Una excelente ubicación en una pequeña ciudad a pocos minutos del lago de Sardis ya media hora de Ole Miss. Magnolia grove monastary está a solo unos minutos también. Los supermercados y restaurantes locales están justo en Main Street, con más opciones a solo 4 millas de distancia en Como.

Nuestro acogedor bungalow reformado de los años 30 es una nueva casa cómoda para usted durante su estancia.

La casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas con 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños.
Cama de matrimonio y baño privado, 2 camas matrimoniales en el otro dormitorio con baño privado. Un sofá convertible de reina en la sala de estar con 1/2 baño. Cada habitación tiene vestidores, así como televisión equipada con televisión por cable y wifi
Su agua caliente proviene de un calentador bajo demanda y su cocina tiene una estufa de gas y horno, microondas y máquina Keurig y tostadora.
En los cajones encontrarás café Keurig, crema y azúcar y palomitas de maíz para microondas.
El agua embotellada está en el refrigerador y la vajilla plana está en el lado derecho del fregadero.
Toallas de plato y un encendedor también están en el cajón debajo del café.
Su hogar está repleto de platos, tazas, tazas y una variedad de ollas y sartenes y servilletas de papel. Las toallas y sábanas adicionales están en el ½ baño de la cocina. Al caminar por la cocina, se encontrará con la lavadora-secadora con agentes de limpieza en el estante de arriba.

We were in town just the weekend for a concert at the college. The house was nice. Perfect for what we needed. The owner communicated well. Overall a great trip.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect, had everything one would need Everything was in good working order. The beds were very comfortable. Becca and Dutch were awesome, they were very helpful. They even helped my co-worker find locals that are into the same hobbies so that he could enjoy his down time when we weren't working. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Sardis!

This is a wonderful place in a nice, quiet spot. The house is warm, inviting and extremely comfortable !!!! All of the amenities are perfect. Rebecca and Dutch are the best. They are warm, extremely accommodating and fun people who also have a wood fired pizza place is town that is EXCELLENT - I am from Brooklyn and trust me this pizza is great!!! We will definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this location and owners - a truly wonderful experience !!!

Relaxing Stay

We came to the house quite late, but the owner still answered the phone when we needed help. She also didn’t make us clean anything or take out the trash. There were coffee cups, an adjustable temperature, seasonings, etc. It was one of the most relaxing rental home experiences I have had.

Cute and clean home, perfect for us, owners were the Best!

We were in town for a wedding and were fortunate enough to be able to stay at Rebecca and Dutch's vacation home. Stylish, clean and comfortable. Met Rebecca upon check in and found out they run the wood fire pizza restaurant in downtown Sardis. Downtown was only 3 blocks away and pizza dinner was so authentic Italian, made in the dome style brick oven, loved it! The weekend weather was rainy but the house was cozy. If you want a little town history, Rebecca will fill you in.

Hogans House for our Daughters Wedding at Chapel in the Pines

We were so pleased with our stay. Our hosts were amazing. We were greeted with delicious homemade muffins that Becca made. Also a fruit bowl, that was great for a snack on the go Dutch also came and checked to make sure electronic were working properly, Such a pleasant home. Very quaint and comfortable. All the essentials we needed were there. Convenient to our destinations Would definitely stay again!😊

Great bungalow!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Rebecca was available to answer any questions we had. The location was convenient as well, as we had activities planned in Oxford and Memphis.

Quiet get away

What a cute place to stay while visiting Oxford. Totally wish we could stay longer. Came in to visit our son and go to a game. The house fit us perfectly and is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Hopefully next time we can stay longer and go fishing and eat at TriBecca! The menu looks fantastic! Thank you Dutch and Rebecca!

Great venue for an Ole Miss football weekend.

