Perfect Place For Friends or Families

We stayed at this property during our trip to Dreams Park with 5 other families on the team. We raved about the house and all of the accommodations all week long. It had everything that we needed and the kitchen was stocked more than any VRBO we’ve ever been to. All of the rooms were comfortable and spacious and the basement was a bonus for the kids. The location was perfect and we felt like we were always 10-15 minutes away from anywhere we needed to go. We would highly recommend this property to any families going to Cooperstown

Amazing

This house was AMAZING!! Accommodations were wonderful. The back patio was even better than the pictures. It was a very easy drive to the Dreams Park. The pool was absolute heaven. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home.

This house was beyond terrific for our stay in Cooperstown. Has everything you need. Very clean, pool was great, close to Dreams Park and so on. Great House!!

We had two families and 8 people visit the area for a baseball tournament at All Star Village and loved the home. There was plenty of space for everyone, a nice large kitchen and family room, with comfortable beds. The hpuse was well appointed and very clean. There was nothing it didn't have that we needed. We were an easy and pretty 25 minute drive to the fields at All Star Village. The house was also maybe 15 minutes away from the HoF in Cooperstown. The pool and basketball court were great for entertaining the kids. We loved the fire pit at night to roast marshmallows and catch up on all the fun had during the day. We would highly recommend the house to other families or groups visiting the area.

Cooperstown's finest!

What a beautiful and well kept up house! It was immaculate upon our arrival. Debbie and Mark greeted us when we arrived which was a nice touch. This house has everything you need while on vacation i.e. swimming pool, ping pong table, basketball court, bbq and fire pit. The house was fully stocked with enough dishes, utensils, towels, etc. My son's baseball team played at Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week. It is a very short ride to the Park and very convenient to the Hall of Fame. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Cooperstown!!! You will not be disappointed by any means. :)

Perfect house for the tournament

Great house for Cooperstown tournament. Perfect location not too far from the field or the town. Wonderful yard, pool and basketball court. Very new and comfortable for 10 people.

Best baseball accommodations ever!

Our group of 30 rented all three Sunrise properties. The pools, volleyball court, fire pits, ping-pong tables, Creek, and large yard provided hours of entertainment for siblings who were not playing baseball. This is our second time renting these properties and if I return to Cooperstown, this is where I will stay again. The owners are super friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The properties are also so close to the park that it was very easy to get back-and-forth between games.

Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious

We had several families sharing the house, so we really appreciated having five and a half bathrooms so each family could have their own. The bedrooms were large with beautiful furniture, a big closet where we could store suitcases, coolers, etc. and a comfortable bed that I did not want to leave! The kitchen was huge with lots of counter space, which was important when different families were preparing different meals. The pool and basketball court were nice extra features- we wish we'd had more free time to use them. The owners, Mark and Deb, were quick to respond when we had a few minor issues to bring to their attention. We appreciated how they stocked the house with enough supplies to get us started, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful setting!

Great for Baseball Families!!

Don't stay anywhere else!!!!

I have been to Cooperstown FOUR times... So listen to me, LOL!!!!. We have stayed in a few of Debbie and Mark's homes and I cannot tell you how amazing they were and how wonderful our stay was. You feel like you're miles away, but you are just around the corner from the fields. This home is everything you want for this trip. After long days at the ballpark, the pool is the perfect way to relax. The outdoor area will keep the rest of your group occupied with the basketball court, ping pong table, fire pit, and stream. The house is spectacular!. Every room has its own bathroom and AC unit that you can control to your liking. The kitchen is awesome and has everything you will need so you don't have to worry about a thing. When you come to Cooperstown, you want to focus on your kids, not what you're gonna need to bring... They make it easy for you. Debbie and Mark are so attentive to their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I would not stay anywhere else!

AWESOME COOPERSTOWN HOUSE

This house is awesome! It's brand new and very well-appointed. Debby & Mark went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The home has a large, open floor-plan. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The outdoor amenities (pool, basketball court, fire pit, etc.) are a wonderful way to entertain those who aren't playing baseball. The location is terrific - less than 10 minutes to Dreamspark or Cooperstown. Staying here really made the week extra special for our group! Highly recommend this house!

Great Experience!

We LOVED this home! Mark & Debbie thought of everything a family could need and the set up was perfect for our family of 7 + our niece. There are 5 big bedrooms with a full bath in each and everything was so clean and top notch. The pool was heated and we spent about as much time swimming as we did watching baseball. The location was ideal for access to downtown Cooperstown and the Dreams Park. Our 10 year old will be going to Cooperstown in 2 years and we will book with Mark & Debbie again ASAP.

Cooperstown Dream Stay

When we were looking for a place for our Cooperstown stay, several factors were important. This house satisfied all our wants and gave us more than we'd hoped. We had 4 families, some with younger siblings looking to stay together. The five bedrooms were wonderful, but even better were the separate full bathrooms in each bedroom. It was like 5 hotel rooms in one house, a great place for a group of friends. The kitchen was amazing with modern appliances, and there was even a washer/dryer. The pool was an added bonus and we couldn't have asked for better "landlords" than Mark and Debbie. And the location was perfectly situated halfway between the town of Cooperstown and the ballpark. So if you're looking for a place to stay and you have a few families wanting to stay together, look no further. You won't find a better place in Cooperstown.
