Lovely building, and nice aesthetic to the unit visually.
However, the walls of unit 5 are very thin--had we not been able to move to the second, smaller bedroom, we'd have gotten little sleep.
The main living/dining/kitchen area has no windows, so it's very dreary. Take this into account if you're going to be inside much.
If you're going to do much cooking, bring equipment. Two extremely dull kitchen knives, two beat up skillets without lids, a three quart brazier, and an omelet pan are about what's there. Oh, and a glass 9x12ish casserole dish.
I'd say choose a different unit than 5--and be prepared for thin walls.
