Nueva casa de estilo ejecutivo. 3 pisos con una cubierta en dos niveles. Televisores en todas las habitaciones con un sistema de audio integrado de alta gama. Chefs de cocina con todas las comodidades y comer en zonas. Enorme sala de estar con una vista especial desde el loft del tercer piso. El loft tiene un área de yoga y un espacio adicional para dormir si es necesario.
Impresionante suite principal con vestidor y un enorme spa como baño.
La casa está situada en 1. 3 acres de zona privilegiada frente al mar en un barrio muy tranquilo. Directamente detrás de la casa y a lo largo de la costa hay un sendero para caminar / andar en bicicleta que corre por millas en cualquier dirección.
Garaje para 2 coches con puerta interior. Cubierta trasera de 40 pies con un área de comedor en el patio completa con una barbacoa Weber y una vista espectacular del agua.
Este es el lugar perfecto para ver la puesta de sol, las ballenas ocasionales y la niebla y la niebla. También puede ver el extraño iceberg en la bahía.

We were a group of 8 adults and 1 child. The house accommodations were perfect for this group. Lots of room for everyone. Ted and Judy were always in contact with us if we needed anything. It was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing and watching Canada Games. We were basically 30 minutes to anywhere. The amazing views were a bonus. Highly recommend.

We truly had a great time, beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The house was very clean and really nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, we had some of the best sleeps here! Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future.

Beautiful home and stay

Thank you to Judy and Ted for their beautiful home. We had everything we needed and then some. Many nice small touches that made the stay perfect. Home is homey yet spacious and right on the water where you don’t want to miss the sunsets. Look forward to coming back!

Perfect bucket list trip

My husband, best friend, and I brought our three moms (80, 82, and 90) for a trip of a lifetime to Newfoundland. We could NOT have found a more perfect place as our home base. Fifteen minutes after arriving, we were greeted by a humpback and everything just stayed at that level the whole time. We really appreciated the extra pull out beds, the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, and the wonderful hiking trail. Everything was perfect, especially Judy and Ted’s hospitality!! Thank you for helping us make memories to last a lifetime.

Amazing home with beautiful views

We had family visiting from Alberta for the week of our wedding and this property was the perfect place. Very spacious modern home and a 10/10 view of conception bay. The house itself was well-maintained and provided ample space for our family to relax and unwind. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every corner. I can’t rave enough about our hosts and their home. I inquired about bicycle rentals, so they bought some! Ted and Judy were helpful, kind, and easy to reach. The home has everything you could imagine, and then some. I cannot wait to return!

Le chaleureux accueil et le souci que tout se passe bien que nous aurons témoigné nos hôtes nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise et chez nous. Une demeure bien située, bien équipée, chaleureuse et propre! Le tout couplé à un site en bord de mer des plus agréables à partir duquel il fait bon prendre une marche en bord de mer et de profiter du grand air! Nous y retournerons assurément! Everything you could ask for and more.

Every once in awhile life blesses us with experiences we will treasure forever; sometimes from tragedy comes serendipity. The CB House, as we termed it, provided this and more. It fulfilled all our physical and emotional needs and served as a needed respite from the tasking that brought us to the Island. Here we found beautifully appointed furnishings; cupboards filled with only the highest quality linens, dishware, flatware, serving platters and receptacles; comfortable beds, wonderful pillows, luxurious linens and an ocean view that included our Mother’s beloved homeland permitting us to gaze upon her resting place, Bell Island. To anyone considering another property, don’t waste another minute. This one is like no other in terms of beauty, comfort, quality, and location. 5 stars. Thank you, Ted and Judy, we will never forget meeting you or our time spent in your wonderful home

It was one of the best homes that we have rented. The view was breathtaking. The home was very luxurious. I hope to come again sometime with family. I would highly recommend this property. Close to St John’s.. walking trail right out you back door. This place is just amazing.

A home you never want to leave!

This is a dream home right on the ocean. It give you the biggest hug as soon as you walk in the door. We spent 10 days in the house (for the second year in a row) and it felt like home. It has more than you need with exceptional design and décor.

Great house on Conception Bay

Great house with great views of the bay. It worked out great for 3 couples. Very spacious. Plenty of room downstairs to visit and bedrooms upstairs range from roomy to huge. The third floor is set up for great views of the bay. A bonus is the long walking trail along the bay that you can access out the back door. The owners supplied everything needed; it felt more like a home than a rental. Ted was also extremely helpful and provided a lot of good recommendations. I highly recommend this to any interested in the St. John's area.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful family vacation in NL! This place is well stocked with everything you would need and more! High end furnishings and linens and was spacious for our entire family. We enjoyed backyard games, and relaxing on the back deck with a stunning view - especially the sun sets! highly recommend this spot! We will definitely book again.

