Signage in the community was tricky but found without trouble. Was pleased with how the kitchen was stocked for cooking. The dryer was finicky- had to run it repeatedly for one load that just took forever to dry!Wanted to see if there were any beach chairs in the storage area but only one key so couldn’t open the top lock to get in.

Kauai north shore vacation

The condo is in a great location to see all that the north shore has to offer. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi which was well kept and very clean. We would definitely come back here to stay.

A lovely location on the North Shore of Kauai. Property is beautiful and the condo is nicely appointed and up to date. It’s very comfortable. We loved it and will stay here again when we return to the garden island.

Great Place: Relatively tough to find on first try

We checked in at night after 16 hours of travel & it was raining. Very difficult to find the condo so we called. Turned out we were parked EXACTLY in front of the place but, beware, not a lot of lighting and street signs not where you'd expect.The condo is basically a perfect little two bedroom/two bath house. It was really nice, well equipped. Only issue were some plantation shades were not working properly and a missing light bulb. This place also has no air conditioning, which isn't a big deal, but if you need a break from the humidity this may be a little tough. In the end, this is a wonderful place to stay on probably the most beautiful of the Hawaiian Islands. Recommend staying here 100%.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Setting

Condo bathrooms have been updated and are better than pictures. Pool shown in listing is not the correct pool, but the pool for this building is bigger and nicer and includes a hot tub and kiddie pool. It's right across the street. Unit was perfect for us, but the upstairs neighbors were so loud moving chairs around Every night at about 8-9 pm. I will rent upstairs units in the future, but will certainly use Jeff and Shana's properties again. Can't wait to return!!

Kauai At It’s Best

My stay at Alii Kai was fantastic. All the information that I needed to check in was provided prior to arrival. The condo was newly renovated and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and linens top quality. Interacting with Sara and Jeff was such a pleasure and they provided suggestions for restaurants, tours and whatever else I needed. The condo is in a great location, I love Princeville. It is a drive from the airport but worth it. I WILL be back. Thanks Sara and Jeff

Beautiful location, spacious unit, clean, great beach supplies, kitchen full stocked. Felt like home

Property manager is great, easy to reach, gets back to you in the shortest amount of time. We had a problem with with microwave, it stoped working, let the property manager know that evening. Next morning he delivered a brand new countertop microwave. Couldn’t ask for more. Very pleased. Would highly recommend renting this unit. Marie L

Lovely and Comfortable

We very much enjoyed staying here, close to Princeville shopping and activities, on the beautiful Northshore. The condo is a nice size, overlooking a grassy area and having a nice pool, hot tub and BBQ was great! And, this place fit our budget too.

Great stay in Princeville

The property was exactly as listed. Convenient to north shore sites. Pool and hot tub along with the grill were nice features. Host was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed all the beach equipment, chairs, snorkel, cooler and boogie boards! I would stay here again.

Condo as listed…very nice decor. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend. Only issue was difficulty getting restaurant reservations and Foodland limited due to ? Refrigeration or electrical issue. No dairy or deli.

This property is located in the beautiful resort community of Princeville. Minutes from all that Kauai has to offer. The Alii Kai II Resort has a large Pool, large Jacuzzi, Kids Pool, BBQ Gas Grills, Bags of Ice & a Covered Eating Pavilion poolside.
