax, whilst the children played in the garden and the pool. One of the best family holidays we have had - Merci!

Wonderful !

Couldn't ask for better. The house is beautiful.. The interior is grand, with artwork and comfortable furniture. The beds were just right. Air conditioning worked well.. (Only the upstairs bedrooms have AC) We enjoyed the large outside terrace, that's where we had all our meals. The pool has a cover for the night, kept it warm. Thank you, Annie, for allowing us to share your beautiful home..

Wonderful Villa in the Luberon

The property is an expansive villa with two beautiful bedrooms on the main floor, a two bedroom suite and another bedroom on the upper floor. Nicely appointed and very clean. Renovated bathrooms. Exceptional kitchen and very well equipped. Lots of room in the house for people to spend time together, but also to have space for alone time. Beautiful yard and fabulous flowering plants. Large and lovely patio area for outdoor dining. Pool with pool house. Everything lovingly maintained. The owner was extremely responsive. We stayed for six weeks, and the few minor issues we identified during the stay were quickly and correctly addressed. Exceptional responsiveness. We had a great time and highly recommend this property. We hope to return.

Holiday in Menerbe

My Family of 9 spent one week in Annie and Jean`s beautiful house. The house is lovely decorated and has everything you need. We prepared most of the meals in Annies lovely Kitchen, it has all the Equipment you need. We also used the barbeque outside. The house has to sitting areas outside, where you can eat your meals. The two bedrooms downstairs had no air-conditions, and this was not needed. Our elderly parents stayed downstairs and they thought the temperature in the bedrooms were just fine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with air- conditions and an entrance room with one bed. All the bedrooms are beautiful decorated. The pool area even has its own Kitchen, toilet and shower. We spent several hours just relaxing by the pool. The nearby village, Menerbe is just about 10 min walk away among beautiful wine yards. There are so many nice villages just a short drive away, such as Gordes, Bonnieux, Oppede le village, Lacoste, Fontaine de Vaucluse and of course the big city- Avignon. We also visited Abbaye de Senanque With lots of lavender fields. Annie and Jean were so kind and helpful. We don`t speak good French, so luckily Roman ( who manage the rental) could translate. We would really recommend this house and we would love to come back some day.

We spent a wonderful week with our family of 8 at this beautiful house and property. The owners , Annie and Jean Manzone greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. I planned on cooking most meals and found the kitchen well equipped and very attractive. It was fun going to the market each day in the surrounding villages for fresh produce. The men in our family cooked on the grill each night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. There were many places to relax within the house. Big living and dining room with TV. Two beautiful patios with comfortable seating. Nice kitchen table area. Wifi throughout the house. Lush green lawn and beautiful pots with flowers everywhere. Gorgeous pool area! Very well equipped and maintained. We took excursions every day and returned in the afternoon to relax and sit by the pool. The house sits in the valley below Menerbes. It was a short drive or nice walk every morning to the boulangerie for fresh bread. There is an assortment of restaurants with varying prices in Menerbes. For our crowed, we enjoyed the Bistro 5 with its spectacular views of the valley and distant villages. Good cuisine at reasonable prices. We are so fortunate to have found this beautiful house and property owned by a charming couple who puts lots of love and care into their home. We couldn't have chosen a more beautiful property and we highly recommend it. This was a true vacation spot. Paradise!

amazing house, centrally located

Look no further!!! this house is perfect. The bedrooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms. Nice showers in every bathroom. The kitchen is VERY WELL EQUIPPED. The sliding glass door above the kitchen sink was amazing. Easy to hand your guests the meal. I bring groups to France, Italy and Spain. I do day trips each day and the central location of this house is perfect. I have been to Provence 10 times in the last 10 years. My groups always look forward to being at the house after a day of exploring. This house is very inviting. The grounds are kept immaculate! Beautiful views from the yard of the mountains and Menerbes. Jean and Annie were very welcoming and helpful. One in our group got sick and she made an appointment at the doctor for me and Jean took us there. Very nice!!! We visited the Domaine de la Citadelle winery which is 1 minute from the house. Well worth the visit. One very small drawback is no air conditioning in the main level. There is 2 bedrooms on that level and they do not have AC. It was a little warm for us as we like it on 62 degrees F at our own house but they had fans that we placed around our bedroom. The kitchen and living room were fine without AC. I will definitely stay in this house again. All 8 of us loved it. Thank you Jean and Annie for a wonderful time.

Outstanding, Huge, Beautiful Home in the Luberon!

What a wonderful home! We didn't want to leave! All the modern amenities, but still hugely peaceful and traditional. Located on a quiet side street, its very peaceful and private. You can hear the church bells chime in Menerbes on the hillside a mile away. The house itself is huge, and cool even on the hottest days. There are three outdoor dining areas, and we used each one. We especially loved breakfast in the sunny spot outside the kitchen, with fresh bread and croissants from the bakery nearby in Menerbes, 5 minutes away. Everything is immaculate, and the property is perfectly maintained. The pool is large and wonderful, with it's own bathrooms, shower, fridge and stove, as well as a dining area, so you almost have two houses. The kitchen in the house is amazing, with a giant chef's stove, and plenty of space to cook up a storm! It's an ideal spot for day tripping, with the hill towns of Gordes, Rousillion, Menerbes and Lacoste located less than an hour away, and Arles, Avignon and Cassis on the coast just a little further. Located in the market basket of France, fresh fruits, vegetables, wines and olive oils are in abundance everywhere. If you like to cook, or just like to eat, this is the center of the universe. Make sure to visit Domaine de la Citadelle, just five minutes away, and be amazed by how amazingly high quality are being produced almost outside the front door. Go up the hill to Menerbes on Thursday morning for the farmer's market, and come home with home grown produce, cheeses, and olives. Lastly, I can't say enough about the hospitality of our hosts, Jean, Annie and their property manager Roman. Roman met us at the supermarket in a nearby town and guided us in. Annie and Jean build the property, and are the warmest and most loving people you would ever want to meet. I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay there. Even the weather was perfect!

Objet ideal

Cette superbe villa, ou rien ne manque, est un lieu ideal pour passer ses vacances avec sa famille. Située tout proche des lieux touristiques, des marchés de Provence, des oliveraies et de beaucoup de viticulteurs on peut y passer de superbes journées. Anni et Cathy vous acceuillent gentilment

Alles hat unseren Erwartungen bestens entsprochen

Die Einrichtungen und der Unterhalt des Hauses sind dem Alter entsprechend in sehr guten Zustand. Ausreichend Geschirr, gute Ausrüstung der Küche. Großzügige und schöne Möblierung vor allem auch im Terrassenbereich! Der Pool hatte immer sehr angenehme Temperaturen!
