WIFI Y AEROPUERTO GRATUITO Una villa independiente adaptada para discapacitados, piscina privada, jacuzzi, ducha al aire libre, área para comer para 10+ y barbacoa. AIRCON Y WIFI gratis.
Está situado en una zona tranquila a 5 minutos a pie del centro del pueblo de Dalyan. Ubicada en una posición muy conveniente para el centro del pueblo, esta encantadora villa está equipada con todas las comodidades de lujo posibles, incluyendo aire acondicionado y dispensador de agua fría.
Dos salones: la planta baja tiene 3 suites de cuero. Gran salón en el sótano con 50 'de televisión por satélite / DVD / con más canales, programas y decodificadores de los que puedas imaginar.
2 lavadoras, lavavajillas, nevera / congelador, cocina / horno, microondas, juego de comedor, barbacoa,
10 tumbonas (extra grande de 90 cms de ancho) de castaño macizo con gruesas tumbonas acolchadas y 2 sombrillas.
El área para comer está cubierta y hay un área de asientos con sombra elevada (kirshk pronunciado) en la parte trasera de la villa para relajarse o leer un libro.
Esta villa bellamente amueblada se encuentra en jardines rodeados de palmeras con una magnífica piscina iluminada con barbacoa y terraza contigua en medio de este área de conservación de la naturaleza.
Contempla las montañas desde el 'Kirsch' de madera en la parte trasera o relájate leyendo o descansando.
Todas las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño privado. Master jacuzzi 4 póster extra king size en el sótano, que es muy fresco en verano. La planta baja
 está deshabilitado amigable. 2 salones, uno en el suelo y otro en el sótano, permiten que adultos y niños tengan su propio espacio privado.
Bicicletas para usar en todo el pueblo, pero todos los servicios están a 200 metros.
La villa está en 3 plantas.
El sótano tiene un DVD de pantalla plana de 50 ". El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king extra con 4 postes, baño privado con ducha y jacuzzi. Hay una sexta habitación que se utiliza como tienda pero tiene wc y lavabo pero no ducha.
La planta baja tiene el salón / comedor principal de planta abierta y la cocina más 2 habitaciones, una doble adaptada para discapacitados (silla de ducha si es necesario) y una cama king, ambas con cuartos de baño húmedos. Hay entradas privadas a estas habitaciones con una rampa que conduce a la piscina y al área para comer.
1er piso tiene 2 dormitorios, uno king y un doble, ambos en suite. Hay un camino hacia un balcón de concreto con rieles de vidrio y acero y cómodos asientos para 12 personas.
El área exterior para comer tiene una mesa de teca y bancos y asientos 12. Está cubierto, pero rara vez llueve en junio, julio, agosto, septiembre y un jacuzzi exterior.
Los bares y restaurantes están a solo 5 minutos a pie y la antigua ciudad de Kaunos está al otro lado del río con Turtle Beach, un encantador paseo en taxi por el río.

Great 2 weeks spent in this villa! Large, spacious, clean and very well equipped and only a short walk from town center. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning villa in a perfect location, short walk into the town. Pool is amazing and we spent several hours, every day, in there. Villa is huge and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of each other. Would certainly recommend this villa for extended families holidaying together.

Beautiful villa in an excellent location

The villa was beautiful, really spacious with air conditioning in each bedroom and living areas. Each bedroom has an ensuite. There is a large dining area and the outside area is beautiful with a shaded area under the balcony for really hot days and plenty of sun loungers. The villa is in walking distance to a large number of restaurants and family friendly bars. There is a harbour close by which offers amazing boat trips. The villa owner was really helpful with advance information and organised transfers to and from the airport. A hire car wasn't necessary as the supermarket is in walking distance with a taxi rank outside. The rep looking after the villa on behalf of the owner " Durmus" was really helpful and was always at hand to answer any questions. He organised two private boat trips (which were excellent), spoke really good English and was a lovely man. We stayed as a family of 11 ( age range 15 - 73yrs) and really enjoyed our stay. Dalyan is a lovely town with really friendly people. I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely return. e ouside area is beautiful with a shaded arand plenry of sun loungers.

Fabulous

Perfect villa for large family group. Everything you need is provided, all very good quality. Yes, I can believe they are the best sunbeds in Dalyan, exceptionally comfortable. Great location, everything within short walking distance. Third visit to Dalyan for my husband and me - won't be the last. Two more generations now introduced to its magic, all of whom also intend to return in the future.

Lovely Villa In A Quiet Area

Dalyan Diamond is a lovely spacious villa which was perfect for our family group of 10. Inside is well equipped and has everything we needed for our stay. The upstairs area is almost like an apartment on its own. We didn't use the tv room in the basement much as there was so much else to do. The outdoors area is just perfect and the pool was seldom empty during the day. The location is great, it's in a quiet residential area but has small shops and some restaurants nearby. The town centre is only ten minutes walk away and has everything that we wanted, loved it. Negatives... Power cuts pretty much daily but I gather this is a local authority problem, nothing to do with the villa. Water pressure in the showers was pretty poor, certainly on the ground floor. None of this spoiled our holiday though. Would certainly recommend the villa to anyone who is looking for a family holiday in a lovely tourist resort.

Excellent holiday with friends.