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Ole Miss. Two couples, two teens and a dog enjoyed this cozy cottage with room to spare with a sleeper sofa that we did not use. The owners had muffins and coffee available for us and the neighborhood was quite and very safe. The only drawback limited lighting in the one of the bathrooms, but the girls could put on there makeup in the 1/2 bath that had better lighting. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this property. Give the opportunity we would definitely stay here again

A Home Away From Home

This is not a rental house. It is a home. It is beautiful, cozy and inviting. The décor is simple, but elegant. It is very comfortable and welcoming. You can't help but fall in love with it. It is stocked with all the goodies you'd like. The owners are very kind and considerate of their tenants and it is obvious that they took a lot time thinking through the convenience of others. The communication and instructions were clear and concise. We never had to guess about anything. I would highly recommend this home. When I return, I hope this home is available. Trudy Mencke

Excellent Rental Home

We rented this home for a college football weekend! The owners have thought of everything. Upon check-in, we had fresh muffins, bottled water, and a fruit bowl. The house has full laundry, pots, pans, etc. and plenty of sleeping areas. There were extra blankets, plenty of towels, and all the amenities of home! It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the interstate.

Fabulous Property and wonderful hosts!!

Becca was absolutely amazing and the house was just incredible. From the muffins and fresh fruit to the waters for our adventures, Becca made our weekend away perfect. We had a number of special needs and Becca came through for us without hesitation. This home was perfect for our family with the spacious living room/kitchen area to the fully appointed bedrooms. We can not say enough about both the house and the peaceful neighborhood. What a gem.

Outstanding!!

This house was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of sleeping space and all very comfortable. The home is well maintained, decorated nicely, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are next door and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Plus they run a wood fire pizza restaurant a few blocks away that was out of this world. We hope it's available for all of our return trips!

Really enjoyed our stay. 3 nights fishing local lakes and the house was very clean and comfortable. Owners are extremely prepared and hospitable. They also own a local restaurant that is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Recent stay for the Ole Miss game!!!

The place was OK. Nothing to great. Could of been cleaner (cob webs), newer sheets and towels. It also had window AC units. Not a fan of those..

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay more! It is important to understand that this is a house and, as such, is a bit more "home-y" than a hotel. Hogan's house was built in 1930 and, we(my husband and I) work(ed) to complete everything necessary on the property from gutting and rebuilding at first and now to cleaning and overall maintenance. Our properties are cleaned as near as possible to your arrival so that they are in the best condition possible. The linens have all been purchased NEW within the last 3 months. Most of the homes in our town are not equipped with central comfort systems and can be difficult to update. We have plans for improving the system in as timely a manner as we can manage. As is the case with online reviewing I would have hoped that you would have expressed your concerns with us while you were here. If you had done so perhaps we might have corrected something before your departure. We tried to contact you to see that you arrived safely and that everything was in order and received no reply until this review.

Originally from New York Becca and Dutch have lived in Sardis almost 20 years. We are active in our community and work to improve our town and surroundings. We live next door to Hogan's house with the backyard devoted to our dogs. The peaceful quaintness is a great attraction for us. We started our own business here in Sardis so we are usually within shouting distance if you need anything.

Dutch and I bought this House when our neighbor moved it is a beautiful corner lot ,but the house needed tender loving care. over the course of 5 years we have redesigned and renovated the house ourselves with intent to share with others as a guest house. Our neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We are local business owners and love our little town and this darling house.
We hope our guest do as well. Check out Huckies House as well its on the other side of us and available for getaways as well

Klyce Tru Value hardware an almost 100 year old family owned shop a must see…

Frogs pearl Station : is open Friday 11-2,5-9 Saturday 5-10 and Sunday 11-3 serves Italian coffee (cappuccino ,latte and espresso)homemade desserts, gelato and local ice cream you can also by speciality beer and light wine.
Panola playhouse : Community theater ,most active in MS and puts on about 8-10 productions per year, check the Maquee , right next to Tribecca
The Post office is also on Main street , they take lunch and close between 11-12.
Jan cuts hair and does nails at Just Teezin’ Salon walk ins are welcome
We have a Nurse practitioner Linda Troy on main st as well as

Sardis Steak and Seafood offers a variety of dishes including steak and sushi
