If you’re looking for a home that is tastefully furnished with comfort in mind and offers a warm, lived-in atmosphere rather than a space that feels formal or untouchable, Linda and Erica have truly perfected that balance with their Treetop House. Linda is easily the most thoughtful host we’ve had in 10 years booking on VRBO. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and stayed in touch both before the stay and sent a lovely message afterward, without ever being intrusive. The house is ideal for a family gathering with an open kitchen, a dining table for 6, and living space with a large sectional that comfortably fits everyone. The second living area was perfect for kids to watch their own movies without disrupting adults or early sleepers and also had another large and comfortable sectional. The location is excellent, close to everything beautiful Prescott offers and conveniently situated between White Spar Rd, Copper Basin Rd, and Gurley St. The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and great for scenic flat walks. The backyard has a great dining and living area too. The shower had good water pressure, the linens and towels were high quality, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Grocery stores and essentials are a short drive away. Loved having board games available too. We celebrated a perfect Christmas at the Treetop house and would come back with zero hesitation.
