Location absolutely brilliant - on top of a hill with fantastic views out to sea and a set of steps from the pool area down to a gorgeous beach in a few mins. Town centre a few mins. away - great food on offer. Lovely host. We’ll be back!

We had two amazing weeks at Studio Coconut with our 16 yo son. The pool is fantastic, nice sunbeds to relax and a private stair (with a 5 minutes walk) to the beach. We slept very well in the kingsize bed and everything we needed in the kitchen was there. And last but not least; the view is extraordinarily beautiful.Roxan is the most sweetest hostess, her hospitality is heartwarming.Almyrida is a small cozy town, not to crowded with lots of taverns near the beach. We will definitely come back some day.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Roxanes Studio verbracht. Die Aussicht, die Nähe zum Meer, die Lage für Ausflüge und der Pool waren einfach traumhaft. Roxane ist sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt der Gäste schön zu gestalten. Im Studio, auf der eigenen Terrasse sowie im Poolbereich gibt es viele bequeme Sitz- bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank Roxane!

Perfect location for relaxation

Had a lovely time at coconut studio , very clean cute apartment , lovely sized pool , comfy sun beds, very close the beach down lots of steps Roxane was very polite and helpful , on arrival there was a very well appreciated food hamper and wine ☺️ Beautiful view from main bedroom window , highly recommend and would come again , lots of restaurants all within walking distance Thank you x

Beautiful apartment

Perfect location with the most amazing views, the pool was really nice and very easy to walk into the village. The apartment was was very cute and the bedroom had gorgeous views over the bay. We didn’t need to cook but there were basic cooking facilities and plenty of pans and crockery if you needed to make food. Would definitely come again.

Apartment with spectacular view

A nice apartment with a view that is even nicer then on the photos. The pool is very big and there never were too many people. The main sleeping room is very nice with view to the sea. The second sleeping room is really small and the bed was too tiny for my adult son. Roxane promised to invest in a new bed with a better mattress. The bathroom is very small but sufficient. The kitchen is not suitable for ambitious cooks but we only had breakfast there since there are plenty of nice restaurants around. We really enjoyed our stay.

traumhafte Lage

das kleine Häuschen liegt oberhalb der Souda-Bucht, die man komplett im Blick hat, wahlweise vom Bett, der Terrasse oder dem Liegestuhl im Poolbereich. Trotzdem gelangt man schnell über eine Treppe ans Meer oder in den Ort.

Sensationelle Ausblick

Ein kleines Häuschen mit überdachter Terasse, Küche und Bad sehr klein. Der Blick auf die Bucht unterhalb und die Berge ist wunderbar. Das Poolareal mit Liegen und Sitzsäcken grosszügig ausgestattet, die Treppen zu Strand und Dorf bequem zu gehen, Roxan eine freundliche unaufdringliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Panorama Kino ausgiebig genossen.

Lovely quiet area of Crete with great views and lots of facilities

Very well maintained and furnished property, comfortable and clean suitable for couples / small family. Hostess Roxani very friendly and helpful. Shared Pool and BBQ came in very handy. Particularly enjoyed the poolside beanbags and soft chairs in addition to the Sun loungers. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make it a welcoming place. The villa apartment is situated close to the town shops tavernas and beaches (not that we needed to use them) and only a short walk so long as you don't mind steps (about 130!). A couple of things to bear in mind ... the military test fighter jets at Chania airport which can be a bit noisy ... and you need ice bags .. the ice tray seems to be missing from the freezer compartment ... a minor issue but important for those g&t's to watch the amazing sun sets

Un endroit superbe

Nous revenons de 2 semaines de vacances passées au studio Coconut. Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, avec un très bon service, parfaitement en accord avec la présentation faite. Très belle vue sur la baie, et depuis la terrasse couché de soleil magnifique tous les soirs. Grande piscine avec espace dédié au studio, accès à pied à Almyrida, sa plage et ses différents commerces en moins de 5 minutes. Merci encore à Roxani pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité pour répondre à tous nos besoins pendant le séjour. Une location où nous retournerons sans hésitation et avec beaucoup de plaisir. Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt! Wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer. Alles war toll....

