Ubicado en una posición elevada en el borde de Holt, con fácil acceso a las playas y algunos excelentes lugares para observar aves. . Paso a la entrada. Sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta con área de cocina equipada y puerta al patio. Cuarto de baño con ducha a ras de suelo y WC. Primer piso: dos habitaciones dobles, una con cama de 5 pies. Calefacción central de gas completa incluida (1 de noviembre-31 de marzo £ 20 por semana). Electricidad, calefacción central de gas, ropa de cama, toallas y Wi-Fi incluido. Cabaña de viaje. Silla alta. TELEVISIÓN. DVD (pequeña biblioteca). base para iPod Estufa. Microonda. Lavadora. Lavavajillas. Pequeño jardín compartido con terraza y muebles. Estacionamiento (para 1 auto). Tienda de bicicletas. No Fumar. NB: hay una ruta de acceso compartida en la parte trasera de la propiedad. Situada en la ladera de una colina, esta cabaña contigua de ladrillo y sílex se encuentra a las afueras del mercado georgiano de Holt, a poca distancia de las tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes y posadas. Unos minutos en coche conducen a la impresionante costa de North Norfolk, con sus playas de arena y la riqueza de las reservas naturales de aves y RSPB. Encantadores senderos conducen desde la puerta, la más famosa de las cuales se conoce localmente como Gas Hill y Spout Hill, que se encuentra con un enorme arroyo. Los pintorescos pueblos de Blakeney y Cley están a 8 km. Los viajes en barco están disponibles para visitar la colonia de focas y la Reserva Blakeney Point. Golf disponible localmente. The perfect getaway!

The cottage is clearly well maintained. It is well appointed, well equipped, and in an ideal location within walking distance of Holt, an idyllic town for shopping, browsing, and eating. Before we left for home we booked another stay next year.

Lovely cottage in a wonderful town

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cobble Stones. We were steps from town and nestled at the edge of countryside walks. The amenities were modern and the appointments were charming. We would happily return!

A week in Holt

The property description is accurate. There is everything you need. The only gripe we would have is that the bed is a little too soft as we like a very firm mattress, a personal thing really as some would say its perfect but there you go. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we go back to Holt. Great location, easy parking. Great communication from the owners.

A fabulous little cottage.

A fabulous little cottage. We had a lovely comfortable stay and the location is absolutely top notch. Holt high street is a walk around the corner, a beautiful town with little courtyards, great shops and coffee shops galore. We had a lovely holiday in Cobble Stone cottage and would definitely return. The location is great - a couple of minutes walk from the high street and a great base for visiting Sheringham, Cromer, Wells etc. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The shower is good but it is hard to adjust the temperature via the bathroom controls. The water was extremely hot at first (probably worse because we were there during the heatwave!) but once we adjusted the controls on the boiler, the temperature was fine. The cottage is the perfect size for a small family but may feel cramped with two couples. The owner, John, couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely break away at Cobblestones.

We had a lovely break away at Cobblestones. It’s location is superb, only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Holt with lovely green space at the rear for walks. Close to the coast in all directions it is perfectly located for exploring north Norfolk. The cottage is very well maintained with an abundance of kitchen utensils-it really is a home from home. We had our small children with us and although the cottage is better suited to adults (there is no bath) it was fine and the owners had done a great job of making the children welcome (high chair, travel cot and a basket of toys) The only downside for me was that the sofas had obviously had dogs on them which is a real shame as people are clearly asked not to allow dogs on the furniture. It didn't spoil our stay though and we would definitely return to Cobblestones.

The cottage could not be in a better location.

The cottage could not be in a better location. Holt village is 100 metres away with everything you would need for your stay. Just behind the cottage is a public footpath leading into an open meadow and the old train line, which if you have a dog as we need enjoyed the various walks you can take from there. The cottage has all the essentials, dishwasher, washing machine, etc but importantly plenty of pots/pans to allow ease of cooking own meals. My only criticism was the beds were not to our liking, but did not spoil our stay in the slightlest.

The accommodation is clean and welcoming and well located in the town. It is close to good amenities.... pubs, restaurants and a selection of decent shops. It is advertised as suitable for 4 persons but this would be a bit tight and short on storage. The provision of an internet connection is welcome. The area has plenty to offer with many outstanding coastal walks, bird reserves and Sherrington for entertainment. Overall a very pleasant place for a holiday.
