The house and its location was perfect. 4 adult couples and 5 children. The pool and hot tub exceeded our expectations. It could use some updating here and there but nothing that took away from the experience.

Great location for a family gathering

Great place for multi-generation family gathering. Kids loved the pool and game room. Great location with easy access to all Estes Park has to offer.

Rambling ranch for the family

Our family loved this rambling ranch for our gathering! It was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for us all. The pool and hot tub were big hits with the kids, as well as the amazing theatre room for movies. We would most definitely return. A few small details for improvement: Several lamps did not work despite being plugged in; one had a broken switch in our bedroom. Shower door in pool room did not stay closed. Overall, we loved the character of this Estes Park home!!

Christmas vacation

We had 14 in our party, everyone enjoyed themselves. Pool, sauna and game room were a big hit amongst the group. The house is spacious enough that we never felt crowded.

Great Family Vacation

The property is well maintained and full of fun things for all ages. The pool, theater, and game room are the highlights. The great room allows group dining and socializing. Just a fun place for relaxing.

The best vacation spot in Estes Park

The combination of indoor pool/hot tub/sauna is the best I have seen in the area. When you add in the game room and theatre, I don't know that you could ask for anything else. Simply the best vacation spot in Estes Park.

Panorama House

Pool area was amazing. Theater and gaming area was also great. The backyard area was very comfortable and awesome for those who have for dogs. The house could use updating. The front yard needed serious attention. The patio doors are very difficult to open. The ice maker struggled to run. The BBQ grill had 2 empty tanks. There were no chemicals available for the hot tub even though the home instructions provided wanted us to add it. The proximity to town is great. We would stay again.

The Best in Estes Park

This incredible home delivers everything in the description plus much, much more. We visited Estes Park for our son’s wedding and this fantastic home was the perfect home base for groomsmen and family alike. From baby to grandma, the home had an everything we needed. The location is ideal - walk to coffee and a grocery store nearby. The home’s amenities are endless. Management was very helpful and quick to answer.

Stunning Views and Superior Location and Game Rooms

We loved the extra functions of the game rooms, theater, big living areas, pool table, and indoor pool. It is a beautiful older home. It has great views and its location is top notch in Estes Park.

This property is fantastic, which is why we come back yearly! We love waking up to the Elk in the yard. The location is perfect, we had easy access to all the attractions. Perfect for large families or friends. I can’t describe the best experience enough. Diane

Love the house

Great time with minor issues. Internet availability was horrible. Not sure if this a house issue or an area issue..Otherwise the highlites were the fantastic pool, really cool theater, and tha various area to hang out Simply it was great.

Great Family Getaway

Our extended family of 14 had a great 5 night stay at this beautiful, clean, and spacious home. The pool area and theater are amazing. The kitchen is well-stocked for any meal prep needs. The property manager was very prompt in answering any questions or concerns before our arrival and during our stay. Our only concern was that the pool looked murky. It did not deter our use of the pool and we have since advised the property manager of this issue.

Gorgeous house with gorgeous views!

We had a great time at this house for the weekend. We had 12 adults and there was more than enough room - it’s huge! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and loved watching football in the theater room. The only thing we had issues with was the electrical system. The breakers kept blowing for one of the bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen (and we were trying not to plug things in). Other than that we loved the place and would definitely go back!

NO EMERGENCY SERVICE FROM WINDCLIFF PROPERTY MGMT

I rented the Panaroma property to host an intimate family wedding for our daughter. The Layout of the bedrooms & bathrooms was very important as we were hosting new in laws & elderly grandparents (one who had just come home after a month long hospital stay) that we had never met. Upon arriving we realized the lights in the main family room were not working and the space was dangerously ill-lit. I called Windcliff property management immediately and they offered absolutely no assistance. They told me the lights were working earlier & suggested I check the fuse box …..I personally checked the fuse box which was not the issue. Our elderly family tripped as a result of the lack of lighting due to a blind 3-5 inch step down leading into the family room. She pulled a muscle in her back. We were unable to use that family room the entire stay ….it was even dark during the day so it ended up being dead space for us. I moved a rug in front of the step-down because I tripped 2 times & I knew to expect it. Without lighting it was a problem. In addition, the toilet in my daughter’s new in laws’ bedroom ensuite was not functioning and a bedroom pocket door would not close. We again immediately called management, Thursday nite an hr after our arrival & as soon as I was made aware of the emergency. We were told they couldn’t send anybody up to fix the toilet or door until the Monday, day we were leaving. We asked for a partial reimbursement for the incredible inconvenience & were offered nothing, unfortunately. The Windcliff mgmt company was rude to me & my husband. They told us they had done every they could. Incredulous, I asked how so? They told me they got in touch with their plumber but he was down the mountain, he would be there on our departure morning. I was Mortified & embarrassed hosting new family that I hardly knew & asking them to use the community pool bathroom (which was a 60-70 ft hike from their bedroom & was not private) the entire 3 day wedding. I rented this property based on the 87 (5 star reviews) & more specifically because the # of bedrooms & bathrooms were exactly what I needed for our wedding party. Windcliff management’s service was truly unbelievable, it was NON existent. I can only assume that none of the previous guests needed any assistance with broken and non functioning things in the home. Sadly, I can not recommend this property to anyone and do not plan to rent from this management company in the future.

Another blissful reunion at Panorama

We loved this house before they added the game room and theater, now we love it even more. We spent a lot of time in the fabulous pool, but we played billiards and watched movies, too. We viewed elk from the living room and had many delicious meals prepared in the kitchen that is built for joyful group cooking. ALL of the beds are extremely comfy, so we slept like angels after playing hard all day. We will be back.

Rocky Mountain Family High

Our family of 14 had a great time on Panorama Circle! We lived being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park where many of us did long and beautiful hikes. The views from the home where wonderful! Both children and adults loved the pool and hot tub; the movie theater and game room was so much fun for all! And the circle drive made it easy to park and use the five cars we had between us!

Great Vacation Experience

The new game room and theatre additions were very well received by our family. When you consider the indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna, it's hard to imagine a better vacation experience in the Estes Park area.

Wedding Get Away

This property was perfect for our family to come together to celebrate my Son’s marriage in Estes Park. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. I would absolutely rent this property again if I travel to Colorado again. Nance Singleton
