Bienvenido a nuestro bungalow. Es brillante, alegre y tiene muchas ventanas para sentir y oler la brisa del océano. Las habitaciones incluyen camas Queen muy cómodas, ventiladores de techo, vestidores y mucha luz. El salón tiene un televisor inteligente Samsung de 40 pulgadas, cable básico y Wifi. No es necesario traer ropa de cama o toallas, proporcionamos todo lo necesario para usted. La cocina está completamente equipada con condimentos, platos, ollas y sartenes, licuadora, palomitas de maíz de aire caliente, platos, cuencos, vasos, cubiertos, una pequeña hielera de vinilo con ruedas, sillas de playa y sombrillas. El patio tiene asientos y una barbacoa de propano. Tenemos una ducha solar en nuestro patio delantero de la planta baja. También proporcionamos bicicletas compartidas para él y ella y 2 kayaks con el bungalow del estudio de la planta baja. Tenemos un Griffon de Bruselas que es nuestro increíble perrito. Great Getaway

Great vacation! The place was clean, super kid friendly... there were lots of toys and games for the kiddos and it was minutes from the beach. We enjoyed walking there with our two kids. Carla was great! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Amenities and Location are everything

This property really catered to my family and our love for enjoying newport beach outside. The kayaks, surfboard, bikes and SUP that are offered with the unit really made our stay enjoyable. Carla was very attentive to our needs and the unit is fully stocked.

Terrific Find for a Newport Get Away

This property was a terrific find. The hosts are generous in their provided amenities; they thought of everything to make the stay like "living at home"; clean, well kept, cute. Short walk to the beach, or to stroll along the channel. Short walk or drive to store or restaurants. Beautiful little find on the lovely shores of Newport.

Cute, cozy, and fun for kids

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved all the stuffed animals, toys, and themed blankets. The living room was a perfect gathering place for all of us to play and hang out. The location was perfect! It’s a couple blocks from the beach and easy for us to get around with our bikes. The outdoor patio is so cute too and lit with string lights. Carla is so nice and very accommodating. She is so sweet and very responsive if you need anything. I’d definitely come back.

Beach Awesomenss

Comfortable super well appointed apartment, close to beach and convenient to so much of what this area has to offer. Carla and her family are the most gracious and accommodating hosts. There is nothing we asked about or requested, that was not provided for us. Cooking was a breeze, as was walking to Balboa Pier. My husband and I walked there daily for our morning coffee. There kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner toothpaste and sunburn treatments. There is nothing that Carla and her family has not thought about, as far as what guests might need. The only negative is the parking situation, Parkingis tight at the apartment but everyone does their utmost best to make sure everyone can park In the driveway. I recommend a small car, that the driveway may easily accommodate!

Looks can be deceiving...

I was really looking forward to a Nice 3 night stay. Everything looked Good... PROS: Location CONS: 1) Commercial Refigeration & HVAC units running around the clock. Right outside your window(s)(2nd Floor.) Lovely. 2) The Exhaust fan in the Downstairs Bathroom sounds like a Cessna 172 taking off. It's right below the 2nd floor Bedroom where you try to Sleep. Sheez. Got woken up a few times the 1st night. Then several times the 2nd night. *** 2-4 hours of Sleep per night is not Cool. 3) Booked for 3 nights & Left after 2. If you like Cramped & Noisy, Enjoy. :(

Jim did not communicate with us his concerns. I had explained we would be out of town and our daughter would be on the property. He did not reach out to either of us, and I had a guest down stairs that never complained about noise. We do not have Hvac or a commercial refrigerator. When he finally called me I figured it was our compressor it was left on. I told him my thoughts and he turned it off. He had told me he had hurt his shoulder surfing so he was just going to chill the rest of his trip. He called after the second night in the AM and said the entry door was not locking. I explained and also have the notes on VBRBO that the door locks automatically. He had turned the inside switch which unlocks it. I told him to turn it back and he still was concerned that it was not locked. I told him we would be home soon and would check it. My husband went upstairs to show him how the mechanism , lock worked. Jim said he tried it numerous times and it was not locking. It was working correctly. Our upstairs bungalow is set up you have privacy and your own personal area I don't know why he felt cramped. lt seems he used his complaints, and not being in pain and unable to surf as a reason to dislike our home and leave early. We try very hard to accommodate our guests and attempt to always be reachable and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. I am very sorry he did not enjoy our bungalow.