Wir haben 1 Woche in Almyrida verbracht. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind in einem sehr gutem gepflegtem Zustand. Der Poolbereich ist mit bequemen Liegen, Sonnenschirm sowie einem Außengrill und Küche wunderschön ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf das traumhaft blaue Meer von der Terrasse ist eizigartig! Roxani war eine unheimlich freundliche und symphatische Gastgeberin.

Lovely property and location – shame about the people you share with

This property is in a lovely location and the apartment itself is lovely. We were welcomed by the owner and overall happy with what we had. Unfortunately, the people who we shared the communal area with complained several times about different things which made the holiday stressful for me. Listed on the property amenities is a BBQ – we were able to use this once and were told not to use it again as the other guests complained. Same with the pool facilities as well. We ended up using the pool/communal area twice during our week stay as we felt very unwelcome. The owner didn’t really help the situation either as I received an email during my stay expressing how she wished she didn’t accept our request to stay at her apartment due to family we had living in another complex down the road. Very disappointed with our stay in the end. The amenities need to be amended in this property description as you are NOT able to use the communal facilities as stated.

Bellissima casa vista stupenda vicina al mare. La proprietaria cortese e disponibile.

Soggiorno stupendo. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, pulita e accogliente. Vista mozzafiato dove si può assistere a meravigliosi tramonti. Zona molto tranquilla e rilassante. Sono facilmente raggiungibili le spiagge più belle. La proprietaria è molto cordiale, accogliente e disponibile. Raccomandiamo a tutti di soggiornare al coconut studiosi da roxani.

Perfect little studio!

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 day stay at this idyllic studio apartment. Roxani kindly booked us a taxi from the airport and was so good to deal with through the booking process. The views from the apartment are breathtakingly beautiful, the pool right next door and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need.There is a small cooker and plenty of utensils if you fancy cooking. Shops and tavernas are 5 or 10 min walk away and we hired a car for a couple of days and did a bit of exploring as well. Ellie, who is housekeeper for the property came every 3 days to clean and is lovely. It is a very quiet, peaceful location despite being so close to the restaurants, etc and we never tired of sitting on the spacious veranda watching the sunsets every evening. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Simply amazing!!!

We (2 adults and one 12 year old son) stayed for 10 days in this lovely little appartement from Roxani and loved it! Roxani was very helpful and is very hearty in everything . The pictures are showing exactly what we find. Twice there was a cleaner in the Appartement during oour 10 days-great. You find enough towels for pool, kitchen and bathroom. The view over the sea is great and breathtaking, also the pool area with the Barbecue zone is very comfortable. The appartement is completely equipped with enough of dishes and every thing you need. You have a great view over the sea directly from your bed-you can’t wake up better! The bathroom is a little bit small but that was no problem. The sunset each evening is amazing. It takes only some stairs down to the beach and the little town of Amyrida with nice Tavernas. We did some day trips to the south-west coast of Kreta, by car it takes about 1 1/2 hour through the mountains and you can visit great beaches (Sougia or Elafonisi) or a make a trip by boat to the Samaria gorge. All together: we had great days, the island is very very nice. Thank you Roxani for having a great time in your house! We hope coming again soon.

Perfect

We stayed for a week at Roxani's place. It was quiet, immaculately clean and offered beautiful views of Almyrida and the bay. The suite was modern, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen functional. There were only two other people to share the pool with (and usually had it to ourselves), which was a nice option when we didn't feel like the beach. The beach was a very short walk away, just down some steps, and all the restaurants a couple minutes walk. The wifi was good. Roxani took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. We were sad to leave and hope to return.

Fantastic location, and lovely Apartment.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 young children aged 7&8 stayed here for a fortnight, the small 2 bedroom, (the second bedroom only fits a single bed however a fold down bed was provided for the lounge)apartment was excellently equipped with everything we required, the large pool and terrace with all facilities is shared with only two other apartments and is rarely used. the view and sunsets are amazing.The apartment was very clean and tidy as was all of the grounds,pool etc. The walk to the beach down steps (114!) takes less than 5 minutes and you are on the edge of the town with all tavernas within 10 minutes walk. Roxanni helped arrange for a transfer to airport and was very pleasent to deal with. So Thankyou very much for a Fantastic holiday!