The villa has very good facilities throughout. Good workable kitchen. Situated in the basement is a second, large lounge with big tv screen with sat. stations and lots of soft seating for everyone. Garden and pool area have comfortable lounges and we love the outdoor eating area which is big enough for all to enjoy. As you can see, the overall listing description was spot on. The property was clean with good customer service. Well situated for the very good selection of restaurants and bars with friendly and attentive staff who help to make it a good night out. Some restaurants, such as Sahil's, situated on the riverside with lovely views, will pick you up and take you back to the villa free of charge. Plenty of activities and visits if you want if want a more active holiday. We have already recommended this villa to our friends and family. Can't wait for our next visit to Dalyan.

Lovely villa in great location

We have just returned after a spending 10 days in Charlie’s villa , we had everything we needed and more and any problems where dealt with immediately, although we didn’t stay at the diamond as there was a slight problem with pool we where put in the villa jewel in a great location with shop and bistro just around the corner which we used a lot , a nice stroll into the gorgeous dalyan town about 15 minutes and the Saturday market right on the doorstep , the pool and garden in the jewel are stunning spent many lovely days lazing around on the sunloungers , the views are amazing never tired of it , my only complaint is that we are still not there but will definitely be returning, thanks to Charles for always being on hand with any advice needed .

Everything you could want for your holiday!

What a fantastic villa for a group holiday, be it family or friends. Open plan living space with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen, free WiFi and air con in all rooms. All bedrooms of a good size with en suite bathrooms and stylish decor. ‘Charlie’s Bar’ a shaded sitting/dining area is perfect for enjoying outdoor eating , whilst enjoying the beautiful gardens. For evening cocktails, we sat on the upstairs terrace and enjoyed the mountain views. As a bonus, the sun beds have to be the most comfortable you will ever find anywhere. We love Dalyan, the walks and cycle rides, the boat trips and relaxing way of life. You can walk to the centre in five minutes, either along the river bank or through the streets. All in all this is a fantastic villa, which is why we keep returning and highly recommend it.

fabulous Villa

The Diamond was everything the listing said it would be. Location perfect. a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants . The villa was clean and well looked after. The kitchen had everything anyone could need, the lounges and bedrooms were comfortable , made special by beautiful covers. Charlie was very helpful and informative. we went to some lovely restaurants, especially Ramazzan Hans whose Chicken Bombay is a favourite, and Sahill where Kemals liver can't be beaten. Thankyou Charlie and Glynis for a great holiday we would highly recommend your villa to all. will certainly be back this year.

A Diamond of a holiday

I have stayed in The Dalyan Diamond for the past 14 years and it is still as well maintained, as on my first visit. The bedding and towels are of a high quality and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay a home from home. Breakages are replaced as soon as they are reported, and the owner is easily contactable to help with any problems, which may occur. It is in a fabulous location, with a five minute stroll, along the river bank, into the town. Dalyan is a small, friendly town with many places around and about to visit. We hire bikes every year and Dalyan is safe, with plenty of places to cycle to. We have visited lots of the restaurants during our visits and particularly like Sahil, right on the river bank, and Ramazan's in the town itself. We love Dalyan - the location, the people and the weather, make this a holiday destination to go back to, time and again. Staying at The Diamond is the icing on the cake.

Dalyan Diamond

Holiday started brilliantly with efficient pick up from Dalaman airport, arranged by the owner. The villa is glorious, in a great location very close to the centre of Dalyan. It is superbly fitted with fully equipped kitchen and laundry, air con in every room, very comfortable beds, lovely furniture and even individual art work. The garden is immaculately kept with pool and jacuzzi blissful in the June heat. Dalyan is a lovely unspoilt destination with lots of restaurant and shops all within walking distance of the villa. This is without doubt the best holiday we ever had. Can't wait to return!

Fabulous Villa

Perfect location, a few minutes walk to the centre of town.Everything about the villa was exactly as described, clean comfortable beds and beautifully furnished.We had some great meals in Dalyan. Sahil, Kordon and Ramazan Hans being our favourites.. A bike ride to the Kingfisher restaurant was great for photos.We would certainly recommend The Diamond to our friends. Malcolm and Sylvia Hogg. IMPRESSIVE INSIDE AND OUT !!

What an attractive & perfectly positioned villa, close to riverside walks, restaurants, bars & shops. The decor of the villa is tasteful and individually designed to a high standard in every room, we loved the large cool TV lounge downstairs it's a great escape. Everything has been thought of by the owners to make this villa suitable for all types of holiday makers, we used the bikes to do easy rides to picturesque resturants next to lakes, enjoyed breakfast's outside beside the pool, and loved having drinks on the veranda with the sun setting on an evening. We're hoping to go back next year with friends for another relaxing & exploring holiday Lynn Harvey

Wow superb accomodation

We arrived after a short transfer from Dalaman and when we first saw the place we had to pinch ourselves as it looked absolutely amazing. The private pool looked very inviting. Inside got even better with a large open plan diner and kitchen with a beautiful tiled floor. The en-suite bedrooms were impeccable and superbly designed. It was only a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops. In fact my only complaint was that it was too near to the bag shops and jewellers as it was difficult to keep my wife from just popping into them. I can strongly recommend this to anyone.

Wow, what an amazing villa. Everything was superb.

A fabulous villa to stay. We stayed for 10 days and loved every minute of it. The rooms in the villa were superbly decorated and furnished to an outstandind level. The bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge and kitchen areas are absolutely first class. The villa is in a great location, close to the town and river and with great views. We'll difinetely be back. Location is perfect - less than a few mins from river , shops and all restaurants etc yet in a quiet area - It also has a modified bathroom for disabled or elderly on the ground floor and has 3 lounges with aircon in every room. Balcony renewed in 2019. First floor extended and windows/ doors replaced for high quality UPVC in February//2022