Incredible Newfoundland Experience

Incredible! Excellent! Superb! Are only a few words to describe our experience in Newfoundland and with our thoughtful, kind and attentive hosts. Not only is the house as advertised, beautiful, there is every comfort or need covered. Ted and Judy helped with recommendations to delicious restaurants and breweries. They really went above and beyond and this was our best vrbo yet! The people are welcoming and the lanscape stunning. Our favorite hikes are the Skerwink Trail and Signal Hill. Meals were tasty from Raymond's(fancy) to Duke of Duckworth(pub/fish and chips). We enjoyed getting Screeched in at Christian's, a bit of history and a taste of rum. The entire family had an excellent time and is looking forward to returning and we will be sure to stay here again!

We have traveled internationally with VRBO and generally have had wonderful experiences. In this case Ted and Judy's home surpassed all of our expectations and more. They are wonderful hosts and people. There home is beautiful, warm and inviting. The views are beyond belief. We would return to this location without question should the opportunity arise. Absolutely fabulous executive house, astounding views, you want for nothing and the hosts are great!

An outstanding property with all the luxury of 5*hotel. Brilliant position on coastal path and so many rooms for everyone to have their own space. Ted has been so friendly and nothing has been too much trouble, even leaving us Christmas decorations for our festive holiday. This place is far enough away from St Johns to have rural charm and near enough to get to shops and eateries. I would love to revisit in the summer as everyone sees whales in the bay according to the guest book. We only saw seals and sea birds and a couple of eagles as all have migrated to their winter quarters. Thanks for the tips especially the sea port with all the boats lit up for Christmas with carols at Port de graves. Thanks both it’s been lovely The Morris family x

Excellent in every way

We could not have wished for a nicer place to stay. The sumptuous view from the back deck across Conception Bay is just the starting point for the property's many outstanding features. The house itself is extremely well-furnished: very comfortable en-suite bedrooms, spacious sitting rooms and the best-equipped kitchen that I have used. The walking trail behind the house along the Bay was an added bonus. The owner was always extremely helpful and friendly in correspondence and provided us with plenty of ideas of things to do. With St.John's and the East Coast trails a short drive away, there is no shortage of places to visit. Newfoundland is a great place for a holiday and I cannot imagine a better base than this property.

Magnificent stay!

Oh my ... a Newfoundland gem! Luxurious, clean, well stocked with super helpful hosts! We went to celebrate a birthday - adult children, my husband and I. It was perfect. We were greeted and shown the house upon arrival with information and tips. The home is amazing and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. Go to Taylor’s to purchase seafood! The home is convienviently located close to all the shopping you may need! The bedrooms have their own bathrooms....and were so comfortable. The master was a slice of heaven! The beach is beautiful and we loved walking along the coastline trail as the sun set. I would love to go back to see the whales. It was easy to travel into St. John’s and then come back and just relax. A most wonderful stay, at the most wonderful spot, hosted and cared for by wonderful people. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven. ❤️

Beautiful Vacation House!

Unfortunately we only stayed at this beautiful house for 4 days during our Newfoundland visit but it was the best 4 days of our trip. This lovely house has everything you need but more than that the location and views are outstanding. Everything was first class, the living areas, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. We were close enough to all the sites we wanted to see and then were able to relax every evening on the deck. We were treated to whale watching in the mornings and evenings in addition to beautiful sunsets. Our grandchildren were able to release lots of energy running around the back yard, walking along the rail path along the Bay and exploring the rocks by the water. We hope to return one day to this wonderful house!

What an amazing home!

We (all 8 of us) enjoyed our stay in this home in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland. It is well equipped with all you will need ....from the kitchen even down to band aids! The beds were very comfortable. Ted was awesome to work with and accommodated our every need. The view and sunsets are stunning from the large, comfortable deck. From Bonavista to the Irish Loop to Signal Hill and The Rooms (museum)....we were in awe of the majesty of Newfoundland. Thank-you, Ted, for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic

We loved our stay at this property. There are so many great things to say about this home. Firstly Ted and Judy are super hosts. They were always prompt to respond and when we had any questions during our stay they were quick to respond. The location was perfect, only 20 minutes from St. John's and great for day trips exploring the Avalon peninsula. The view was breathtaking with spectacular views of conception bay. We enjoyed our daily walks on the path located along the bay, whale watching and relaxing to magnificent sunsets. The home is beautifully decorated with all upscale amenities. The kitchen was outfitted with everything and anything you would need for cooking a gourmet meal. This home is the perfect dream home. Gary and Margherite Ross