Beach getaway

This home is in a good location, a very short and quick walk to the beach. Beware you have to cross Balboa Blvd. It gave me a little anxiety crossing it with my four kids. Carla and Greg have everything you need for the beach... a wagon (which will probably have to be replaced soon, it's pretty rusty), umbrellas, boogy boards, chairs, and beach toys. The home was cozy. We visited in July so the weather was warm but nice C.A. summer weather. Inside was a little warm here and there throughout the day, especially when you used to the stove to cook. The home has fans, window a/c units in both bedrooms, and there was a new a/c unit in the livingroom that was being fixed. Alternating between opening the windows and running the a/c units was a little tricky but once you figured it out the unit was cool. The home was clean and stocked. The only thing that was disappointing was the beds felt like sand was under the sheets so we slept on top of the sheets, which worked out fine for us to keep cool at night. We didn't find sand anywhere else in the house so it was shocking to find it under the bed sheets. We didn't bother Carla with this but I'm sure if we did she would've took care of it. The perk to having the home owners living on the property. For those thinking this might be weird, it wasn't, it was like Carla and Greg weren't there. The parking on the property was a huge plus. The tables and chairs on the patio was especially nice to use to eat our meals. Overall nice place!

the landlord was really nice, she was very forthcoming. Only a short distance to the beach and no problem with parking, since parking is available on the premises. Excellent for two or three people. Will come back for sure. Michael

Great location in Newport Beach

I can’t say enough great things about this property. Carla was wonderful! It is so close to the beach and has everything you need to go there. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc. while we were there. Highly recommend this property and we hope to come back someday. :)

Carla is a great host! Everything is as mentioned. Easy access plenty of parking. Great place to stay. We love to stay on Newport Beach when we come to California and will definitely be staying at Carla’s again!

This rental is clean, decorated with a cute beach theme, very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches and has a great location. The owners are wonderful too. It was perfect for our little family of four. Would highly recommend!

I grew up in Santa Fe Springs in the home my Mom still lives in. I have always enjoyed sports and vacations camping when I was growing up. My husband and I continued the tradition raising our daughters. We all played softball, my husband injured his shoulders 10 years ago , thus that ended our softball career. I am very active and love to try anything, except barefoot skiing! We have an RV and go for a weekend trip monthly with friends and a 2-4 week trip in the summer. We also love to travel to different countries and see the world. We have been offering our studio bungalow for 2 years now and really enjoy meeting our guests from all over the world. We do have repeat customers and get excited to see them again and catch up especially when they have little children.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose our home for lots of reasons but a few are the most important. My husband said we had to be able to carry everything we wanted and be able to walk to the beach. We love Newport, we have so many wonderful friends. The weather is great all year long, and there are so many great places to explore. The whale and dolphin watching is amazing when you go out on the whale watching tours. Our home is centrally located to the beach, parks, plenty of restaurants and my grandson loves the donut shop. We are a 40 minute drive to Disneyland, even closer to Knotts Berry Farm.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My husband fell in love with the huge driveway and I loved the court yard and the cottage style of the home. We have remodeled but the white vaulted ceilings still give it the beach cottage feeling. There is room to entertain, BBQ and just relax. Park your car and ride the bikes to Balboa or Huntington Beach, take the ferry to Balboa Island. With our daughters and friends we have always enjoyed renting an electric boat and touring the bay, or taking a dingy or boat out of Newport Dunes. The children love swimming out to Willy the whale that is placed out in the water in May every year. The challenge is trying to climb up on him!
