Casa bien mantenida con muebles nuevos, utensilios de cocina, juegos de mesa de comedor, esta casa familiar de 2 plantas mide 1708 pies cuadrados y consta de 3 dormitorios completos (1 principal en suite) y una habitación extra en el piso superior. Además, dos baños completos en el piso superior y un medio baño en el piso principal. El piso principal consta de pisos de madera noble en todo el cual proporciona el espacio habitable, una cocina moderna que incluye estufa, horno de microondas y comedor para 6 adultos. Hay una isla que también se sienta cuatro.
Esta ubicación está situada en un vecindario bien organizado de alta calidad en el noroeste de Calgary. Festive season vacation in Calgary

Entrance instructions did not work, had to call the manager to gain entry. Definitely more attention needed to bring the level of cleanliness and upkeep to our personal standards. We cleaned the stove top, washed splash spots on kitchen walls, but left the light fixtures noticeably dusty as was the top of the fridge. Could/would have done more if there was cleaning supplies available. Drywall corners presumably damaged, are covered with masking tape. Not very homey...no wall hangings or pictures, just notices posted on what is not permitted. Fireplace did not light. Presents more as a barracks than a vacation rental. Flatware needs attention, the only set with sufficient matching pieces are cheap plastic, overall quite Spartan, although cooking pots and pans were good. Stripping the bedding including the mattress cover, revealed a disturbingly stained mattress. Extra bed covers were also stained. We certainly left the premises in better condition than what welcomed us.

The house was perfect

Spacious, with great comfort. Check-in was perfect . Location is great, near by grocery, theater, wine shop , close by the train to go downtown. The description described exactly the amenities so no surprise. The host his à super host. We will get back for sure.

Perfect for family

We stay at this place for 28 days. The house was ready for us! We enjoy our stay ,the house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and surrounded by walking path and park. Also, you can find close by grocery store, movies theatre, etc. This property is well equipped and furnish. We encounter small problems during our stay but they were solving rapidly (within few hours). Some reviews mention that they should upgrade the bedding arrangement (from double to queen) it will be nice but not an issue. Minor addition will be appreciated such as compost and recycling container with the collection schedule. We will return for sure!

Very good property

The kitchen was well stocked. I agree with other reviewers who commented on the beds being small (all doubles). I think at least the master bedroom should have a bigger bed. Also, no sheets were provided for the pullout couch. However we were able to get ahold of the property manager and he brought sheets over ASAP. Overall it was an excellent rental and we would stay again if it weren’t for the tiny bed in the master bedroom.

nice house in a quiet neighbourhood

The house is in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. It is as described and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms and a “common room” with a pull-out sofa for two at the upper floor. The master has its own bathroom and small walk-in closet. Other rooms share a bathroom. The living room at the main floor is relatively small but sufficient. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you may need. It has large isle and a dining table. One can get to a small patio with BBQ from the kitchen/living. There is no access to the garage but this did not bother us. The house is few-minutes’ drive from Superstore, fast-foods, cinema theatre, etc. It is 10 minutes drive to CrossIron Mills shopping mall and the airport. It has easy access to Stony Trail and out of Calgary, or its other parts. The only thing that may be improved are the beds. They are too small for 2 adults. At least in the master should be a bigger one. We would stay in the house again.

Great home for young family or if you just want basic

The home comes as advertised, basic. This is the reason I chose it along with AC, fenced yard and proximity to the highway. I have a young family and wanted a home with durable surfaces and not having to worry about things getting broken or a potential stain on a floor. There are a couple things on my wish list and will happily share with the owner later on here but nothing is hidden or off from the listing and recommend the rental to anyone. We did visit the zoo, Skyline Luge and Drumheller and found them all easy to get to from its location. Neighborhood is family friendly, clean and safe with a great strip mall not far away.

Attractive, clean, comfortable house in a quiet part of town

Very relaxing stay , I would definitely recommend this house if you desire a quiet place to spend your evenings away from home. Beds are only double beds which is not ideal. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Was a lovely home and we had a wonderful stay!!!!! Very roomy with everything you would need for amenities. Great host and communication with very easy to follow instructions. Great neighbourhood with all of the conveniences nearby. Would definitely recommend !!!!

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Used this as our base camp for visit to Calgary Zoo and Heritage Park and get together with local family. David bent over backwards to correct an issue with the Shaw Wi-Fi to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Many kudos for his efforts!

Relaxing Stay at Panorama Hills

My family had a swell time at the home we rented for a week in Panorama Hills. It was adequately furnished with supplies provided and above all a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There was easy access to shopping and the rest of the city's facilities. This property comes highly recommended and I would rent again without hesitation.

Clean, spacious and well furnihed house

My family and I visited Calgary for 2 weeks and stayed at this house. It was quite a lovely experience and pretty much felt like home . It is clean with lots of space. Besides, the house is in a safe neighborhood, which is important as I had my family with me. Highly recommended. Owner was fantastic and helped in ensuring that my family and I had a great time.

Beautiful spacious and affordable

6 of us rented tis unit for a weekend in calgary ..The house is very spacious and beautiful the pictures dont do it justice .Olutusin the landlirdwas very accomodating and accesible .The house feels hommy ..very beutiiful and comfy furnitures and the kitchen is fully stocked.Nice and quiet neighbourhood.Will be renting again

Excellent vacation home. Very nice neighborhood. Clean and felt like home. Very comfortable bed.

Fantastic Lodging

I am frequently in Calgary on business and sometimes for special event. I found this home to be extremely neat, well furnished and the owner was very courteous and kind too! It's about 12 minutes to the airport and within 25 minutes to anywhere in Calgary! Amazing property, great stay. I will definitely stay here again and again!

Amazing stay!!! Will be back many times!

My family and I stayed in this beautifully maintained home for the weekend and could not have been happier with it. The home is very clean, all of the furnishings (including the beds) are brand new and very comfortable. Was so nice to come "home" in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. It is very centrally located to the airport, Cross Iron Mills Mall and super easy to head into downtown Calgary as well as Banff for the day. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a weekend getaway or a longer term stay. Lots to see and do in Calgary and having such a relaxing environment to come back to at the end of a day was amazing. We plan to stay here every time we are in Calgary. David, the owner was great to deal with.
